Ordered what I thought was a young dwarf lemon tree and of course expected a very small young tree. What I received would best be described as a very thin little twig!. The pictures on the site should show at least somewhat close to what will be shipped for the money paid. I am just hoping it survives.
Transplanted trees to slightly bigger pots upon receipt (one had come out of its delivery container. So far no growth of leaves or branches, but a few new buds appear to be forming or swelling. Hopefully that is a good sign... Waiting patiently.

I ordered a banana a date palm and a papaya tree all came in good condition very healthy and last fall i ordered a cold hardy kiwi it finally coming out of its dormant state. Its been a pleasure doing business

Purchased two different type of trees. Its been about a month since they have been planted, both growing beautifully. One is a white Dogwood and the other a Red Fire Gum Tree. They are starting to bud and bloom. Will upload pics in a few weeks.
My order of dollar trees arrived damaged. After sending pictures and speaking with customer service, my order was replaced and sent to me at no charge right away. Thank you for making this easier. This is not first time I'm ordering from this company. Their quality of plants are good. Plant soil is special. Thank you again.
I ordered several apricot "trees" that were advertised as 2-3 feet tall. What came were tiny branches that had been cut off an existing tree and were about 18 inches tall, at best. I reached out to Fast Growing Trees regarding my concerns and they never responded. I would strongly suggest not purchasing items from them.

I received two wisteria plants today. The delivery was quick. But the two plants arrived in one narrow box. The two plants were on the opposite side of the box, so one plant was always up side down in the box. And one plant was broken at the top. Dirt was everywhere. It was unbelievable! All you had to do was put the plants in two separate boxes and a statement on the box to remain upright! Not just to " keep flat" on several sides of the box. I hope these plants survive!

I don't think it's right to pay shipping when you're getting a tree replaced because it died.

Ordered a $175 Meyer lemon tree. It disappeared in shipping and showed up 14 days later completely dead. They sent me another one, same thing happened. Cant blame this one on FedEx. It's March 18th (order placed Feb 24 and paid $30+ for shipping) and I still have no tree.

I ordered an apricot tree from your site and a pluot off of Etsy on the same day. Both shipped out essentially at the same time. The pluot got to me in <5days and it took almost 2weeks to get the apricot. When I got it the roots are very cut back. The pluot is already budding green leaves while the apricot is still a stick in the ground. We will see if it makes it.

I bought a Pomegranate tree value $100+. After 45 days in the ground I noticed it did not survive and had died. I reported the problem to Fast Growing tree experts, and they decided to replace it with a live one at no cost to me. That I find excellent after sale customer care.
The sales experience was very good; in terms of product information, product follow-up, etc. The shipping experience was also very good. Everything was boxed very nicely; although with 2 of the 7 boxes, the heavy duty copper staples that were used became unattached and the boxes were "open" (although no damage was apparent and this was more likely a shipper - FedEx - issue than the staples not being properly secured at shipment origin). Of the 7 trees I ordered, two were double trunked and I'm not sure if this will be an issue over time. At this point, I've only had the trees 1 mos, it's too early to tell but from I am able to determine, I am generally pleased although I would have greatly preferred not having double trunked trees pawned off on me.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
