Yes the products are cute but what the hell is the point in taking my time to shop and make a purchase if its not going to be shipped on time or not at all! I placed an order a few days ago. I was checking my email hoping to see if I received a tracking number but instead I see a full refund which I did not ask for, and without any explanation. My trip is next week and I needed my items. This is the second time I have had a major event, ordered my things in advance and still failed to receive them. The last time was for my birthday in early December. I placed my order a few days before Black Friday and then days later received an email saying processing time has been extended to 7 business days. A week and a half after my birthday I still hadnt received what I ordered! After multiple emails, phone calls and dms on social media, I had to go through my bank to get a refund! You guys use to be so reliable! Im completely disappointed and wont set myself up for this again!

I received an order from fashion nova and I loved it so I decided to order more. Well, I was supposed to have 2 day shipping and a week goes by and all of a sudden my order "must have been lost in transit" according to customer service. THEN I place a new order (of a purple sparkly bikini) because I wanted to have it in time for a trip. Well I received this package and it was AN AMERICAN FLAG SHIRT. How does that get mistaken for what I ordered? I understand people make mistakes but after you lost my first order which I didn't even get a refund for then mess up the second order I place. I was told I was going to get store credit and but no its not my fault u "lost my order" so I want a refund in the original form of payment. Now, they want me to fill out the return form, and send the wrong item back and then they'll give me credit then I can order the bathing suit again. NO! It is ridiculous how much they are making me go out of my way to fix THEIR mistakeS. So contacting customer service has been a night mare. There is no phone number, its all done through email and it will be days at a time until someone responds. I have had to send multiple emails to even get a response. AND they never fixed any of my issues. I will NEVER order from here again. Which is a shame because I actually like their clothes. But the customer service is terrible.
I ordered from Fashion Nova website over 2 weeks ago, when I ordered I was not aware of the price change from USD to CAD my mistake and was accepting of the price. I paid extra to have my order in 6 business days, I noticed my package wasnt moving for 2 days, I emailed them and was told sorry but to Canada can take anywhere from 5-10 days to a month, and the money I paid to have it shipped sooner is non refundable. I would suggest maybe putting note on the website that outside of the US you cant control how long it takes, so people dont pay extra to get it. You just earn extra money for no reason. I havent received my package yet so who knows how that will be. All in all im very upset with my shopping experience and definitely wont be shopping through this site again.

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
Answer: I placed an order on cyber Monday, it's now Dec. 8th and I have not received my items. Not my items or a tracking number but they sure took my money! I just want my money back at this point.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
