I ordered ONE of what I was lead to believe was a 4' moving figure of a grinch but what I received was a 14" stuffed grinch non moving and was charged for 2 of them which I did not order! They have refused to reimburse me but for $10!

I ordered a life-size Grinch and received a 18 inch stuffed grinch! Total Scam! Don't ever order from this company!

I bought a product from the company Sept. 2020 I haven't received the package as of yet. I sent several emails message I haven't received any reply and nobody to talk to. The email address they provided are fake. Is not working. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish there is zero star, I had given you zero. I haven't seen any useless company like so called company. DON'T TRUST THEM!

They do not send you what you have ordered and pay for. We waited 10 weeks for a battery powered wood cutter. We received a hand help piece of chain. Absolutely disgusted.

I ordered at kindling splitter and part of the offer at the time also include a wire saw ( cheap piece of wire with a ring on each end) Never got the splitter only the wire - after 2 months. Would not refund me via PAYPAL. This company is a scam - I would have never order this if there was an indication it would ship from China

Please do yourself the favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The 3 tier collapsible shelf that in ordered took 2 months to come as a piece of useless plastic! Some more BS from PayPal of why they denied my claim. I guess I'm out of 26.00 basically and still need a shelf ‍

I ordered two real human wigs from China paid for both $30 (the cheap price already made it unrealistic). Received it two months later. They look ridicules and far from real hair. The hair was falling out on touch and you can imagine when i tried to brush it plenty of hair fell out. I learnt one thing - trust your guts telling you it is too good to be true.

I have paid money to Shenzhen Jiangongshan Network Technology Co., Ltd. still havent recevied my wigs please assist because the trcking number has been saying this for more then a month

Ordered the battery powered woodcutter and basically received a chain. The support email provided was bounced back and not even PayPal could get in touch with them. I suggest to do research but also stay away from any sites using usd currency as I've now been scammed by at least 4 of them

I saw an advertisement for a telescoping ladder on Facebook and ordered it itCame to $32 with shipping. Over 2 months later a received a small envelope with a tool organizer in it that might be something the 99 cents store carries. I write to them and they offered me a $7 refund for the inconvenience. I'm still working with PayPal for a full refund.
