I made a order in July 2018, pushed the cancellation button after realizing that the order will not be here for the occasion needed for, they promised to send a refund it is now December five months later, however, i contacted them and ask for a coupon to re-order some stuff they agreed to my surprise after entering the code it told me the code was invalid and charged my card again instead. I contacted them and no one answered in relevance to that.
A rep by the name of Kitty emailed me concerning my reason for pushing the cancellation button on this order, i explained why until this day no answer they have a total of $300 for me never receive an item nor a refund it's really sad. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but clearly they have no integrity.
I'm so disappointed with the delays in sending the orders. I purchased a coat on November, 19th. Almost a month later, I haven't received it yet. Even when they stated I should be receiving it "normally within 3-7 days". I was planning to wear this item on my trip to NY for Christmas and now I have to go to the shopping and spend more money on another item at the last minute because of your poor service. It is extremely inconvenient! I hope you take criticism seriously in order to improve your Customer satisfaction

I ordered 2 dresses, a purse and a winter coat, on Oct. 9th. They arrives the 3rd week of November. The quality was cheap, you could see through 2 layers of fabric (was suppose to be cotton). They did not have the coat but as of 12/06, they have not refunded my money. This is an overseas company with poor customer service to match their products.

I ordered from this company and didn't realize it was coming from China. It took FOREVER to get just 2 out of the 4 items ordered. Both were dresses and neither of them fit. I eventually was able to send them back (at my expense), but have never been refunded ANY money. One item was out of stock and I never received it or was refunded any money for that. I received one top that I kept (doesn't fit like it should and quality is poor, but it's not horrible). That top was $17.95 I think, but I spent over $100 for that item. I went through the trouble of trying to dispute it and get it removed from the credit card I used and that didn't work either. Please learn from my $100 mistake and don't use them.

Fashionmia quick to transfer your funds from your account, cancel what's on your order and don't inform you until you ask a question (which will take a while to respond) sends what they want to you and give a story on why they can't return your money as soon as possible.
They are unreliable and a fraud!

I have been asking for my REFUND for how many weeks now and yet to receive it.
After a whole month and more I have finally received my Refund of my money that was so quick to be removed and placed in their account for the transactions.
If it wasn't for writing reviews, the company wouldn't have contacted me and get stuff done for me, but anyways Finally after so long they message me and asked me to take down this review. However, I am not taking it down. Everyone can make up their mind what to do on their own, but I surely will NOT be purchasing anything from this company in future. Awful, worst experience ever. I've ordered 4 dresses, 2 months later received only two of them which were very poor copy of the advertised on the picture. I demanded the refund for the dresses i've never received, but they replied that they will resend them if i pay extra for insurance. Obviously i didn't want to receive more rubbish which i would simply throw and definitely wouldn't pay them anything extra. I insisted on refund but they explained they couldn't due to financial difficulties and since then any emails I was sending to them, returned back to me "undeliverable". THEY ARE CRIMINALS!

I purchased 3 items from this company at the end of September. The website showed 3 items shipped. I received only 1 item almost 1 month after, and was then notified that the other 2 items were cancelled. They wanted to give me a credit to purchase other items at a future date, however, I just wanted my money of $87.57 CAD refunded to my credit card. We are now at the end of November and no money has been refunded, even though the company rep Angela told me it will take about 15 days for the refund to go through. The past few days I have been writing t get my money back and they are not even replying to my messages. I am so sorry that I did not do my homework by reading the reviews first. CUSTOMERS PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM COMPANY. I MAY NEVER GET MY MONEY BACK FOR PRODUCTS THAT I NEVER RECEIVED.

I ordered a top from FashionMia. Followed the size chart that appeared next to the item and ordered a US bust size 40" = 2x. My item arrived, but was tight. It was labeled a 2x but the bust actually measured 38.5". I contacted FashionMia and received this response:

So they just went ahead and refunded me $53.75 out of the $85 they owe me. I'm assuming that they will not be giving me the rest of the money they owe me, nor the "refund insurance" I had to pay for to receive the refund which was fraud.

This is the lowest quality piece of clothing I have ever received. It arrived with a broken zipper, the polyester fabric is similar to the fabric they used to make little girl nightgowns out of in the 80s that was super flammable. The dress was supposed to be "midi" but came to my knee and I am not a tall girl. As bad as the dress is, the customer service is worse. I was told it would take a "very long time" to get a refund, and that would be only after I returned the item and provided a tracking number for shipping. Guess what? It costs $49 at USPS to do that. Fortunately I paid through PayPal and was given a partial refund, but avoid FashionMia. It is a total scam.

This dress is super cute! Can be dressed up or down! The fabric is nice as well. This was a quick buy I needed a dress for a family photoshoot I bought about 7 dresses n this was the winner even over a $200 dress!
It took 2 months to get the item after spending time back and forth on out of stock items. The sizes of the 2 items are wrong. Another item is totally I did not order.

This is really sad because she was going to take it out of town up north for Thanksgiving but now she has to look for another coat. Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
