Also, it would often not list basic info about the garments such as length (though customer service is more than happy to answer questions about clothing dimensions), and I wish there was a review feature, as reading reviews is very often how I determine whether a garment will fit me correctly.

Overall, however, I would definitely recommend this company to others looking for well-made and fairly traded clothing, and will likely purchase from them again.

Ordered online then later received an email that the item I ordered was not in the size I ordered. Although I was disappointed (since my order with correct size had gone thru), customer service was very helpful in placing a new order for me. A company with absolutely zero commitment to their customers. Well over a month and still have yet to receive my order or refund.
