This is the third time I've described my experience. I paid for two forsythias. I received two plants that were totally bug ridden. I was told by your expert to put some type of oil on the plants. I should have received my money back.

I purchased two trees for my step son for Christmas... I was so embarrassed when he sent me the picture of them... they were not the height that they were supposed to be. I think worse yet is they were so skimpy and bare. I told him(step son) that I was not happy with the purchase and he said it was okay because he then said that they were a 20.00 item. When I told him I spent nearly 200.00 he was in total shock. I would never recommend this company not only because of the items themselves but the customer service is terrible. I have sent them a picture of these trees (3 times) and they just keep asking me to send them a picture to resolve this issue... they clearly are not intending to make good on this issue.

Received tree in excellent condition and planted same day. Unfortunately an overnight frost did my little tree in. Expect I should have waited a month or so to order.
I ordered two Peach trees and a hybrid willow tree, they are in the ground and it's been about two weeks now and I'm seeing new growth. I am very satisfied with my experience with fast growing trees, and I will be using them again to order some olive tea trees in the near future future. The products that they provide is definitely better than the big box stores.
I ordered a wisteria, and it arrived as promised. I live in zone 9+ so we are full spring right now. Even though I immediately planted according to directions and good gardening practices, it's still a dormant stick in the ground. Meanwhile trees are leaving out and shrubs are in full bloom. Come on little wisteria. Come to life. I'll update review in a couple of weeks.
We are so very sorry that this Blue Moon Wisteria is taking a little longer to get acclimated and come out of dormancy! Once it gets used to the new environment, you should be able to see this beauty start pushing out growth for you!

The first two fig plants arrived quite desiccated, lost all the leaves in a couple of days, and have been slow to come around... but, they are not dead and I expect them to eventually improve. I notified the company and they kept in touch and a couple weeks later sent two new trees that arrived nicely hydrated and will certainly do well.
So, though my initial experience was somewhat concerning, the company did make good on their products thanks to Ryan. I would use them again.
Delivery took an extremely long time. It was delayed for 3 days in/near Portland OR, which is only 3 hrs from the final destination. This is unacceptable. This is the second time there was a problem with the delivery which impacted the condition of the item purchased.

I've had a problem with a Bay Laurel I bought from FGT two years ago. We have been trying to diagnose the problem, unfortunately, FGT couldn't download my photos. Diane S. Worked with me; we exchanged numerous emails, and she succeeded in getting me a replacement.
I used the phrase "somewhat" havppy because we sere never able to diagnose the problem with my plant. I'm hoping the new Laurel will not be affected by the same malady as the first. That said, Diane S. Was terrific, and I hope she is rewarded for her work!
I ordered 5 plants and they came in one box (including 2 trees). They were packaged very well and came in pretty great condition considering they were shipped across the country. Besides a few leaves falling off, my plants are doing well! My monstera already has 3 new leaves and its only been maybe 2-3 weeks! Very happy with this company. Will definitely order from them again.
My order confirmation stated some items would be shipped by a certain date. When I didn't receive items (which were gifts) I called to inquire. I was told they would ship in a few weeks, when the rest of my order would ship, due to a tree being included with order. Only option given was to ship all items at once, in which case the tree could be harmed. Not helpful. I ended up canceling part of my order.

Our Fiddle Leaf Fig arrived promptly and in good shape. Only one leaf fell off and one was bent. The rest of them were perfect. We've had it now for only three weeks an it has sprouted five new leaves and grown another six inches! It is beautiful and we're very happy with it.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
