After waiting 3 weeks for puzzle for Grandson, received wrong item and the box was cushed.
After2 months resolution process with paypal, have to return the item to China and hope for refund. Yeah right! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DON'T BUY ANYTHING OFF FACEBOOK. MOST ARE CHINESE CROOKS!

I paid for a hand held Stihl chain saw. I asked several times for a confirmation of my order and all I got were some useless emails that said it was on the way and to be patient because shipping has been delay due to high volume.
Asked for refund and then demanded refund. All I got was a piece of chain saw chain with two handles. These guys suck and should prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I ordered a Women's size 2X; Got a children's size. Then they only offered me a 10% refund. To get a full refund, had to pay $35.35 to return. CHINESE SCAMMERS!

Ordered what I thought would be a lovely puzzle to do on my travels around Australia. Received a ridiculous Star Wars cartoon people one instead of the rose window I wanted. Grrrrr.
Trying to contact them is proving to be a nightmare!

I Brought a gas chainsaw from this company. 2 months later I received this instead.

THEY ARE A 0. I ordered 2 yard golf games in June and it took numerous messages, getting Pay Pal involved and 3 months of frustration before I finally got a message agreeing to refund my money. The product I ordered is no longer onthe internet. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.
HOPE I ACTUALLY DO GET A REFUND.

Wish I could give them a 0. Fell for the great advertisements (stolen) for some beautiful wooden puzzles. Paid for rush shipping as a surprise gift. After 3 days an no updates started emailing the available addresses and no responses. Filled a dispute with Paypal but not holding my breath so I'll be going through my bank. Avoid at all costs.

What I received was a chainsaw blade with a handle on each end for me to cut manually. They offered me $8.00 credit because I didn't want to go through paying to send it back. I wish I would have seen this page with reviews. DO NOT order anything from them. They are scammers and are making money by sending you something you didn't order. STAY AWAY!

These people are straight up scammers... don't waste your money. Ive seem a lot of complaints about them and in my case they sent something i didn't order and initially offered a few dollar refund through PayPal resolution. I refused the offer now i have to pay to ship the items back to CHINA (which when i ordered the items i was told they were in the us) in order to get a refund

I ordered a puzzle for a gift and never received the item. I disputed the charges with my bank and am waiting for them to investigate, Do not buy anything from this company

Saw ad for Magic Fishing Net - months later got a joke. All lead around net made from stirophome and netting look like fairy floss.
Unit fit in a std envelope. No weight to it

Total Scam. The price was too good to be true that I fall for it. When the similar item cost almost 10 time their price.

Ich habe das Packet zwar erhalten, aber dies hat nicht funktioniert. Beim rückerstatten habe ich weder das Geld noch ein neues Produkt erhalten. Sie behaupten das sie kein Packet erhalten und senden somit kein Geld zurück. Dabei habe ich über einen Monat gewartet und bis dahin sollte das Packet immer noch nicht angekommen sein.
Ich empfehle Ihnen von dieser Firma nichts zu kaufen.

I ordered from them, waited 3months after they took money, I cancelled and asked for money back no reply, I then got PayPal involved, they then sent item, I have sent 3 emails and they Carnt find me on the system, I asked for an address to send item back as I didn't get an invoice, don't order from them it's a scam, wouldn't give it a one star but i Carnt leave a review till I do

This company will take your money, not send you the product and then generate false documentation to show that it was shipped. Stay away, cancel your order ASAP if too late and you already clicked purchase.

Ordered product, over charged me... pretended to care but didn't. I cancelled order within 24hrs but the claimed to have shipped it even though confirmation was after my cancellation. They are now ignoring all emails. DO NOT FALL for what i did.

We bought something from this people and no just took 2 months to get here, they sent an open item and incomplete. Trash, don't waste your money
