Another month has gone by and I finally received one of the 15 items I was still waiting for me. And surprise! It was complete junk. The summer is over where I live so I have no interest in receiving the balance of my order. Not to mention, a full 60 days have passed since Fashion Mia took my money and alas, they only have a 30 day return policy has long since passed, so even if things don't fit or if I don't like the quality (I want to keep just one of the 5 items I have received) I can't return anything. And I don't even want to donate the items to a local shelter because it is of embarrassingly horrible quality. My 4 year old could have put together better items. If you like clothes made of cheap underwear quality nylon, this is the site for you. Still disgusted and waiting for PayPal to intervene. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! PS they have sent me numerous "updates" that items have been shipped, but I have received 5 of 19 items that I ordered on June 28th
I am now completely frustrated. After 7 weeks waiting for 20 items I purchased (spent $300) to arrive, I have received 5 items and with the exception of one dress (which is poor quality, but given the price I am okay with that), all of the other stuff is Dollar Store quality or worse. Three times they sent me an email asking me to replace out-of-stock items, and I responded each time with exchange items (they won't give you your money back - just want you to order something to replace the out-of-stock items). Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! I normally don't write bad reviews but Fashionmia is THE WORST. Take your money to Ebay where the quality is much better and returns are accepted. Totally a disgrace.
This is a fabulous online store with excellent style! Fashionmia carries pieces reflecting exquisite taste, you will love shopping here! Wonderful customer service. The selection was amazing, chic and unique. Found my daughter's Prom dress there. Highly recommend them.
I must say that everything is so unique that it makes shopping an absolute delight... fashionmia " is by far the best online store ever! Always a pleasurable experience and the clothes are truly stylists. Definitely my go-to website when I'm in desperate need of help for that last minute business, leisure, formal and casual affair.
I ordered 3 summer dresses. They arrived after 60 days in 2 packs. 2 of them are totally bad size, although I checked measurement guide thoroughly before ordering. No adequate answer to complaint letter. They informed about the arrival of the second pack. Nobody cared about wrong sizes and out-of-season arrival. Great disappointment to me.

Ordered several dresses, when order arrived the dresses is either very tight or the material is really in poor quality, one of them I paid $20, and it's like a plastic table cover! Omg, who could wear a dress like that? Some dresses had a very lose seams! Two others that I order in different colors, one it fits ok, the other is very tight and did not fit me at all. So far out of the 10 dresses, I only keep one for myself, and some of the few tight one to give away to my nieces. But I have two dresses that is unacceptable so I emailed them to return it, they didn't reply right away and when they did, they told me that they would refund $8 for $40 worth of dress. I didn't get the $8 refund yet at this time. Anyhow, that's my experience. So to the curious one, I know that their website is enticing. Just beware!

Ladies, if you are a C cup or better, this site is not for you. Have ordered quite a few items from this site, all beautiful, however, they are not made for a womanly figure. Ordered either a 2XL or 3XL even though I normally wear a large because of the stated measurements and it fits everywhere except the breasts. That is one measurement they need to add. Makes me sad I shall never be able to wear any of these clothes and wish the site would state that you need not order if you wear more than a slight B cup. Hate returning things, so will be gifting these items. Sad.

I ordered clothes over three weeks ago and have emailed them several times with no response. I wish I would have read these reviews ahead of time. I left a message on a phone line that is suppose to be 24/7 customer support. No return call. So sad that a site like this has not been shut down.

5 Stars all the way for this funky online store I have stumbled into! OMG! I can spend all my pay check here! Definitely love this site! Dope clothing, which is also sustainable! My gf & I also love appreciate their online shopping store! Highly recommended.
Their cloths are pretty but customer service is terrible. It took me more than 6 months and complaining to receive part of my order but never received everything I paid for. Don't buy from them again.

I fell for their beautifil ad - i did at leadt receive the items - one out of 5 fit - returned promptly the other 4 with pronise of refund - nothing but excuses- dont buy from them! Clothes are cheaply made and sized way too small - an xxl was more like a medium

I am extremely unhappy, I was taken in my Fashionmia. Over waiting two months for my item, I sent them an email, requesting them, to cancel my order. I received an email back from them, stating their company is unable to supply a refund, due to financial reasons. I was then sent a payment form, asking me to pay $3.88 for the shipping. Stupidly, I paid this too. I have just again tried to email them, regarding my order and my email has been returned. I now know, I will never receive my order. They are a complete scam. Please avoid this Company. I was fooled by them, on an advertisement, which was on Facebook. Never occurred to me, they were a Fraudulent site. Be warned you pay money for items, you will never receive it.
Horrible. Never order from them again. The Website advertises that they give 10% discount on the first order if you register with them. I did that abut the website did not accept the coupon code. I contacted them and they said that they have applied the 10% to the order but that was a lie. When I asked again they said they will apply it to the next order. But I am not going to order from them again. I am cancelling this order too and will notify my credit card company not to pay them.

Took almost 2 months to get my things. After I ordered i got an email saying I needed to pay an extra $2.95 in tax which really is nothing. But my Norton anti virus kept warning it was an unsecured site so I called customer service and complained. So much for 24 x 7 customer service after 6 complaints I have yet to speak to a live person! Worst experience Never again

I was skeptical about ordering clothes on-line so only ordered two items, first item a denim dress arrived after 7 weeks, I didn't have high expectations but I like the quality, however, the size is too small, the second item still hasn't arrived. They tell me it's been shipped and not to worry. I will never order from them again and will not recommend them. What really ticks me off is that their advertising is all over the Time Health website, they should really consider dropping them as an advertiser because they are not what they appear to be. Wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered. Put me off ordering anything on line again.

They are the biggest scam out there! Never order from them! Long time to deliver if at all; clothes don't fit and badly mad; they will never refund; don't pay any "insurance"; just another scam to take your money. They will send you fake emails about refunding you money. Don't fall for it, they never will!

They took my money In May and I still have not received my dress.
At first they said they were back-ordered and just to wait.
Finally I asked for a full refund. They said they could not and that they put my money in my 'wallet' so that I could buy something else.
I asked them to credit my paypal and they said ok but it would take up to 25 working days.
After the 5 weeks I asked for my full refund, then they said that they could not because it has been more than three months.
Now I have to try to claim my money from Paypal.
I placed my order on 6/23, here it is 8/18 and I'm still waiting on 2 out of the 5 items i ordered.
I received a package yesterday, 8/17, the package details slip indicated that there were 2 items, however, there was only ONE.
THE SIZES ARE NOT TRUE TO SIZE AND THE QUALITY IS TERRIBLE.
This was my 1st and last time ordering from FASHIONMIA. Their prices are cheaper... now i see why!
I usually read the reviews prior to me ordering from any website that I'm not familiar with, made the mistake of not reading these reviews. It's funny that i had to actually GOOGLE the reviews as there is not an option to leave a review when you go to their website via FB or via email.

These clothes are absolute junk and no matter what your size you will be wasting your money if you choose to spend it on FashionMia's inferior, cheaply made clothes that look nothing, in real life, like the picture on the website. Oh and btw, my order too 3 months to get to me and when it did, two of the items fell apart at the seams as I took them gently from the bag they were shipped in. Answer: Fashion Mia took months for my order to arrive. Cheap, flimsy material. No tags. One blouse I bought, I couldn't even fit it over my head. Donating to Goodwill. What a scam.
Answer: At this point you might wait to get your order and then if not right then send back. It is going to cost alot of $ to return items because they go back to China and it is very EXPENSIVE! Good luck! It was a Nightmare for me!
Answer: Cancel. My advice is to just cancel. They haven't shipped their garbage yet, so if it's not too late, it's your best bet. The quality is the worst and they are extremely rude and unhelpful. If it's too late dispute directly with your credit card company or PayPal (whichever you used)

Check out other sites to purchase clothes and first and foremost read reviews online before purchasing. That was my lesson I took from this horrible experience.
Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Answer: It was impossible for me to find a phone number for them. I sent all questions I had to their email. They responded usually within 24 hours, however never quite answered any of my questions or concerns. Then they slapped a bogus tracking number on my order and have not responded to a single email since 12/21/15. Still no order received or even able to track. They are a sad joke on me.
