Gardenia trees came in and open up boxes to find extremely yellowed leaves on bushes. Now the leaves are falling off. Don't think trees are going to survive.

I am very disappointed, I am an experienced gardener, I've purchased dozens of fruit trees online and garden centers (including apricot trees), I know what they should cost and the condition to expect, I know when to expect a dormant tree, I know how to tell if they are alive or not. My order arrived, trees are supposed to be 2-3' tall and able to produce fruit the first year. They are less than 2' tall, the top few inches are clearly dead (black, shriveled, and curling under), the thickness of a cheap clothes hanger, and no branches. Without TLC these won't thrive. There is no way they will produce fruit in the first season (it helps to have branches) or could hold up to a fruit it might produce. From my experience maybe the 3rd year they would produce fruit. Not at all what I expect from an $80 tree. I contacted customer service, they agreed about the condition based on pictures, they sent out 2 more trees that are just as bad. I once again complained, now I'm being told it's because they are dormant. What a rip-off!

While my first order did not meet my expectations, they did promptly ship replacements. These were better specimens though I wouldn't say they were excellent. I am happy overall and will still probably order again if only because the customer service was good.
The came perfectly pack. The Olive tree looks great, a lot of leaves. The peach and pear trees came "looking dead" but they are dormant! They are looking great now. Still in the same pot I wll transplant them this coming weekend and I see a few green leaves!
Hi. I love the plants, but was a little discouraged by the size of the plant versus the amount of money spent. I guess I didn't look at the size of the snake plant that closely. Overall, wonderful plants.
The 3 in 1 stone fruit tree I received looks like it was originally a 5 in 1 that had a couple failed grafts removed. The nectarine branch is living and came with a bud that blossomed. The plum branch hasn't shown signs of life yet. The peach branch appears to have a fungal disease that required me to remove a chunk of branch and treat with a fungicide in hopes of preventing it's spread. It clearly experienced a lot of stress in shipping and I'm waiting to see what survives.

We are happy with all the trees we have bought from Fast Growing Trees this year except our plum tree we paid the most for is quite crooked - the trunk & also significantly above the trunk. We hope it will eventually grow enough to even itself out.
I ordered some trees as a gift to my parents, and they arrived quickly with no problems. My parents were so happy and love the trees. Great product! I will order again from this company.

It came fast. Unfortunately dried up in box. I planted it right away and it's trying for a comeback. So we will see.
It was overall good, most plants arrived in good condition. The only plant that was damaged was the tamarind plant that all the leafs had fallen and were on the package box. Overall was a good experience
Ordered 2 small trees, Meyer lemon and Satsuma. They arrived poorly packed with the dirt displaced, broken bamboo stake (on Meyer broken and poking through the pot) and most of the leaves crushed. There was mold around the roots of the Satsuma as well. Cleaned roots and repotted in well draining soil. Fortunately they're reviving. Paid way too much for such poor packaging and damaged trees. This is what I would have expected for items rescued from the clearance section of a big box store. Reached out to customer support after I received the damaged trees and their response was to wait for new growth.

I was very pleased with FastGrowingTrees service. I received my tree quickly and very well packed. The directions were included, which were helpful and my Tree is doing well and looking healthy. I'm very happy and would order from Fast Growing Trees again.
The shrubs I purchased arrived in a very fresh condition. My only concern is the near 0 degree temperature we experienced here this week.
Purchased a few indoor plants and one of them was not good in a state when received as the leaves were falling off. After I reached out to the support department, they immediately sent me a replacement for it. The company has good products and a great customer service.
Placed two orders, one for palms and the other for Magnolias. Both orders of trees were way smaller then expected.

We got two large trees and a 10 gal of wisteria. The trees were great but the wisteria was dry and damaged. We still planted it but its not looking good.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
