I am glad I was able to send the gift of a tree to my friend. She really enjoys gardening and she said the tree was a wonderful surprise. It is already decorating her house, and it will be a reminder of our friendship.
Bought 2 Tulip Poplar Trees. Both didn't make it. Bought new trees from Gurneys. Dont waste your time and money.
The seller said the plants would be inspected and healthy before they were shipped. I received a sick plant. I notified Fastgrowing Trees. There plant expert told me what treatment I should BUY to fix the problem with the plant. If I went to the store I never would have brought that plant home. When the plants in town go by there prime they are discounted 50% Then you can decide if the plant is worth the trouble and time to make it right.

The plant is very healthy. It was shipped with well packing. The plant arrived my home in excellent condition.
If you're a novice landscaper, even one who's smart enough to do some research before buying, purchasing plants online can be very deceiving. The site is very upfront in saying, "Photos are of mature plants/shrubs, etc.," and that's all they're legally required to do. The rest is up to you. But when you receive a shrub that looks like dead sticks in a pot, it's a little distressing, especially when you paid $50 for each one! I'd like to see THAT photo listed right beside the one on the site and another note that says, "This is what your shrub or plant will look like when you receive it."
This happened with the Hummingbird Summersweet shrubs I ordered. They literally looked liked like dead, brown twigs in a pot. They were very much alive, though, and after two weeks (in Florida) there are the beginnings of green tips on all of them, and I expect them to be beautiful this summer.
The same is true wrt to the Boxwoods I ordered. They are about 10-12" high and I was planning to use them to make a hedge along my driveway. I'll be able to do that in several YEARS, but they only grow a few inches a year. Shame on me for not knowing, and we planted them in another area where they look quit nice, but again, the site is misleading unless you are experienced in using any/each plant, tree, or shrub you order.
That said, we are reasonably satisfied with our purchase even though we spent $750 for nine shrubs. I did the entire front of our house and another large area that looks beautiful for less then $250.
So... buyer beware. Or... live and learn, right? That said, I may use them again in the future.:-)
Great company
Can't think of anything I would recommend to improve my experience
Ordered a ginger lime tree, received it super quick? Like 2 days - tree was in good shape, still in good shape after a month I think? Evan had flowers and blooms that it kept after the shock of shipping and replanting!? Proves they take care of their orders/customers.
No communication on my order status. Disappointing

Decided to give fast growing trees a try. Order was $150. Received two of the saddest looking plants I have ever seen. I would not have paid $5 on the Lowe's clearance rack for them. I have little faith either Will Survive. The tree is terribly wilted and I got it in the ground to give it a chance. The cactus was just a smashed mess in a bag of dirt and a broken pot. $50 for a nut off of a cactus. I will no longer be alive when this thing is full grown. Save your money..
Staff answers phone promptly. Polite, knowledgeable of products. Would have given 5 stars but was a bit disappointed with the what to me was a very limited warranty considering the amount of purchase.
I was given the option of an extended warranty for an extra fee. Buying direct I was hoping for a bit longer warranty. Lowes gives a one year no questions.
I ordered from fast growing trees for the first time earlier this month. Ordered 2 cherry trees and some root booster. They got the package shipped out fairly early, but FedEx seemed to be having issues and it took a lot longer to get my package. However, when we opened the package, there was only 1 tree. I called and let them know that there was only one tree. They looked but couldn't really tell why I only received one tree and no root booster. They sent another package with the other tree and booster in it. It didn't take quite to get that one in.

Was expecting better quality ordering from a nursery versus going to my local hardware store. However plants came in not the best shape and poorly packed. Dirt was loose in transit and all plants are covered in dirt which also got all over the flooring upon opening. Some plants were also sold as 6 inch pots but barely filled up and had to repot into 4 inch pots. Overall, not impressed with quality and would not purchase seller again.

My tree I ordered was packaged well. I contacted support about the trunks at the bottom of the tree crossing each other. I'm not sure if this is normal. I was told someone would look in to this a contact me. It's been a week and no one has contacted me.

Fast delivery. Great shape when they arrived. Doing great in their new spot.
In spring I got many fruit trees from you. Right the way the blackberry tree was dead and you guys replaced it. Then I got two apple trees one was of and the second one was almost dead they told me to hold on to it and see what happened the trees kept on dying and when I said I needed one was told to activate my insurance and that they don't have it in stock to be replaced. This year when I wanted a replacement I found out that they only have a year older tree so I need to pay more, plus I an responsible of taxes on a full tree and I have to pay for shipping. So since I was nice enough to to ask for a replacement I ended up paying more. Insurance is a gimic it's a way of paying twice for a dead tree.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
