Wish there were sub numbers. Clothes wrong size. Took over a month to arrive after contacting my card company. Sleeves were so slim, even my grand daughter could not put on. Blouses were winter types, but tissue thin! Tags stay stitched in with sizes no where near reality. Winter coat 3x and three long sleeve blouse fit in my mailbox!? The kicker, tried to return, they came back to me. You CAN NOT RETURN these shoddy products or receive your money back. BEWARE!
Knit sweaters have no labels, Nothing to show the fabric or knit used. Nothing to show the size. I purchased what they claimed was Cotton, but there's no way this is cotton.
I'm itchy and burning up. This is polyester for sure.

Ordered a dress only to be told it was out of stock. Asked for a refund, they practically begged me to take store credit. 2 weeks gone, no refund, but I did get a poorly worded response from them saying it was not a scam!

They take your money right away but it takes well over a month to get anything. Then it may come in multiple packages days or weeks apart. The quality of that cream v-neck dress is horrible. A couple of the items are wearable, but the quality is very cheap fabric and stitching. I'm thinking the items come from China and the sizing is more for the smaller Asian built women. The photos make the clothing so enticing, but don't buy from them. And don't even think about returning anything.

Update to my previous review. I finally received my refund - 16 e-mails and 7 months after Fashion Mia received the returned goods. To be fair, whilst the e-mail content didn't inspire confidence, at least they did reply promptly and politely to every one I sent

Back in January I ordered half a dozen items from Fashion Mia. They took over a month to arrive - and then in 2 batches - and when they did the quality can only be described as poor. Sizing was all over the place and the finishing shoddy. I contacted them for a refund for all but one item and was offered a cash voucher which I declined. I had to return the items to an address in the US which cost nearly £20 and at first they said they hadn't received the items until I sent the proof of delivery on 26 March. Since then, I have been promised on numerous occasions that my refund is being processed - claiming that a refund is "difficult", and there is a backlog - but as yet no sign of any cash. Paypal offer no solution as the goods were actually received.
Don't order from them! They are fake!. They will process the payment right away but never respond to you after that.
24/7 customer service does not exist! Stay away!

Ordered a number of items from this company. All were advertised as to fit bust 38 to 39 I am a 36! When the items arrived they were of awful quality and none of them fit me. Although the parcel obviously came from somewhere in England (no import documents), when I got in touch with PayPal I was asked to return items to Chine with a tracking number, this is going to cost me a fortune! I found an English address on their website and the label on the package also gives an address in England. I have asked Paypal to insist that I return the items to an address in England. I will keep you posted on how this all turns out. If you want cheap clothes that don't look anything like the photo and do not fit and you have money to burn, then order from these people. If not, I suggest you go look elsewhere.

We bought two dresses which on 26/718, they were where sub standard and accepted as returned on 13/8/18. I have had numerous emails since saying "we have some process to go for issuing your refund, it will take some more time". Its now 5/10/18 and still no refund. BEWARE this company sell faulty goods, it will cost you to return them to the United States and they don't return your money. I have given up on any return of funds, so am telling all you potential customers NOT to buy anything from FationMia they are crooks and their products are sub standard. I have had to tick one stat although they don't deserve it to publish this review.

I wish I had found this site before I ordered. The garments I received did not look like the ones in the pictures at all. The were made of cheap material, not sewn well in that the patterns did not match up at the seams. The sizes are totally off, the XL was equivalent to a size 6. When I complained they offered me $28 to not return the clothes as my full refund when I spent much more than that. I researched shipping the clothes back for a full refund to find out it would cost me over $100 to ship according to their specific requirements (via ship and would take 3 months to arrive at destination) or if I wanted it to arrive within the 30 days it would cost double. This is only for half my order given the second half of my order has not even arrived yet after 2 months.
Don't waste your money or time looking at the website. They are crooks.

I placed an order to the tune of 70 in June this year and the items arrived several weeks later in dribs and drabs. All the clothing items were not as sized on their website and more of that to fit a china doll! Two necklaces i ordered were broken and unwearable and the general standard of all the goods were of extremely poor quality. I was advised on emailing them that they only accepted local postal return deliveries (at your own cost to china!) no mention of this of course of their website. The end result was that they advised that i give the order away free as gifts to friends and they would as a goodwill gesture, give me a £10 voucher to spend on their website moving forward!?!
I am now dealing directly with my banks fraud team to get a full refund of costs in full of my order and i can only STRONGLY advise you:
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! ITS A COMPLTE RIP OFF. THE REASON THEY DO NOT ACCEPOT RETURN DELIVERIES BY FEDEX, UPS ETC ETC AND ONLY LOCAL POST US THAT AS SOON AS ANY MAIL LEAVES THE UK UNDER ANY FORM OF SPECIAL DELIVERY ETC IS DEEMEMED UNTRACKABLE AFTER IT LEAVES UK SHORES... I WONDER WHY!?

I am more than dissapointed with the shirt I bought. It was short, thin horrible material, not at all the style in the photo, not even the same print! Do NOT BUY CLOTHES HERE. THEY ARE A SCAM TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE! NO number to call, no refunds, not company information on receipt. Was supposed to be a deep v neck shirt with styled sleeves and buttons. Nothing like advertised. Its a medium thats wide and short. Barely goes to my belly button. Horrible! Shame on you Fashionmia!

As a costumer, I'm very disappointed in length for delivery... 3 months in total,. Firs parcel I received after 2 months, then again month later. Some items still missing but checked in the parcel as delivered to you, items coming in pieces, very poor quality as well most tops were damaged, eg. Rust spots on one of the tops I ordered. Products/items are not looking the way you see on the photos, very misleading to customers. Size chart is wrong as well. For medium size person you have to order at least large to fit in. Costumer service is not responding in timely manner as well they will never return your phone call despite providing phone number for any issues you may have. The response is often the same, asking many times the same questions despite attachments being provided. To return the product in 30 days as per policy you have to send 2-3 times paying the return charges because you didn't receive the items all at once. They want you to provide tracking number for returns but that means it will cost double to return. After all that you have to wait for up to 20 days to receive your money back.

I ordered three dresses hopping they would be delivered before I went to this Wedding and of course I didn't received them until I got back. I was so glad I had a back up plan the dresses I received were nothing like the picture on line, they were designed for a short person fabric knit very cheap. Here I am 6 months later trying to get my money back from them. Kitty from this company keeps promising me that it is coming and that her co workers are slow. I ordered a long-sleeve t-shirt from them over 3 months ago. Just one t-shirt. Not only haven't I gotten it, I've tried to message them through their message link on their site, and got it bounced back as a delivery failure every time. That they keep emailing me flash sale ads is salt in the wound. I've written it off as a lesson learned (not a very expensive one at that) to do my research before ordering from strange websites! Please, learn from my mistake and do not give these charlatans your hard-earned money.

I waited for weeks for my order to even begin processing. I cancelled when it never processed. I paid insurance twice so I could get a refund. It has been since August and I still have not gotten my money back. No one will respond to emails, calls... They basically just stole my money.

Answer: Fashion Mia took months for my order to arrive. Cheap, flimsy material. No tags. One blouse I bought, I couldn't even fit it over my head. Donating to Goodwill. What a scam.
Answer: At this point you might wait to get your order and then if not right then send back. It is going to cost alot of $ to return items because they go back to China and it is very EXPENSIVE! Good luck! It was a Nightmare for me!
Answer: Cancel. My advice is to just cancel. They haven't shipped their garbage yet, so if it's not too late, it's your best bet. The quality is the worst and they are extremely rude and unhelpful. If it's too late dispute directly with your credit card company or PayPal (whichever you used)

Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

They responded usually within 24 hours, however never quite answered any of my questions or concerns. Then they slapped a bogus tracking number on my order and have not responded to a single email since 12/21/15. Still no order received or even able to track. They are a sad joke on me.
