This company love the bait and switch, or just purveys counterfeit merchandise. They will try to drag out disputes until you get sick of it and quit

I bought a drone $249 Au and I was sent one that you can buy for $30 Au. None of the features advertised and the quality is like a toy manufactured for 5year olds.
The modular battery is a cheap plastic case enclosing a 3.7v 1000mah battery. If you know drones then you know just that is enough. Google the E99 PRO. Where is it 6K? The clear plastic thing on top is the $30 strobe. Just a scam from beginning to opening the box. The VR headset and Controller recommended with it have NO CONNECTION to the drone in ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. The controller doesn't operate the drone. The headset does allow the downloaded app to use the phone in it for the worst excuse for FPV Ive ever had.
Highly recommend you go elsewhere

Bought 2 x 360° Rotatable Adjustable Cleaning Mop which when parcel arrived there was only one mop and it looked nothing like the pictures on their ad. Much poorer quality aluminium handle, no 360° rotation & mop head not of good quality either.
I requested to return the one that I did receive and get a full refund of $46USD for the 2 I paid for however they offered to give me back $8USD and let me keep the one I did get which I didn't want.
After going back and forth it was going to cost me $23USD if I returned it so I said I will accept the $*USD and keep it but I expected another $23USD for the one I didn't receive which they wouldn't agree to.
Finally I accepted only $23USD and kept the crappy one I received which we haven't used because it is so flimsy.

Garbage product. The wand part wouldn't hold up to any pressure. This product isn't even credible to be sold at the Dollar Store. Do not buy! It was 30.44 US and I was charged for shipping even though this amazing promotion was free shipping. Then they charged me.48 US for Insurance. I am in Canada so my total was 42.61. Junk. I am trying to get my money back but am having trouble getting contact return information. Nothing in the packaging for returns.

Ordered a product and a different one arrived. This company will not admit fault or refund money, asked for it to be sent back to them as our cost.

Just got scammed for about 400 usd. It was a calculated risk, but i wish i'd seen this page before. Don't throw away your own money, they are for sure spent better elsewhere. Send me some good karma instead. If you are still buying something from alibaba you sure should make payment with their insurance, paypal or other more refundable source of $ then lets say binance or coinbase… And the obvious, don't shop at Shenzhen Aoqi Network Technology Co

So what i've learnt from this experience:
Google the company before you spend money, if it's bad, like this, dont.
Don't purchase anything on alibaba without trade assurance
Don't purchase anything from an un- verdified supplier.

And the common well known fact, if it seems to god to be true.

Ps. After paying as agreed, "some problem" came up, and "the solution" was to pay more… It's like they have learnt a bit from Nigeria.

AND if you are scammed, let it be known! Post it on different pages so that others can be prevented from being scammed. Crime should not be… that profitable, and there is nobody policing trust between the different parts of the world. Ps, they where super polite and nice the hole way. If it was a resturant, and they had semi-good food, i would return.

I ordered a "Star Trek" shirt, and received a "Transformers" shirt (pictured) in a very tiny "Large" size from Shenzhen Shanglaitong Network Technology Co. I complained and was offered a 20% discount. I held out for 40% return (and that was begrudgingly accepted by me), otherwise I had to pay postage to return the item and wait for it to arrive back in China for a refund. Very angry.

Ordered something I saw online. Lost $50 over it. Not anything like picture... broken, smaller, won't return any messages.

They will send it to the wrong address on purpose so they won't have to refund you your money this business is a total scam. Post office destroys any items that the address litterally does not exist.

I purchased a smartwatch, and suppose to get it in 2 weeks. I waited for more than 6 weeks then I reported the issue to Paypal as I used Paypal for my payment. Then, they contacted me and offered me a %10 discount if I close the case, I did so but they did not give me the discount. After waiting for more than 2 months, I got a BAD quality watch.

It's a scam. I ordered wigs that are falling apart and don't look at all like they have them on the pictures! They said they'll return your money if you're not satisfied but now they pretend like they don't know who am I. Luckily I paid over Paypal so they told me to claim a dispute for money return. Just can't stand liers like this disgusting scammers are!

Do not purchase any wigs! They are nothing like the pictures presented. Garbage! Beware! They show these beautiful women with very nice hairstyles. What I received looks nothing like them. The wigs are extremely shiny and look cheap looking.
