Both my orders got refunded an hour after placing each even though the all of the items appeared to be in stock on the website. I tried messaging them twice via email and once via Instagram, but they never responded. However they posted models on Instagram all day. So they clearly just ignore customers... good job

They sent my package to their selves, meaning it never even left LA and after my complaint they just gave me a gift card and never gave me back the shipping money regardless of the mistake being theirs, so even if i did get the same deal again im gonna have to pay the shipping again.

Their costumer service is fast but its just a automated robot so they wont give any solution either way, so i wouldn't recommend it

I placed an order of over $100 with fashion nova, and did not receive one of the dresses that I paid $34.99 plus tax for. I contacted the company letting them know it was missing in my parcel, they refused to send me what i ordered and did not refund me. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. Horrible customer service and it took them over a week to get back to me to tell me they are not refunding or sending the item missing.

I shipped my items back to Fashion Nova, December 26,2017, have not received my credit yet. I shop Fashion Nova frequently and never had a problem in the past. They tried to cheat me out of my full credit for a pair of boots and other items I ordered, took 2 weeks to reach me. I really don't know what's going on but, I think the company needs to evaluate how their business is handled and focus on better customer service.

This company never sends out full orders you will have items missing instead of you getting a return for the amount you paid they stiff you and charge you partially for item and taxes. Enough is enough they also have worst return service and customer service.
