I have purchased jeans from FN before and therefore I knew my sizing from their site correctly. I ordered 4 jeans from FN last year, 2018 all in the same size and when I received them, ALL FOUR were different sizing and fits. Added to that absolutely none of them had the FN tag on them. They were from 4 different CHINESE BRANDS.
Now I thought I was buying FN jeans, not some random brands products that I know nothing about from China. Which by the way, China's sizing is very different to US sizing.
I emailed FN asking if I would get a refund for all the jeans if I returned them. An automated email said I would receive a response within '24 hours'.
No response. So I emailed again. Same thing.
Sent a third email. No response.
I finally just sent the items and paid $75.00 on shipping to get them to the US. I received confirmation that the items were returned on 05 Dec 2018.
The refund policy on the FN website is that the refund will be processed 'within 5-7 business days'
Skip to January 2019. Still no emails or correspondence and NO REFUND. So I send a facebook message and another email asking them where my money is. FINALLY receive a response from their customer care team asking for information about what was returned. Sent her all the info for the 4 jeans I returned.
Receive an email saying I have been given store credit for TWO of the items when I returned FOUR to them.
Absolute $#*! service from this brand now that they are getting endorsed by celebrities.
They are lying to their customers and selling other random brands jeans under their FN website.
ZERO PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AND BLATANT LIES from FN regarding sizing, brands and products, response times and refund times.
If you are looking to buy from them make sure you don't want to return faulty items.
FN's Joke' s on you lounge set looks really great on me. It's a good fit and I look awesome doing burpees.
The grey lounge jogger I've been using doesn't rip when I kick too high or even struggle when I stretch. Fashion Nova has quality items for athletes too.
I bought a track suit from FN for my training. It's really good. It doesn't make me drown in my sweat and I look amazing when I run.
