I ordered 7 dresses over 2 weeks ago. I received a payment confirmation and was told I would get a shipping confirmation. I never received any additional information on my order. I did continue to receive emails requesting me to purchase their products. I sent 2 emails and called several times and have not received any information. No one answered or returned my calls. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. They have stole my money. I'm sure the 5* reviews are false reviews created by this company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
Ordered and paid for 6 dresses and only received 3. When those 3 dresses arrived they were to small so was told by email to send them back for a full refund. Asked if I would be refunded for the 3 I never received and told no. Paid $54.57NZ to send the others back by NZ Post and low and behold I got them back today. I was told when they got to China Fashionmia wouldn't acknowledge the parcel was for them. I am very disappointed and angry as I'm out of pocket by $217.10NZ plus postage. Stay away from this company as I think they are a ripoff.

This company is the absolute worse. After months of not receiving my product they offered me a refund stating that the product was out of stock. I periodically follow up on my refund, and received an email stating that I could pay for half the product $15 and they would send me the dress. You have to be kidding me! I want my refund. This company is horrible. They wait long periods of time I am thinking to hope you forget, but I will not!

I ordered a dress since the 22nd of November 2017, received an email on the 26 of December ( a whole month later) saying my item was out of stock, Ive been contacting them since then, selling constant emails and was OFFERED. A refund on the 27th of December saying it will take 15 days for me to receive my refund, today is January 26th 2019 and I have not heard nor received anything from fashion mia, its been exactly TWO months since this whole process started and I have not received my product or money back, worst company ever.

I thought I was buying a dress and they send me a top for a ten year old child. They just disregard my complaint. With the dress I ordered a shoes a month and a half later still have not received it.we should boycott Chinese Companies they are not to be trusted.It happened to me with other Chinese Companies they are purely dishonest. Let us see about the shoes. Will I get it?!

I purchased some dresses in December 2017 but they arrived in a very crumbled state, were made of poor quality of material and finish and did not fit.
I spoke to Mia online (Sandy) and was advised to return the dresses but if I wanted a refund i had to use a Tracking system. This was expensive: £14.90.
By 29th January 2018 no refund had been received. I spoke with Suki who explained that I needed to wait 15-25 days before the monies would appear in my bank account.
This is now January 2019 and still no refund.

I ordered 10 items costing over $200 on 25 Oct 2018 and my card was deducted payment the next day. I have still not received all items and the first 4 items came after weeks of chasing and were nothing like the pictures. The fabric was cheap, the colors were wrong, the pockets even had a hole. One dress was half the length of what was shown. I have told them to not send the rest of the order and to refund my card but get stupid replies to say they have a slow refund system and they are prioritizing. Please do not buy from them.

The dresses were garbage, very poor material and workmanship.
Sizes was all wrong, bought XL size but the actual thing is more like small.
Looked nothing like the photos on the website.
Wanted me to pay for the expensive shipping in order to return the goods for refund, or instead offered us store credit less than the value of the purchase.
This is the same as refusing to refund, whereas a good online store would have provided either a full refund or a prepaid postage to return the goods, especially when the goods are clearly faulty.
Awful customer experience, no one should ever buy from them again.

I wished I had listened and not waste my money when I read the reviews before going ahead and waiting my money on Fashionmia. I placed my order on 30th August, 2018, I was told one of the two items is not available and had to wait for two months. At the end of Nov., one items was shipped and the other was replaced since I can no longer wait. I received them in December. The two items are total trash, this is complete fraud. These people must be so heartless selling such useless items to people, I mean you cannot wear them just sitting down at home. I latter found out these items are all available on aliexpress, just take a picture and put it on aliexpress picture search( I think it works on only mobile devices). There is buyers protection and you can get your refund if you are not satisfied.

I ordered four items around Thanksgiving 2018. It took a month to receive the items. Although there was a tracking id to track the delivery status, it didn't work at all. The quality is very poor. One of the buttons on a dress was almost fall off after I tried on it.

They are the worst system I have ever seen! Even if u pay extra to get ur items nothing comes. The tracking system is so layered and diffecult to use. No answers from customer service. Finally a bull$#*! answe like "soon". My order says partially shipped. No it says sold out! They take ur money no problem but nothing comes. I have had a horrible experience with this company. I placed my order for 4 tops in November. It took them one week for them to process. Then they don't have my size but no email was sent to inform me to place an replacement order. I had to contact them and then they placed a replacement order. Four weeks later, they sent the order but missing one top. I contacted them for missing order, they sent me a bunch of tracking number, which I don't know which is which and blamed it on US postal service. This company is a scam and never buy again! Buyer aware.

The jacket I ordered had a broken zipper when I opened the package. Have been getting the run around for almost a month. Tailor will cost more than I paid for the jacket to get it fixed. FashionMia told me they will refund me $7 or give me store credit of $10 or give me $10 to get it fixed. I paid $36.58. Their option of an exchange is phoney because the link doesn't work. Next step is to report them to PayPal and my credit card to let them know what a scam this is.

When it finally arrived clothes were all too small.
Not one piece was wearable.
24/7 customer service? A big big joke.
Someone out there is laughing at me.
I sent numerous emails.
Finally, I escalated my complaint to the legal offices.
No one called me back.
However, they did send info about shipping.
I'm so disgusted by this company, I think they are paying people to advertise their products.

These clothes are absolute junk and no matter what your size you will be wasting your money if you choose to spend it on FashionMia's inferior, cheaply made clothes that look nothing, in real life, like the picture on the website. Oh and btw, my order too 3 months to get to me and when it did, two of the items fell apart at the seams as I took them gently from the bag they were shipped in. Answer: Fashion Mia took months for my order to arrive. Cheap, flimsy material. No tags. One blouse I bought, I couldn't even fit it over my head. Donating to Goodwill. What a scam.
Answer: At this point you might wait to get your order and then if not right then send back. It is going to cost alot of $ to return items because they go back to China and it is very EXPENSIVE! Good luck! It was a Nightmare for me!

Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

They responded usually within 24 hours, however never quite answered any of my questions or concerns. Then they slapped a bogus tracking number on my order and have not responded to a single email since 12/21/15. Still no order received or even able to track. They are a sad joke on me.
