Ordered 3 items and a problem with each of them: 1) Wrong colour sneakers sent - apparently unable to send out correct colour, as the mistake was in the description on the wedsite. H2) First coat ordered never arrived, as their distributor no longer held stock of the coat. 3) second coat ordered arrived damaged.
Customer services seem disinterested, and a manager is never available. Still waiting refund for one expensive item, even though the partner took receipt of the item 2 days ago.
It took only 2 days and my order came. Perfect package, and everything in perfect condition. I am so happy! Thanks so much :)
Knock on here if you want the best fashion item. Farfetch has everything. And if you want something different from others, don't hesitate to choose here. You'll never regret it.
Not only it took almost a week, but also the wrong size
My order was Size 46 and I received size 42, I have a wedding after 3 days and I was depending on wearing the skirt I ordered. Am really disappointed

Just curious as to why shipping is $10 on checkout but as soon as I put in my 10% off first order promo code the shipping price jumps to $30? I then remove the promo code and shipping is back to $10. What exactly are you trying to pull Farfetch?

Ordered Coach bag on Tuesday in Ireland - delivered on Friday from Italy. UPS tracker service excellent.
This was my second time to use Farfetch. Coach bag perfect and got it at a great discount. Will use Farfetch again.
I don't know why my order was cancelled, I called farfetched and they said this is their security checking and i need to provide ID and picture of my bank card for verification, also I checked with my credit card company, they don't even have such a request.
So disappoint with their service!

The customer service answer me direct, I got the confirm mail directly and sent package the day after, however UPS resheduled at 19.00 after I took the day off waiting at home the whole day and got the status on UPS that my package was rescheduled, information unavailable. 2 days after, I sent messages to both UPS and farfetch and farfetch customer service helped me about it. Recommend to buy but choose DHL if it's possible,

Farfetch often has that hard to locate item. Prompt tracking updates, efficient delivery. Item is always as expected. I did have to do one return that went process went smoothly. DHL was at my door on the day, and within my timeframe. Again, tracking was provided and my refund was timely.
Also, I am in the USA, so your experience may vary due to your country and taxes, import duties etc.
I used to be happy with Farfetch and have actually bought a lot there, but the minute something went wrong with an item, they refused to take responsibility.
My expensive Chloe sandals broke the second time I wore them and could not be fixed to a level that was sustainable, so they tried everything they could to shift responsibility onto their suppliers.
It has taken countless emails and "threats" to get them to issue a refund. And also a lot of weird/disorganised communication from their customer service. It happened in the summer and we now have april! I also spend money on two repairs and asked if they would refund that, they said they would look into it, but they never replied.
I recommend people to stay clear of this place at any cost! They don't seem to follow standard consumer protection laws.

I purchased Saint Laurent polo shirt medium bordeux color, to my surprise when I openned the package it was Prada polo shirt with the same size and color. As much as I wanted to return it for an exchange I cannot do it because the item was taxed U. S $105.00 something equivalent to Philippine Peso 5,541.80 to be exact.
I emailed farfetch regarding the mistaje done by their third party merchant. But only a return item and purchase again the right designer brand polo shirt this time to be taxed again twice, even if I'm willing to pay for the full price of the item.
Now, I'm paying the mistake of their merchant. Where is the justice here.
Can you blame me for being harsh and rude if wrong or unwanted item was shipped?!
As a businessman we should know how to accept our mistake and compensate our valued clients as they are the critical purchasers of us. As much as we can please them in order to keep them within us.
I did not even ask for any free shipping nor soecial discount code. All I ask was just to declare under value on the official so that I won't be taxed. This is just a simple request from their valued purchaser for almost one year.
I'm very disappointed with the service if farfetch. Instead of their service getting better, it's becoming worse.

I am never ordering from here ever again. Still waiting over a week for a refund that shows received and signed for by Farfetch. They keep giving me the run around about it all. If I dont get the refund by Friday Im calling BBB. This happened to me before and I gave them another chance but no more. People shop elsewhere. I got a prompt refund from MONNIER Frères. I recommend them over Farfetch.

Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
