Planted new tree but all the leaves have fallen off since. Is this normal?

I received the meter lemon tree. When I received it I noticed that one of the leaves where a bit wilted and has since yellowed and crumbled on the ends. I am not sure if the tree will make it but the shopping experience was easy

Ordered a meyer lemon tree. It arrived quickly, well packaged, and in good health. The tree is a bit skinnier than I was expecting, but overall very satisfied with my experience with fast growing trees

Easy to order, but ficus arrived smaller and with less leaves than expected. Hopefully, it will grow. Overpriced for its size.

Received a mature avocado plant but it's lost a lot of leaves since arriving. I am waiting to transplant to a bigger pot and hoping for the best. The Meyer lemon tree has done much better.

I have ordered several from Fast Growing Trees. A Blue Point Juniper. Small for what I paid vs. what is at Home Depot. My Baby Giant Arborvitae were crooked and discolored. The pot was smashed from shipping. The Italian Cypress are two sizes, I ordered two and they're sparse looking. The Slender Hinoki Cypress was super tiny and I'm waiting to see if it will have a growth spurt in it's first year in the ground or I may pot it. I have spent over $400 on Trees and just only have plants. I hope they grow...

Healthy Key Lime Tree arrived, great packaging. Heat warmer included. Already have blooms. Arrived unbelievably quick

I received the four plants I ordered. They looked healthy when I opened the package, which were well packed. I planted them already. They look good so far.

I received the deluxe package with two trees and the HAAS tree had only two leaves on it and all the rest of the leaves at the bottom and the other had the tree top broken. Disappointed with the packaging as it looked like it was loose in the box.

3 of my 23 trees have already died. We took care to cover them in the winter with burlap but three were brown when uncovered this spring.

I received my Eureka lemon tree. It's a nice size, sometimes you are so disappointed when you order a plant in the mail with the size. But this was large, healthy, I'm very happy

Both my trees still look lifeless. Do I called and was told to wait till the end of March. So the results are still unknown.

2 of the trees froze in transit due to the deep freeze up north in transit. The roses recovered well so far. Please advise if you will replace the 2 rainbow eucalyptus?

Easy ordering. Received on time. Plants in very good condition. In the ground growing very well at this time. Only concern is shape of the black ice plum. Not very many branches. Called and they assured me time and pruning will correct that.

I bought two trees. Both of them arrived quickly and in perfect condition. They are both beginning to sprout.

This was my first time ordering online. Happy to find a hibiscus tree/shrub here, which was not available at my local nursery. However, I was surprised to find it delivered as small bare roots. The stem appeared dried, so I will have to see if it will live.
