It's hell week for us, college students right now. So, I was invited to attend for an after-wedding and I really need something casual and at the same time semi formal. Hard to find something like that on physical shops so I consulted online shops. I came to Fashion nova's site and I was really amazed how they have the thing im looking for. Will buy again sometime

I'm an avid fashionista so I really love good dresses. One thing that I love with Fashion Nova is the dresses they offer for customers. They restock always and always wants the customers to get satisfied. I found a great maroon+white dress combination on their shop and fell in love with it. I'm wearing it now and I could say that their dresses are brilliant!

Before ordering in an online dress shop, i make it to the point that i consult their customer support first. I got their hotline on their site and I quickly called them. In there I knew about the 2 day delivery service (Which is great!) And how high the quality their product is. I was really happy about this and I rushed on making an order. Currently waiting for it later!

I have anxiety, so im always making things as clear as possible. As for online shops, I want the delivery service to be quick and fast. To my surprise, fashion Nova has it! Just 2 days ago I ordered a pink plannel shirt, 2 of them, and it arrived exactly 2 days! I really cant stop thinking about it tho. Thankfully, they assured that it will really arrive in 2 days. FashionNova scammed me out of $37 CAD because apparently one of the items I ordered "wasn't in stock" after I ordered it? I've heard of this happening to many other people as well, they issue you store credit (forcing you to either use it and still have to pay shipping, or order over $75 USD for free shipping again! Completely unfair). They have TERRIBLE customer service; good luck actually getting anyone to respond to your calls/emails. Now I'm worried that the rest of my order won't even show up because they gave me a faulty tracking number. Never ordering from their site again. Spread the word, they are absolute trash.
Pretty sure all the 5 star reviews are just people payed to write positive ones for the company. Don't trust any of it.

One thing... AMAZING! FAshion nova really is something. I never thought that online shops were fast and reliable. I've heard this site from an office mate and just last month, I started using it. Just bought a lot of dresses from here since then and not regretting it. Worth it.!

I hate online shops back then but fashion nova changed everything for me. Just completed a purchase and my item arrived yesterday. It was a plain white dress perfect for several occasions that I'm sometimes attending. Cool and pretty designs are available in here, don't afraid to check them out!

Don't get me wrong but... fashion nova is great! They were awesome but I personally think that they need to add more products on their site. Over-all, their products are quality same with their shipping and delivery service...

Can't say anything awful by any stretch of the imagination. Stock looks precisely the same as it is on pictures. Client administration and discount choices work inside 1-2 business days. The majority of the garments and adornments are super up to date and in vogue. I WILL BE Returning! MY recommendation purchase at Fashion nova!

I would give them a 10 star., I got my request TO MY Entryway. No custom bothers, no transportation delay with Fashion Nova. The nature of the attire is great and such incentive for cash. It was my first time ordering from Fashion Nova. Having seen all the suspiciously over-positive reviews from celebs and the cheap prices, I decided to give the website a try as I'm a pretty frequent online shopper. The reviews on terrible customer service are true. I don't think I've ever had such terrible, careless service. And the craziest part is that they don't seem to care or plan on improving whatsoever. I payed an extra fee for 2-day shipping on August 25 so I'd receive my order before my birthday, with extra time to spare (sep 5). IT STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED. My tracking number has been saying it cannot be found for weeks, which is extremely frustrating considering I just want to know how far along my order is. Upon emailing the company, I waited about 4 days for a response back, with the first part of the email boasting how they're the "#1 online fashion retailer in the world" which quite frankly pissed me off even more, instead of reassuring me. The tone of the email was almost automated, did not feel like I was being personally addressed or receiving a genuine response, simply restating their company policies and blah blah. I did not feel I received any kind of customer service, especially compared to other online stores I've ordered from that will take initiative to satisfy their customer NO MATTER WHAT. That is what customer service is about. On top of all this, I got an email saying how one of the items I ordered was out of stock, and that it "happens" that their items go out of stock during multiple checkouts. I've never had this issue with anyone else, and being the "top online fashion retailer" they should have the resources to ensure this never happens. I have yet to receive my clothes, getting extremely worried reading these other reviews of how some people never even received theirs OR got a reply from customer service. May have considered ordering again before, after the terrible customer service I definitely will not.

I DO THINKS IT FUNNY THAT WHEN YOU CALL THEY PRIDE THEMSELVES ON HAVING A FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT, WHAT A CROCK THAT IS... NO ANSWER FOR YOUR CALLS AND NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM FASHION NOVA EVER AGAIN... SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Fashion Nova has the WORST customer service EVER! I have made purchases as far back as July 1 that I am still waiting for. I've called, I've emailed and they all go unanswered! Not to mention that frequently when I order I get an email back about a week later saying they are out of stock and issues me a gift card for only the merchandise and not for shipping I paid for(since nothing is being mail). They have great clothes but good luck getting it :/

I was shocked that these pants fit! I am 5'7 130lbs and as a rule wear a size 5 and these fit splendidly. The jean shading is quite minimal darker than in the photograph however I wouldn't fret. Despite everything I propose that you take after the estimating directions on the site or have somebody enable you to gauge yourself. I will be purchasing more matches later on Fashion nova.
