I ordered a Maryland resale certificate from them today. The confirmation email stated 3-5 business days for delivery. Well guess what, they delivered the filing confirmation in under an hour!

** update- editing my review** I looked over the ca statement of I formation and they DID make the change I requested and they DID reply to my email. It went into spam. Can't hold that against them! This was the original review:I did a ca statement of information through them and needed to make a change so I contacted them. They didn't reply and processed the filing without the change. They need better customer service

Fast filings took care of all of the hassles for me. They are the best. I would highly recommend it.

Ordered a permit in November 2 and per their website it would take about 10 business days. By December 11, I did not hear anything from them or receive my physical permit which I paid. More for. They responded that maybe I didn't wait long enough but at this point it had been well over 10 business days. Then they got back to me to tell me to call the tax board myself because of one thing or another so I asked them to refund me since the service I paid for was not rendered. Not only that, if I had not reached in on December 11, I'd probably still be waiting. As I am disputing their service they are extremely rude and still refuse to send me my physical permit. Avoid this company's and call the tax board yourself. It's free to go through the state, I paid because I figured it would be more convenient. Boy did they prove me wrong. Not only that, when I disputed with my bank they sent them a screenshot that says someone downloaded the permit on November 2, the day I placed the order. How is that even possible?

This seems to a fake business. Paid 100 dollars for "fast filing", promised 1-2 business days with wait of extra 2 days so total 4 business days, but it's been twice that time, I have not heard anything. No response to email except for the automated response. I am not left with any option but to assume they're a scam. No phone number on the website should have been a big red flag. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Customer service was absolutely terrible. The only way to contact them was through the website and they would respond with a 'no reply' email (no reply email:email where you can't respond). They do not have a number to speak to a representative, so you will have to email them 3+ times to get an actual person to email you. But that's 8 days without your shipping time, to which they won't reply until day 10- still with no product which you paid for. Overall, just skip the extra- go to your states taxation page and fill out a FREE business application yourself. Save your money and the headache. WOULD RATE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD!

Went online and looked up reviews and seemed legit. Paid for service for a certificate of authority for sales tax in NY and never received the cert- called NYS today - nothing on file for registration and fast filings has a phone # that pushes you to a "contact us" online which puts you in an email loop of nonsense. DO NOT USE!

I received the number only, but I don't received the document which is fake.
Be aware and don't trust any of their service

I applied for my reseller permit thru these guys and never received it, I emailed them about it and never got a respond

We have worked with this company numerous times and they have always been absolutely incredible to work with. Highly recommend, great communication and incredibly fast services.

When a company doesn't allow you one minute to remedy a false click, you know they're out to get you. When I wrote to FastFilings within a minute of thinking my click was to find out costs, and instead charged my credit card, they refused to cancel my misunderstanding. They hadn't yet done one minute of work. When I said I'd go to the next level for consideration, their text was, "Sounds good!" Would you trust this company to do what's best for your new company? Not a chance. There are many other companies that will help you and care about your business. I wish you better luck than I had!

Paid extra to get my docs quickly. Still waiting! Said my docs were emailed to me 2 days ago and was told to check my junk which I already have. I've emailed them 3 times now with still no response

We are a new business in California! We have our own ice cream truck. While signing up to do an event at a concert, they informed us that we needed a California seller's permit or we would not be able to be at their next concert. Concert. Next concert was their biggest event of the year. It was a Tuesday afternoon when I received the news that I needed the seller's permit. I went online and purchased it here and paid for the rush order! The next morning my seller's permit was in! Complete lifesaver. Nowhere in my wildest dream that I imagine I would get it that quickly. Thank you thank you thank you thank you! Thank you so much!
