All the plants but one came in great shape, and the one that got (sadly) decapitated in transit was replaced within a few days once I sent the pictures on the website. Very efficient, and I will definitely order again!
I ordered 3 plants. Two arrived heavily damaged and were clearly frozen at some point. Even if they weren't frozen the poor packing resulted in the heavier plant smashing the other plant. The leave were creased, broken, and the soil was spilled out of one of the planters. One plant had no surviving leaves two days after it arrived and the other plant has some leaves but they are translucent so I'm not sure it will survive. The third plant I found out was on back order. I was never notified and it did not indicate it was on back order online. I only found out it was on back order when I called about the two almost dead plants I did receive. The plants should have been shipped in separate boxes to prevent damage and they should not have shipped during freezing weather. Two things this company shouldn't need to be told.
I've been looking for a clementine tree for a while, and your site was the only place I've been able to find one. Other than a weather-related hiccup with the FedEx delivery, my experience has been great. Within a day or two of delivery and planting, the tree has already had several buds that have flowered.
I so badly always wanted an avocado tree, and I finally got the courage to purchase a 6ft mature one. I was so nervous about the delivery as well as the transplanting process, but I'm so happy to see that the avocado tree that FastGrowingTrees.com sent has been flourishing nice and strong since we planted it! It's been almost a month now, and the tree is loving it's new home. Overall, it seems to be a good strong breed of a tree! I will definitely be buying more trees from them!
Trees arrived in great condition and healthy but they're very small, I could have purchased 6-8 ft trees 2-3in dia for the same price. I felt like I really wasted my money.

I have not had any luck with the phone #. I would like to return the tree. The tree is to small the trunk is like a tall string, This tree will take to long to enjoy

Disappointed in size. Advertised as4 - 5 ft. Most of the plant was not much more than 2ft a couple of sprouts reached 4 ft. Product was shipped on time and in good condition, but not worth the price charged.

I ordered two hardy windmill palms from fastgrowingtrees.com in the 3 gallon size. The only ones I could locate in my own state were much larger and more expensive. I read great reviews of this site and figured I would give it a chance. I was happy to see they shipped in a couple of days, and looked forward to their arrival date. I followed along with FedEx but they never showed any movement of the package during the week, and when the eta day arrived, there was no package. By evening FedEx changed the status to pending, and there it sat with no further info for days. When they arrived 8 days late, the palms were dry, yellowing and the soil was out of their pots, roots were exposed. I soaked them and planted them the same day, and am hoping for the best. I blame FedEx not fast growing trees, but still...! I have pics to verify if I need to make a claim on them but I am hoping that TLC is all they need now.
