I ordered some jeans online and they came with a broken zipper. I tried to return them and it said it was a final sale and I could t return them. I contacted customer support about the issue and it said to give them 24-48 hours to respond. That time period has passed and they have yet to reply to my concern even though they delivered a faulty product. Their sizes are inconsistent so it's nearly impossible to figure out what sizes will fit you and then they charge you $8 in shipping to return the items when they aren't even made in accordance to their own sizing charts. I used to love this company. I have been a loyal customer for years but their customer service is the worst and they have lost me as a customer because I no longer trust them. I wish I had read their reviews before purchasing from them. I do not suggest purchasing with them.
Fashion Nova is by far one of the $#*!test places to order from giving you the heads up. They steal your money, you don't get your items for at least three weeks when they say it will be 2 to 3 days. They do not give refunds only store credit. Do not purchase from them you can't even contact customer service and if you do find the number for customer service good luck because you'll be waiting two hours on hold for a representative and if you email them as I did three times in regards to my order I still haven't gotten a response so don't hold your breath waiting for them to email you back in regards to anything to do with your order but they can send you coupons to your email every day. Good luck to anyone that orders from this company they are horrible WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

I bought from fashion nova for the first time during cyber Monday 2019. I ordered 4 pairs of jeans. Weeks later, a company says my items were delivered but I only received 1 pair of jeans. Later that evening I get an email saying 3 of the jeans were out of stock and that the store would give me store credit. The store credit was less an the money they owed me and because I participated in Cyber Monday, the Price of the jeans increased so I can only afford one pair. They are SCAMMERS, they knew they didn't have the items. This company makes money off of tricking people to believe the items are in stock when it isn't then they keep your money and give you "store credit." Save your money.
