I'm so upset with Fashion Nova I will never order anything else from you! This is terrible how you treat your customers. Customers should not have to go through hoops trying to speak to a human. Your stupid website and what ever mess yall done

Sizing is always off between different articles of clothing.
Quality is always questionable. Some pieces are well made, some would have seams that come apart during the first wash.
Returns is the worst. I purchased a $7.99 shipping return label, received the email confirming my payment, and a copy of the QR code/print out. I took it to the post office before the expiration date written on my email and the post office scanned it as INVALID. I have never experienced this before from large retailers or small businesses. Just terrible.

Fashion is a hit or miss they deal with a company call laser Ship and fashion nova is Aware that they are stealing. My husband ordered me almost 300 dollars worth of items that I never received nor did fashion nova give us our money back because laser ship will say the delivered it and the will take a pic of old deliveries so be aware I loved fashion nova until they did this to us better yet go and look at their reviews its sad because plenty of people are having the same problem. They need to trust someone else with their deliveries

Fashion Nova gives you 7 days to make contact to make a return. Cool, no issues. Except for the fact that they do not contact you back! It's been 5 days and I've tried to make contact each day. They have no number to call or person to message. You are simply left waiting for them to contact you back, IF THEY FEEL LIKE IT. They sent me the wrong jeans! It was THEIR mistake and they can't email me back to figure out how to get the correct item to me. So, if you're into receiving random items you didn't order with no way to return or replace them, order away! But, if you'd like to get your correct order, DO NOT order from here because there is no possible way to make contact!

They no longer offer a call center with representatives available. This is the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard of, how else are the customers supposed to get fast service and assistance? Ive sent in 3 requests to get assistance with my package over the past 2 weeks and have recieved no response or help. My oackage was returned to sender stating it could mot be delivered to a PO Box, but in the policies on their websites it states that they can deliver to PO Boxes via USPS, but i was not given that option, yet i still have to pay a $#*!ing shipping fee when it was their system that failed me as a consumer? Ridiculous. I will never ever order from them again and i will tell everyone soul i know never to order from them again.

This company allows for no changes or returns for funds on any of their products. I had a gift card to their site and went to use it on my purchase, however the gift card was not applied and I was billed the full amount. After contacting their customer service, which is very difficult to find let alone get a response from, they informed me there was nothing to do to cancel the order and that "I was luckily able to use it on a future purchase", which will obviously not be happening. They offer no ability to make a return so I am forced to pay for an order that should have been paid for with the gift card, with no recourse to reconcile their mistake. They have no care for their customers or their experience and the clothes are not worth the hassle they are insistent on being.

I ordered on May 23 over $300 worth of items. They have sent me mixed emails saying FedEx has my package and I should receive it shortly. June 4 gets here and still nothing! I called FedEx and was advised to put in a claim to fashion nova because it has been more than 7-10 business days and that my package is either lost or still in California. I live in Alabama. I reached out to fashion nova and all they sent me was a survey and said fed ex has my package. Somebody is lying! I have been a loyal customer ever since fashion nova started its company and this is my last time giving them money! I have filed a dispute with my bank.

There is no express delivery. They are just charging you extra money. Then your items will show up in the regular time frame. Forget what you needed them for sis. Then the customer service will give you the run around and try to convince you you're wrong by using some already typed up email that basically tells you you're right! Then they'll just stop answering altogether. They didn't send off my express package until the day it was supposed to be delivered

I love this store so much. Everything is so beautiful and stylish, well, really, everything is so tasteful, or it's my taste with the store's so exactly the same.

Fashion Nova is absolute trash! I promise you! Yes, there are a few decent things here and there, but it is the overall poor quality of their clothes, and the customer service! The owner Richard Saghian CEO of fashion nova is such a scammer! Scams hard-working women of their money! He became a billionaire! Off of not giving people their money back and selling cheap clothes! Just look it up. You could never get a refund in the way you paid! EVER. Most of their clothes they do not take back and are considered final sale!? If you order online like a dress or a once-piece shirt try it on doesn't fit take it to the store the same day, they will not take it back!? It's absolutely ridiculous! Save your money do not buy from this unethical store, Women stop throwing away your money here.

There return policy is the worst I ever dealt with. Nice deals and the clothes but since you aren't physically trying the clothes on, you should be able to return the items back without any issues. I am stuck with these clothes that fit small. It isn't worth sending them back because it cost more to send them back then what I paid for.
I will never deal with with Fashion Nova again.

Never will order again first and last time. I never received my items and no one wrote back. You can't reach anyone via phone either. Not a happy customer what so ever.

I got notification that my package from fashion nova was delivered and it wasn't. The sad part about it the dress was for my engagement party. I emailed fashion nova and did not get any response back from them. This is not how you treat customers when they are spending their money especially due to these times when everything has gone up.

II sent all of the items back no refund no response and their avoiding emails. I went on Facebook no response totally ignoring me and owe me almost $200 want say nothing it's been 7 days

I returned items to fashionnova in which they said they'd give me credit. They said they sent it to my email I never got the email. Even when I checked my junk or spam. This company basically took my money.

Order twelve pairs of pants in the same size and maybe three of them will fit. Cheap fabric, bad stitching—this isn't even a good place to buy the staples like jeans and t-shirts.
