I used fast fillings because filling directly through the cdtfa was a little confusing. There were some questions I didn't know how to answer and I'm glad I used fast fillings instead. It was super easy and I got my permit before the 10 days. I know you may be a little worried as to whether or not this is legit, but it is. I was worried about that too, but I'm glad I used them. I needed my sellers permit to be able to sell my handmade goods at street fairs and what-not and it was so easy. I recommend them for sure.

I cannot say enough positive things about this service. When I had a question, they answered almost immediately. I had attempted several times to complete my forms for my sellers permit. I am from another state and it just was too complicated for me. Although the processing time stated was one to three weeks, this AMAZING processing company did it in DAYS! Without a doubt, will use again for ANY necessary needs! OUTSTANDING!

I was in a hurry to file for a statement of information for my business in California to stay compliant. I was unable to do it through the CA secretary of state direction. I went through fast filings and they got it done immediately and emailed me the completed statement of information.

Contacted the NY state tax dept to verify if a filing was made on my behalf and the answer was "no"
This is CLEARLY A SCAM and the positive reviews are self-generated by this scammer... A fraud alert will be forwarded to the San Francisco district attorney and local BBB

Getting one directly through the state is very difficult and time consuming so i was for sure a bit skeptical that fast filings could even do it. They quoted 3-5 business days of processing.

I paid for rapid service it was 60.00 more then normal so I could have my certification in 3 days it's now been 7 and nothing so now it's in the normal time frame that I could have saved 60.00 however that's the the worse of things these people will not even respond back to let me know why the delay. This place is absolute garbage think twice before you pay them to file anything for you.

I used their service for doing an LA DBA. Super convenient. I placed the order, and a few days later all the paperwork to complete the DBA filing arrived. I ordered a California Statement of Information filing from Fast Filings. They emailed me right away because they caught a mistake that I made, and emailed me to correct it. Wow! Talk about great service. Within 1 day, I had the completed Statement of Information in my inbox from them.

By the letter of the law, Fast Filings did not do anything illegal, and I will be the first to take responsibility for being duped. However, it's important to highlight their website and business practices are misleading and deceptive.

I requested the express DBA service for $69.95 because it was less expensive than the leading global company that many attorneys use. Unfortunately, it turns out I literally paid $69.95 simply to have Fast Filings fill out a form that I could have done myself in 5 minutes. I still have to have the document notarized at my expense (NOT disclosed on their website). Then I have to mail it in to the county with additional fees (this was disclosed), then I have to pay a 3rd party newspaper to publish the statement (NOT disclosed on their FAQ page, but nebulously alluded to on another page on their site as "plus publication fees"). It's only AFTER I paid their fee and received the paperwork that I saw explicit and clear instructions that publication would cost around $42 and is payable to another entity.

Interestingly, their website now says they no longer offer DBA filing services in CA (see picture attached).

The company's response to other 1-star reviews state they are "crystal crystal clear" about the services they provide. My experience and the pictures I've included very much prove otherwise.

Caveat Emptor!

I can't believe how fast I got my sellers permit. I have been a bit of a pinch to get things going with my new business and fast filings helped make of possible to not be set back with my deadlines. Highly recommend! Thank you fast filings!
