Let me say first, I do not have a green thumb. I was a little worried buying online since the last batch of flowers I bought from a local nursery died. The rose tree I purchased from Fast Growing trees is the exception. The tree started blooming a week after it was in the ground and I had flowers through mid November. I have ordered 3 more and can't wait for them to arrive!
Customer service completely non-existent. I ordered trees to ship in april. Twigs were delivered on the first week of March while the ground was still frozen with snow on it.
Juan in customer service didn't seem to care.
The trees and plants all came quickly! Packaged well and in good shape.
They have a large variety of items and very thorough explanations of all the items they sell.

I feel that I was sent a sick tree because the tree arrived with leafs that had holes like a insect was eating on the leafs and dark brown. The packaging was good. All the dirt stayed in the pot. I bought the insurance for the tree but don't know if I will receive another cold hardy avocado tree.

I ordered trees several weeks ago. Delivery date was early in April. My weather may not cooperate with planting the trees at that time. Fast Growing was accommodating in delaying delivery until late in April.
One of the plants look like it is already on its last leg.

We decided to plant a orchard and my daughter bought our first apple tree from here. Hadn't used them before but we certainly have since. The trees come securely packaged and have all been great shaped, well developed trees. Now they don't sell the largest variety of fruit trees so we have had to buy a couple from stark brothers and yes there is a huge difference. Starks may be cheaper but the trees are nowhere near the same quality, i've just planted a damson tree which I'll be surprised if it survives because the roots were severely hacked at and all four trees came squished in the same box.
I ordered few different plants which arrived in different packaging. The Azaleas arrived in a very poor conditions all with broken branches. I called and they sent replacement for 3 out of 4 Azalaeas, and yet again they arrived with broken branches, I am very disappointed with Azaleas I have received.

I have ordered several trees and they have all arrived quickly, well packaged, and very healthy in appearance. About a month has passed since I planted them, and they are all growing well. I am completely satisfied.
I was apprehensive at first. I mean who buys a tree online? Turns out... ME. Lol far exceeded my expectations, packed great, she had a very long trip from South Carolina to Nevada. She is doing very well and happy!
I would recommend and buy from them again.
Deceiving pictures... you will get a twig... terrible customer care... they ask for pictures... why don't they get from their supplier

Wonderful customer service. Fedex lost my first shipment and customer service reshipped the tree and it is is very healthy and beautiful. It is a great company to work with. I bought some sugar maples a few years ago that are now tall and strong.
I am very disappointed because I never received the plant I ordered. Also, no correspondence as to why the plant wasn't shipped or when I could expect to receive it. I didn't answer the earlier requests for feedback because I hate to be negative and I assumed I would hear something from them. Sadly, I have not.

As a first time customer, I was a little apprehensive about ordering my banana, orange and hydrangea tree from these folks. Although I'm not impressed with their customer service, the trees are doing well. We are very happy with them.
Avocado tree is in "transition" as all leaves that were on the tree when it arrives have fallen off. New buds look healthy. Shipping container and tree arrived in perfect condition. Nicely designed box for this tree.
Meyer lemon tree arrived in perfect condition. In the ground and looks healthy and stable. Was not damaged in shipping.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
