So my mom just told me to buy some new clothes but I really hate going outside, so I told her and she said that I should just try fashion nova. Well, Im here and Ive recently ordered from them. I ordered two tops and two jeans and I carefully choose those 4 base on their specifications on site. When the products arrived just two days from my payment, They really look the same! It was also in good shape, definitely new. My first experience here was good and probably ordering soon again.

It was my first time ordering from an online shop and I was really intimidated with the concept but with Fashion Nova, that view was changed. I ordered a fashionable pair of jeans from them and the expected arrival will be 2 days. To may dismay, that time, the item never came on time. I quickly contacted their customer support on phone and to my surprise, they answered immediately. They asked about my shipping details and they quickly followed and looked up my order. They were very sorry about the delay and promised that my item will be here on the 4th day. It really did! And I was really relieved. Awesome service, will order again sometime!

I understand this is a popular online retailer, but they definitely do not go the extra mile to make purchases convenient for their customers. I spent over 200 dollars on clothes on November 16th. I receive a confirmation email moments after the purchase, great. I received 2 day shipping for free of course. Im usually very patient with these things. Yesterday I receive a tracking number for USPS so Im thinking great just in time for thanksgiving. Well I was wrong, today I received an email from FN stating that several items I purchased were out of stock (WTF?) and they would be issuing me a gift card in exchange for the amount of the items they were unable to ship to me. Okay fine. Out of curiosity I checked their website and viewed the exact items I ordered that they were unable to ship due to no stock... and there is NOTHING on the site stating they are out of stock? So confusing and very sketchy to me. If they are able to update their customers... shouldnt they update the site as well? To avoid frustration and a lot of inconvenience... Im very annoyed. It sounds entitled I know but the lack of consistency is concerning as I work hard for my money (as we all do) and rarely splurge on myself. I have never had issues with Fashion Nova in the past but I will probably never purchase from them again due to the feelings of unease and frustration I have had with this purchase alone.

I placed an order on Monday morning and was not sent a tracking number until Saturday night. To top it off, I did not receive my items until the following Friday! So much for two day shipping! In addition to this, the pair of knee high boots I ordered was apparently "out of stock". I went back to check and on online, it shows that all of their sizes are still available! Besides refunding my money back onto my card, they sent me some in-store credit instead. Who would want to place another order after all of this chaos?!

I purchased two things from this site depsite the reviews... boy was i wrong. I ordered a strapless bra and a one piece jumper together. So i noticed the order was taking to long i called on Wednesday nov 15th and spoke to customer servics and i asked if my order was in stock and they confirmed that it was and i need to wait 24-48hrs and my order woild ne shipped and i woukd receive it Saturday. Well today i get an email stating my bra was shipped but i will get a giftcard for my jumpsuit that i needs for an event. Wow a joke and of you goto the website it still allows you to order the jumpsuit same size and its in stock. So if you cant support the order then why have the item up as if its still in stock. I want my money back because i will never order from this site again. Im so disappointed. I tried giving them the benefit of doubt against the reviews... The company is horrible. Read this and do not order. Only the people who post there clothes on youtube actually get there stuff it seems like... buyer beware fashion nova is janky... do not order my order came up short. Why do i need a strapless bra if i can't get my full order.
