Waiting to hear back for resolution to my situation regarding avocado tree
My first order didn't ship or was caught up in transit. After a couple of weeks, I was concerned so I called them. The customer service person took care of it right away and shipped out new little trees.
I purchased a sylvester palm tree, and it was delivered promptly.
Our Meyer lemon tree was wonderful looking and packed really well but the second box with our avocado tree and snake plant looks like it was rushed. The avocado tree was really sad looking and I'm waiting to hear back if the bark discoloration is normal. Half of the dirt in the snake plant came out in transit too.
Very disappointed in product. One tree was dead upon arrival
Everything arrived in good condition. Now it's been a few weeks and all the plants are struggling. But being no plant expert, I will use patience. I'm expecting miracles for April in the NW!
While the tree was larger than I expected, it had mature leaves that had been munched on. Then the new growth, was munched on as well, so the bug(s) were in the soil or under the peeling bark (this is normal), or hiding in the bamboo stake. I sealed the end with glue, and I sprayed the tree with soapy water. So far this seems to have fixed the problem. I believe the tree will recover.

It was a great experience Called to work out the day I would receive the merchandise. The lady was extremely helpful and took my order ride over the phone. My order shipped the next day, on a Friday, and I receive on Saturday. Can't get much better than that!
I ordered a Mimosa tree and it was delivered to my home in a couple of days. I was packaged very well and was ready to plant when it arrived.
Trees arrived when they were supposed to. Planted them the next day. They're kind of small but hopefully will take off.
The site said 2 day delivery and did not specify that my selection was an exception to this. I bought a large houseplant as a birthday present and it did not arrive and when I inquired I was then told it would not be shipped for another month. Had I known this in advance I certainly would have selected differently.
My original order got lost and then when the replacement order was put in it just sat and sat with no shipping info. Finally ended having to take a much smaller version. But the main point is, if I had not called and inquired and complained nothing would have happened.

Finally we have a magnolia in our front yard. It arrived in good condition, almost 5 feet tall. Came with 7 flower buds. Transferred from pot to soil, and the blooms looked healthy. Great purchase!

I asked for a delayed shipment because I was going to be out of town. That did not happen. Instead, I had to call a distant neighbor to come over and take care of the items shipped. They did tell me if it wasn't in good condition when I returned, I could have another one sent out. Two problems with this. 1) I initially called to order a larger tree. That's when they informed me the Kousa all ready shipped. 2) This tree was to be given at a memorial event for a cherished lady in our community, so it was on a deadline.
All worked out in the end, but it could have run much smoother, if shipping instructions were followed.

Quick delivery, plant came well packed and in good condition
I ordered two apple trees. Two, because they need to cross-pollinate. They were delivered separately, 2 weeks apart. The 1st was perfect. It was large, healthy and in bloom. I was very pleased. The 2nd arrived 2weeks later. It was half the size of the first. It's main stem (trunk) was broken (no doubt in shipping). I contacted Fast Growing Trees immediately. They responded stating that since I purchased the additional guarantee they would credit me the cost of the tree. This is not what I expected: (1) the guarantee should not be for damaged goods and (2) going through the order- delivery process at this point will have the trees out of sync for cross-pollination. I would have likes cs to immediately ship out a replacement. Preferably one as nice as the 1st tree

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
