This site is backwards to me. They do not issue refunds, the issue credits which has to be spent at their store. I ordered $75 worth of items to receive free shipping. After I placed my order I received another email stating the item I wanted the most was sold out. I was upset because the other items were basically "fillers" to obtain free shipping so I wanted a refund since the whole point of my order wasn't met. I find this very wrong. They are very uptight about alterations to orders even right after placing them. They need to get their service act together because they are falling behind quickly and having nice clothes will only get them so far.

I've been ordering from this website for the past year, and their are always some issues, whether its a delay on my package or they don't have the items you ordered... They are not accurate with their shipping info, they always say your package is with your local carrier, but that's not true because its still in their warehouse, they offer free shipping, but it seems like they pay for the lowest price possible to ship out your item, their clothing is amazing not hating on it, but their customer service is terrible, you cant even holler at the CEO or complaints to make about this company, please beware they are lowkey frauds
