Its hard to believe but Farfetch could send you a letter in... russian! Bingo! The service is so poor and tantalizing that better don't even try to order something from them
I received my items fine size did not fit. I used their prepaid label and returned. I can see item has been received since Dec 16. Its now Jan 7. I am still not reimbursed. Not purchasing from them again. They dont respond to emails and dont pick up the phone
I'm very irritated indeed that, as a customer in a non-EU area neither you nor your suppliers deduct EU or Swiss sales tax at source. It is lazy not giving them a procedure to follow. If I were to order again it would only be because I couldn't source the items any other way, rather than buying from you as a matter-of-course.
Don't make that mistake again as everybody do make mistakes too. Got a Dsquared jean size 44 but jean size was 46 instead of 44 but the tag attached was 44

Everything was going smoothly I opened it the boxes and saw my new shoes. Then as I was about to wear my NMD R1s I saw some dirt inside. I was confused but ignored it. I was so happy to have these shoes but the only other problem was that the adidas logo on the shoe had a clear substance stuck on it? I tried to rub it off but my friend told me it could be a scratch! Sadly this experience makes me want to not buy from Farfetch anymore.

I have made two separate purchases within a week. Once I got my first package, they had a 20% promotion. So I made another purchase and got 20%. I've emailed them asking if they can do a price adjustment. Instead of me returning and ordering again to get the 20% off. Doyle said they will honour the part of the price adjustment. So I've waited, didn't get the refund after 2 weeks. So I've emailed them again. They said the 20% was already offered on my second purchase and will not honour the first order. Which I think is totally unfair. We continue emailing back and forth and now they said the promotion is over and will not refund me anything. What kind of business is it? False promises.

Customer service is non-existing. You have to hold on the phone for over an hour every time you call. And when they answer, they have no clue of what's going on. Further more they LIE that the order is sent out, but when confronted about tracking #, they keep lying that it will be provided within 24 hours via email. Bull$#*!ers, that's what they are. Also, couple times right after (next day) i purchased item, it goes on sale further, and when i called to ask for adjustment, they flatly refused it. Order is not even sent out, but they still refuse to issue adjustment. Items are authentic, but the way they conduct business is horrible. Proceed at your own risk.

Wow fast shipping fast service and ease of use of their website. I was scared at first not knowing if this is a legit website since there are so many fakes ones out there. But I'm glad I found these guys and gals I'll definitely be shopping with them again for all my sold out stuff here in the USA
First time using Farfetch for online purchase on Fendi trackpant and was very pleased with fast service and was surprised to receive the parcel within a week.

The hardwear on my handbag came back scratched and Farfetch could do nothing to help me. They did not even have another bag do exchange out for me. This was the worst experience ever with them. I am highly disappointed that the seller would send a use handbag to a customer and Farfetch let's them get away with this.

Been looking for the Geox jacket for a long time and finally found it, ordered it and received 3 days later.
It is a very good shopping site with wide range of stuff classic, vintage and the latest collection to choose from however, it needs improvement in giving details and sizes. Otherwise, I'm a very happy and satisfied customer.

Pretty disappointed, I spent over $4,000 on a bag that I wasn't able to buy in store as it wasn't available in Australia, only to have it arrive without a YSL box or bag. Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
