Ordered the tree and I began to prepare the ground for planting. Since it is not yet our planting time I'm still waiting. Subsequently I have nothing to compare it to. I ordered the 6 to 7 foot variety and a new variety of Red Bud. Ask me again in mid April.

Pretty happy with the plant even though it took longer for FedEx to deliver. Customer support is great and all plants, trees I order from this company seem to do well. Too eary for the dwarf Gardenia though since it's just got planted. But looking forward to he warm season to enjoy the blooms.

I ordered 20 trees, the 1-2 foot size. They came perfectly packaged and seem very healthy. We planted last week and everything looks good. I will update this review in a couple months.
I ordered trees 22 days ago and have not yet received any correspondence from Fast Growing Trees regarding my order, estimated shipping dates, or even a confirmation note regarding the payment! I know the payment went through because I used PayPal and I received a confirmation and receipt from PayPal. However, one would think that, after spending hundreds of dollars, the actual STORE would reach out and provide various types of communication regarding the order!
Equally as disturbing is that when I attempted to log in to Fast Growing Trees to check on my order, I received a message saying that no account existed with my email. Odd, since they seem to have my email in order to send sales propaganda and this survey. Also odd since I provided my email to the company in order to receive a "fist time buyer" coupon, and PayPal has my correct email on file and used it for my purchase.
Overall, I wanted to like this company, and they might be able to redeem themselves (hence the 2 stars instead only 1), but the utter lack of communication and concern for customers is troubling. If I don't hear from them in the next 10 days, I am opening a dispute with PayPal. If you buy from this place, use a safe payment form like PayPal so you can track your payment and CYA.

My Rainbow Eucalyptus arrived dead. They were very quick to refund me for the tree so that was a plus, but I can't find a replacement tree anywhere

I ordered 3 trees. I had to delay delivery for a few days and they accommodated the request and delivered when requested. Trees were in great shape and packaged perfectly.
I have only had the trees 2 week, but they are doing very well, no browning, no leaf drop and look great.
The trees looked good but did have some limb breakage. Have planted them and they are still looking good so hope to have beautiful trees. Instructions in the box helpful.
Got 1/6 boxwood with totally broken due to the shipment. Got refund for that one.
But trees are much smaller than expected. Can get the exactly same size with 30% of price in local store.

Let me say first, I do not have a green thumb. I was a little worried buying online since the last batch of flowers I bought from a local nursery died. The rose tree I purchased from Fast Growing trees is the exception. The tree started blooming a week after it was in the ground and I had flowers through mid November. I have ordered 3 more and can't wait for them to arrive!
Customer service completely non-existent. I ordered trees to ship in april. Twigs were delivered on the first week of March while the ground was still frozen with snow on it.
Juan in customer service didn't seem to care.

I feel that I was sent a sick tree because the tree arrived with leafs that had holes like a insect was eating on the leafs and dark brown. The packaging was good. All the dirt stayed in the pot. I bought the insurance for the tree but don't know if I will receive another cold hardy avocado tree.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
