I purchased a Cartier diamond band last October from Fashionphile, then had a quote this October and mailed it back with Cartier original certificate and Fashionphile certificate. Fashionphile returned the ring saying the engravings have been worn. I wore this ring less than 10 times last year, I didn't see any difference in the engravings than the status I received it. Do they just find excuses to contest the authenticity of the ring? The worst part is, when they return the ring, they didn't return my Cartier certificate and Fashionphile certificate. When I contacted them, they said they never received it. WILL NEVER SHOP AGAIN!

I have purchased several items from Fashionphile.com. Overall, have been satisfied with the itemes purchased. If, however, you decide to sell anything to them, don't. I was given a quote for 2 highend watches for $26,000 for both. I decided to accept their offer because I thought they would pay promptly and I had a good experience with buying from them. I sent my items to them, they held on to them for days. I contacted them to see what was going on, then only did they acknowledge receipt of my watches. Then days later they finally sent payment for the cheaper watch, $4,000. I waited for a few more days and reached out to them again. Finally, today, almost 10 days since they received the patek philippe watch, they sent me an email that they are no longer interested in purchasing it and will be sent it back to me. There is no authenticity issue, have worn the watch only once. My concern is that they have had my $40,000+ watch for so many days, have they ruined it by opening it up etc...
My advice would be to Not sell highend watches to them. They will keep it, handle it and may not go thru with the deal. Take your watch to Luxury Bazaar or other watch buyers. They pay you once they receive the watch. They are expert enough to make an offer after seeing detailed pics etc.
Now, I have to take my watch to Patek Philippe in NYC to make sure fashionphile did not mess up the movement.

This is my first branded bag for my wife! I don't really like to buy up all the expensive brands, I think you can look decent while paying not expensive money, but she just fell in love with this bag!

On 9/22 I submitted two Louis Vuitton bags and a small LV mirror to FASHIONPHILE. Oi submitted good pics, they gave me quotes and I shipped to them. They received on 9/26, on 9/30 they showed items as processing,
Then I receive email that one bag has inconsistent detail, not explaining which bag or both! Or what? Made at least 3 phone calls, never got anyone. Tried chat lines, no agent ever picked up. Finally on 10/1 got email stating vachetta was inconsistent with bag, not what problem was. So it had to be multicolore noe because other didn't have vachetta. They never said if they were accepting montsouris bag. It just continually says processing.
This is 10/3, they haven't shipped my noe bag back and haven't said whether 2nd bag was acceptable. But, hey they processed the mirror and it shows I need to get paid! But, I haven't! In the past FASHIONPHILE was a dream to work with and now they've turned into a nightmare! Still in limbo, but I know they won't get my business ever again selling or buying! I'm done with them! Beware your deals with the FP devil!
