This black patent (polyurethane) jacket with a faux fur leopard collar is a one of a kind jacket. I've been looking for a unique black dressy jacket and this is the most stylish of all I've considered. It will look good with both casual and dressy clothes.

The support was ABSOLUTELY horrible. I ordered an item. On the arrival date, nothing came in. I, the customer, had to call and check in and ask why my item had not arrived. They had to go check with the company that held the item and finally figured out the company did not have the item. None of this was figured out until I contacted FarFetch. I was promised to get an update the following day and, at the end of the business day, I did not receive any phone calls. Overall, this was a horrible experience. The 10% off does not help with anything.
Never have had any problems with them to accept item back or refuse to admit if there are any issues.
Elegant stuff, amazing price and very fast delivery, I'm in love with site. This is my second time order from farfetch and I'd recommend it for everyone. I'd never write a review at any site expect farfetch.
The service is excellent and the customer service actually replied to me regarding my concern. The shipping is fast there is a huge selection available to choose from. However, i just wish you had a gift wrapping option with a personalized gift card.
I would really like if on one order you dont charge shipping from every item separately. And please do not ship with UPS, they are already second time late with my package. DHL is so much better option since we pay shipping. Otherwise I am very satisfied with Farfetch.

NO ASSISTANCE ON DAMAGED ITEMS. Sunglasses (over 500) had issues with polarized layer on lenses scratching super easily 6 months after I bought it. Polarized layer was coming off just by cleaning with cloth.
It was a product issue/ defect.
Farfetch blamed me for it without giving a chance to analyse the sunglasses to get to a proper conclusion. After insisting with them they said they contacted the brand and the brand the conclusion was the same.
At the same time I contact them I contact the brand directly (in LA, USA)(I live in Europe) and they accepted to solve the problem and get the lenses exchanged.
Do not expect any assistance on your purchases from Farfetch.

I just received today a dsquared t shirt that seemed too big for the size i ordered wich was large. Behind the neck, the size says L but the other tag wich is inside close to the ribs, it says XXL! So, either its fake, wich is completely illegal and unacceptable or i really dont know what happens with this company. Very dissapointing, i feel scammed. I m sure they will reply me with their robot messages: we are very sorry blah blah blah, the experience you describe does not reflect our luxury blah blah blah. Never again. Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
