I ordered a small hoodie off of fashionmia. After reading some reviews, I realized their clothes run small, so I emailed the company and asked if I could get a larger size. Their website says that if they are contacted within 24 hours of placing the order, it can be exchanged. I sent the email within 8 hours of placing my order, but I did not hear back from them until 3 days later. She told me she wasn't able to check her email because the system was down, but if it was too small I could exchange it after I got it. The hoodie cam in and looked like it could fit a ten year old child, so I emailed them asking if I could exchange it for a larger size. They told me that I had to give them five stars and write a positive review on this website and two other websites that they sent me the link for before they would give me a larger size or refund my money.
I was about to cancel my order but customer service was great and assured me of all my worries about my items not fitting and having to return. Customer service has kept in touch with me while my items arrive. Everything fit great! Good quality and pretty clothes! Will purchase again! Alice has been very helpful throughout my order!
I recently ordered a coat from FashionMia. When it arrived, I was very happy to find that it was just as lovely as it looked on the site, and it was very well put together. I had a slight issue with the way it fit, so I contacted Customer Service. They were very friendly and promptly helped me get my issue addressed. I would very much recommend shopping with FashionMia.
I ordered a coat from fashionmia, I chose normal sending that it takes more time, and in tracking site was written that it is out of china, but when I asked the post office in my country, they told that is not arrived yet. I told all this to their service team. They have behaved in a good manner and wanted to send me another coat without paying again and also gave me a coupon of 50 dollars for being late, a day after I received my coat.
And when my coat was arrived, I liked it.
They have really good service, although when there is any problem, trying to find a solution. I have to be thankful them and their service.

I will never do buy any of the items they displace on their fashionmia.com site because the item is a replica of what they show on the site. Very cheap China quality fabric. They probably use a lot of Photoshop to make it looks attractive on their website. Shipment takes months to arrive. They shipped partial multiple times to make it looks like the item arrived as estimated. Customer service is negligent. Communication takes weeks. If you want to do business with them, make sure you have a lot of patience. Item arrived with a hole on the dress. Sent them a picture. They said they don't see it. Anyways, it is disaster! DO NOT get yourself into it.

Normally you have to send it back in exchange for a new one but fashionmia offered to send the larger size without my having to ship the small one back. Great customer service.

My entire order was crap. Cheaply made - worse than a tshirt from Dollar General. One of the dresses had already come apart. I am normally a size 10-12 so I ordered the largest size just to be safe - an XXL which is way bigger than I normally buy. I can almost always wear a medium or large. Nothing fit - absolutely nothing and I ordered 9 articles.
Do not waste your money because to ship back to China would have been twice what I paid for my order. Don't be a sucker. You get what you pay for here in a bad way.
Very happy with the quality of my new coat. I am very glad that I found this website because of all the great merchandise. And the prices are out of this world.

I cancelled my order because of everyone telling me how bad this site is, I really liked the dress I ordered but my friend told me she ordered one from there and it was not very good quality, very different from the pictures. So I cancelled, but how do u know if it put the money back on ur card
Firstly clothes took over 5 weeks to arrive. The clothes were NOTHING like the picture. Its like a blind person stitched them together as they are so badly made and cheap isn't even the word to describe the material! Complete scam. Then one of the tops I ordered never arrived so I contacted them, they told me it was out of stock that I could choose something else or get a refund which would take 5-10 days to get to my account... I choose refund - its been 26 days and no sign of my money?! They should be closed down due to false advertisement and selling $#*!E clothes!
