Ordered and paid in May but never received any goods despite one email exchange. Never received any order confirmation but they already took money from my credit card! Phone number is fake. Don't Buy!

Update on Oct 8th: received an email from Fashionme today after chasing them on a tracking number they said they would send me but still never arrived since Sep 15th. Their email today said they shipped on Sep 25th and asked me to a link to a tracking number. Guess what - you are right, as many other reviewers said: the link is linked to a "webpage not found" - Fake again! Fashionme will you just stop faking all these responses?

I should have been alerted by the mismatch between lovely looking clothes and cheap prices! The items that arrived were nothing like the ones on the website. They looked like less than dollar store items. The return page (excessively complicated and requiring you to upload pictures of the items) was mysteriously a Bad Gateway every time I tried it and it was almost impossible to actually find the return address. A number of emails I wrote to the company elicited robotic, badly translated generic responses that did not answer any of my concerns. I especially dislike that they give discounts for false and flattering reviews. Isn't it interesting that everyone on this site is either disgusted or delighted?
However, the good news was that if you return the package with a tracking number VISA was very helpful in overturning the payment. Don't be stuck with this crap!

This business is nothing but a scam! The clothing looks like rags and that's if you receive it. It could take months and oh my, I wouldn't put the clothes on my dog! If you inquire as to where your missing items are, they will most likely tell you it's out of stock and they will apply the credit to your account. At this point, they have just ripped you off. You need to commence a lawsuit to get your money back. They will tell you that you need to pay more money to get a refund. They must think westerners are in a constant state of generous stupidity with our wallets open. Do not pay them a cent, sue them at this point because you will not receive your refund and they just pocketed more of your money. I order 75% of my household needs online and I have not had to deal with this. These thieves are laughing at us and ruining it for great online businesses that are out there. I ordered back in May and have been fighting for months for a refund on the "rags" that didn't arrive. They will most likely not post this but if they do, STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

I ordered a dress which looked fabulous on the picture but was nothing like it in real life. It took 3 weeks to arrive and the sizing was completely out of sinc with the sizing mentioned on the website. I decided to return the garment but can i find a return address? I have sent three emails to the customer service department with no response. I have never had the misfortune to deal with a company like this before and i will not be dealing with them again, a total sham and rip off! I am now going to complain to pay pal!

I cancelled this order, but yet I continue to get messages. Almostr a month since my initial order on 8/16 they sent a message they just shipped three items of the five I ordered.
I had to call my bank to cancel the order. I filed a complaint with the State Attorney General. I filed a complaint with the FEDERAL Trade Consumers (FTC). I filed a complaint with the BBB.

If you want to haggle with someone who cannot read ENGLISH and steals your money, then ORDER WITH FASHION MIA, or Rotita, or any of the ASIAN related dress shops that tempt you with cheap prices and cute styles.

What I read is that they ship you purposely the wrong size. They advertise items that they are purposely out of stock, and they steal your money. They ARE THIEVES.

Just check out the reviews on any Google search and you will see the evidence and unhappy customers like me.

I placed my order, received the items in a reasonable time. The quality of the items were poor, that's why prices are cheap. I kept one item and returned the rest according to their return policy. They told me there was a delay with my refund due to Chinese New Year. I waited and no refund. I followed up and they said I would have it within 20-25 days and not to worry. It has been seven months and nothing. It's too late to dispute the charge with Paypal and my credit card co. I feel they knew they were not going to return my money and dragged the process so that the time to file a credit card dispute would expire. They have $70 of my money and their merchandise. This is embezzlement. I am going to see if there is an attorney willing to do a class action lawsuit based on this common practice of theirs which amounts to deceptive trade. I am also going to report their fraudulent business practices to all government and private entities that have jurisdiction over these matters.

I ordered 3 items from FashionMia, the merchandise ordered did not fit. I tried reaching out to FashionMia. As of today: September 2018, I have not received a return call from FashionMia. It's behind 30 days now and no return call from them. It took 5 months before I actually received the items ordered, and I can't wear them
I would not advise anyone to order from this company. And if you do you will be writing your negative review as well. I still have the useless, 3 items ordered.

Ordered just a ittle over one month ago -- got same email I have been seeing in other reviews that one item was out of stock and to please select a replacement, so I do. To date no order delivered. They give you a bogus tracking number that can not be verrifed by either the url they provide you to click, on, UPS tracking, FedEx tracking or USPS tracking-------------RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF ------this company needs to be reported and stopped total F R A U D.

This company must surely be stopped from promoting their clothing in UK.
The clothes are badly made copies in cheap fabric of the pictures on their advertisements and they keep promising me a refund if I wait for a little longer, some spurious reason given each time why they cannot refund immediately. I have waited too long for them to honour their obligations and now am trying to stop their presence in our country. It is sub standard merchandise and customer service is nothing short of criminal.

After all the garbage, it seems that FashionMia keeps going. Let me say from the beginning that FashionMia's reply to my post is a lie! They did not send me any e-mail whatsoever! More so, they have ceased to reply to any e-mail I've been sending them! Don't be fooled by this buddy buddy friendly attitude you see in their messages. It's just for show, to draw your attention away from the fact that they are stealing people's money by sending them very bad quality products, OR NO PRODUCTS AT ALL! By the way, I still haven't received my missing item, nor my money back!

They are scammers! They sell items that ressemble nothing of what you have ordered. You'll either receive nothing and they keep your money and you'll have to go to your credit card company to file a claim or if you're lucky enough, you'll get the wrong items, wrong prints, different styles, damaged goods and they will try to blame you they won't give your money back. I am 5'2" and they got me good because got fooled by the nice photos and i am still waiting for my other orders, which I'm not show to cancel. They ones are receive are an utter disaster. Cheek out the picture. Oh, don't be surprised if you order a dress and receive a nightgown in a different print.

I paid for my order through PayPal the month of March and received partial shipment on April. The sizes are off and did not fit. I requested to cancel the remaining order and a refund on April which they said will be processed soon. It is September now and I have not received the refund after repeated request.

This company is a scam. So beware, all buyers. If you are not satisfied with the product, or you cancel the order, you will not be able to get a refund or return the item
