Fashion Nova has adorable clothing, but their two day shipping is a complete lie. I literally ordered nine dresses for an event and paid extra for two day shipping so I could have them on time. It has been two weeks and nine business days and I just received them... After my event has passed.
I have been searching for an appropriate dress for an upcoming occasion at my school and I was exhausting all of my options because I didn't like any of the ones I saw... until I found one on Fashionnova.com! I fell in love with a dress on there and bought it instantly. I know I will come back to this website whenever I am need of another outfit. Thank You Fashionnova!
The clothes are just ok. Out of the 7 items I ordered (totaling well over $500) (not including "2 day shipping" charges, more on this later) only 4 were decent, and only 2 fit as expected/properly. And this was after reading many reviews on the items first (which leads me to believe that most are fake)
But, now back to the 2 day shipping, but bothers me the absolute MOST, is the fact that they charge you, CHARGE YOU, for 2 day shipping, but you will not receive items for well over a week. Sometimes 3! The only way to contact them is through email, and when I asked how I could be charged for 2 day shipping but not actually see shipping for several weeks after, they responded by offering me a %20 coupon! And then, did the same thing the next time I ordered! SMFH! I'm sorry, writing this just made me angry all over again. Either send my stuff whenever you feel like it, and don't charge me, or continue to charge me but actually ship my items within 2 days! I hope you go out of business soon Fashion Nova, you'll deserve it!
First of all they have very cute selections at decent prices... so what's the problem? EVERYTHING is always soldout and I'm not even exaggerating. I'm a size small so that's the first to go. But what really pissed me off was the fact that I order an item that they claimed was in stock and was excitedly waiting for it to arrive. I even had plans to wear it this Saturday as it's St. Patrick's day then all of a sudden I got an email stating that I would get a refund since apparently that item is out of stock? But my question is if it was out of stock to begin with why did they even confirm my order? It's absolutely ridiculous. They gave me a 30% coupon code but I doubt i'm ever going to use it since apparently, they don't know how to be organized and count their inventory.
Really love their clothes! I made a video reviewing them! There clothes are on trend, good quality, and affordable!

I purchased two items from fashion Nova and returned the item for 39.99 and only recieved a 12.99 credit. They requested tracking information, pictures of the item I still have in my possession. I submitted all the neccessary information and they still have not resolved the issue. This is ridiculous to cheat your customers. The last two weeks they have had issues updating you on your orders etc. They said their system was being overhauled. Well make sure your system doesnt screw your customers over

I just LOVE the styles Fashionnova provide! But since I'm short and petite, I have a hard time not being able to buy the clothes that I like since they'll be big on me :( And the express delivery was quite good too, I guess 2 weeks of waiting time is kinda normal for international delivery (I think) but I was kinda hoping that it'll be shorter (since I'll be super excited after purchasing them). Even with all those cons, I still love Fashionnova! Can't help it but I think I got addicted to viewing Fashionnova everyday! I hope I'm not the only one here!
I have enjoyed purchasing from Fashionnova. They have great customer service, and they are willing to listen and answer ANY question or concerns i had :) I will be buying ALL my clothing from this site. The measurements are always correct and i have found all my cloths fitting me when i buy them.
I love that I was able to browse all different types of styles in one site. Better selection than a lot of American outlets -- will continue to shop here! Love the cute selection of ear-accented hoodies especially.
