Ordered clothing before Black Friday with 2 day shipping. 12 days later, no clothing. They did not answer the phone nor respond to any emails. They just kept sending this automated email after I emailed them saying "due to black Friday" but I ordered before that. The automated email also said they would contact me with in 24 hours. I still to this day, have not gotten a response. My clothes eventually came in, except for an item they said they no longer had. They took it upon themselves to issue me "store credit" instead of my money back from the item they sold me that they no longer had. Who wants store credit from a shop you no longer are shopping at? The way my petty meter is set, they better give me my money back before I take a trip there to pick it up!

I've been trying to get a hold of a HUMAN for two damn days! My order off $300 was canceled for NO REASON! It was taken off of my card and yet it was canceled! I have been trying to talk to someone, I've been on hold for over 20 minutes and then it hangs up on me! I read online they will cancel your whole order if they don't have one thing in stock! Not just deduct the ONE ITEM but the whole order. But I don't know if that's the case because there is NO ONE TO TELL ME ANYTHING! I am livid if you can't already tell. How about you stop paying all these stars and hire customer service considering it's CUSTOMERS who keep you in business!

I placed an order on 24 November, and I still have not even received my order nor do I know where my order is. It's been saying "data received" in transit since and has not moved. They don't even respond to any emails I have sent them! I cannot believe this service, I have never ever faced this with any online shop. The least they can do is respond. I don't even know if I will get my money back! Do not even think about ordering from hereabsolute scam!

I think it's funny how all the 5 star reviews mentions how fast they received their package. I don't think they're accurate reviews in my opinion. I placed a order on nov 25 and have yet to receive it and just getting the run around. I searched on the internet for others reviews and about 85% of them complain about never receiving their package except this site. It only post all the good reviews and you have to keep scrolling to finally find the bad ones. I believe a lot of is got scammed and they're still using their Black Friday sale as the reason why we haven't received our items. I will never ever order again and I'm just so frustrated. This was a birthday gift for my best friend who lives in another state and her birthdays already came and gone. Now I'm out money and have to make it up to her because I feel horrible that she never received her gift that I promised I would buy her.

Zero stars in my opinion. I placed an order on Sept 30th for a wedding I had Oct 13th. It said 2 weeks for shipping. Wedding came and went, no dress. I got an email the week of the wedding saying that the dress was delivered. The dress was absolutely not delivered. I emailed customer service once and asked how long it will take. I was told usually it takes 30 days min. To ship to Canada. If I knew that at first, I wouldn't be in the mess. No dress is worth that. Well I waited 30 days and on the 31st day I emailed again to see where it was. I was told that there was an issue with shipping. Well then why tell email me saying it was delivered if it wasn't? Long story short, customer service didn't care at all. I was a first time purchaser and they obviously didn't care about keeping me happy. I asked for a return and was told that it is on it's way back to them and once they receive it they'll issue me a refund. It's December... 4 months later... still no dress and no refund. I had to email them back yet again because I checked the shipping and it says it was returned to them Oct 28th. They kept my money without refunding it back I guess hoping I wouldn't notice?! Such a scam. I've been in contact with multiple customer service reps and no one really seems to care much.

Also anyone else notice their reviews are fake? I tried to review my dress (got an email saying to review it despite never getting it). I did but I went to check to see if it was still there and it was removed. They only have 4 or 5 star reviews. So I posted another one and it was gone in a second. Something is very sketchy with this company
