The worst customer service ever.
Got my package stuck at the UPS OFFICE, fashionfile was supposed to call ups to release my package, as per UPS request, never did anything about that. It's been 3 weeks now now I'm under the Risk, my package to be abandoned and never delivered to me.
For the first time, I bought a product in this store, Chanel sneakers. I am happy with my choice. High quality, cool sneakers. No problems in service. Quickly, without additional questions, at least sometimes I wanted to discuss the details. It's good that everything ended well.

Bought a pair of $820.00 shoes online, tried them on in my home and they did not fit, never wore them and returned them however they ended up deducting $120 because they said I wore them. This place is a racket. Read the reviews! I would consider buying from a legitimate company. Clearly their marketing company does not know the value of retaining a customer, especially a new one at that.
I purchased a Chanel necklace on Fashionphil and shipped by UPS. The box I received from UPS is empty and there is a clear trace it was opened and re-sealed by UPS tape on the bottom of the box. The box was delivered on a Friday afternoon. I immediately called fashionphil customer service line the same day. The agent told me to send over pictures of the item received by email, and she will provide a follow up either within next few hours or at latest next Monday. I received claim filing info on Monday and waited for several weeks. The claim result from Fashionphil after their investigation with UPS is to close my case. They said because I filed the claim few days later than the delivery day, they think this is FRAUD AND FROZEN MY ACCOUNT. I lost my necklace (which worth $900 including duties) and felt being offended. I attempt to response to claim result stating that I can show them emails with sending days so they could have a clear understanding I was taking action immediately after receiving the package. However, Fasionphil responded that the case was fraud so it will NOT BE REOPEN. Like what the hell? It's completely your mistake and you are blaming customers without hearing the whole story.
Would never recommend this company for anything. Be very careful. They do not care about their customers. So if you ever get an issue, you will not be helped.
Please be careful. I sent 2 scarfs bought in Italy 100% original from shop. They said they cannot authentify ( idiots working there not my fault) and so to get them back I need to pay 150 USD. It's they new way of making money! The issue is at the police!

Do not do business with these people! I bought a $500 bracelet for my daugyter's birthday. They received my order AND MY MONEY. They flagged my purchase as suspicious. Gee, it was December 17th, close to Christmas, and I had the audacity to send a present to someone's home who happens to live on the other side of the country. Insread of calling me, they cancelled my purchase. Here it is 01/03- No Refund. I am beyond disappointed. This purchase was my daughter's Big Gift. COVID-19 ruined my daughter's Sweet Sixteen and Fashionphile ruined her 18th Birthday. Yes, I have called! Still no present, still no refund and it's 01/03!
I ordered a bag in "good condition" and it broke within the week. No pictures showing anything that could be wrong with the bag leading it to break. They wouldn't do anything about it. Buyer beware they scammed me.
Ordered item over 3 weeks ago. Never sent out confirmation with item has been sent & no item has showed up at this point. Tried contacting customer service multiple times. Wait times are very long on phone. Left a message with them about situation & received only email, no call, saying to give them 15 days to get back to me. Thing is- they still charged my credit card for entire $3000 with any item being received or follow up to my call or email.

I purchased a mini Loewe hammock bag from fashionphile. It arrived in good condition, properly wrapped and smells great too. BUT I was very upset to have discovered 2 extra holes punched on the strap. This was not reflected in the description nor on any of the photos at all. Since it would be a hassle to return it and also I would lose the postage and the custom fees which is quite a lot, I just kept the bag. I do love the bag. Just hope fashionphile can be more honest and thorough in the future as the holes would affect the selling price of the bag should I decide to sell it in the future.
