I'm a platinum member of Farfetch. I buy 90% of my clothing through the application. However, recently, I purchased items that are coming from Australia and are being held at customs because they are REQUIRING MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER to allow my package to leave the country. This has NEVER happened prior, and the amount of my purchase is minimal, obviously raising my concern as to why I'm required to give out such personal information as my social security number to purchase a skirt. I'm appalled, and unfortunately, although Farfetch may not technically be at fault, but they are acting as if I am overreacting to what is happening.
I recently ordered a jumpsuit from Farfetch but it was so small that it didn't go up my leg. I requested a return and packed it properly, with all papers it came with packed neatly inside (I reprinted the return label because it was squashed when it arrived so I left it with the jumpsuit). I didn't return the hanger since it was cracked when it came and I was worried it would ruin the jumpsuit on the way back. Everything was perfect. I sent it back in exactly the same condition it came, with all tags and within the timeframe allowed. I received an email from Farfetch saying that they cannot accept my return because the jumpsuit had no labels, smelt of cigarettes and had a stubbed out cigarette in the packaging (they provided me with a fake photo). This is a complete lie - the jumpsuit was perfect, it wasn't even tried on properly since it was tiny. It had al labels attached to it. I don't smoke, my husband doesn't smoke and I have two young kids who obviously don't smoke. The jumpsuit never came into contact with anything of the sort. They said that they won't allow their supplier to sell the jumpsuit on their site anymore but they are sending it back to me and they won't refund me. This is pure theft! I've never, ever had a problem with anything i've ever bought online. Beware of them!
I purchased a dress and tried to return it within the 14 day window but their online website wasn't working. I tried emailing and calling and was just told since now I'm outside the window I'm out of luck. Now I'm stuck with an expensive dress I'll never wear. They also refuse to have managers call, they prefer to just email saying no help. I would chose zero stars if the option is available.
You gave me a wrong cover not what I ordered please do something about it I would like you guys to take it back
Product came in in a damaged box, shoes looked like they were worn. Still haven't received an email back from customer service. Very disappointed

C/ Conde de Altea, 55 ALTEA ******* Spain the item but Size 53, which doesn't fit on my wife finger.
I have to mention that the ring doesn't look brand new.
I am disappointed because the ring was supposed to be a birthday gift for my wife 50th anniversary.
I'll proceed with return procedure tomorrow.

Ordered a top and returned. DHL came to pick it up but never received a refund. Called Farfetch and they advised that there was nothing they could do even the tracking number showed it was delivered. Would not order from there again.
I have noticed this online store in the internet when I tried to find some nice places where to buy clothes. When I found out that this online store sells branded clothes I understoo d that I definitely wanted something from their stuff. I explored the whole assortment for a couple of hours until I finally found something that I wanted. I ordered some t-s and some shirts, as well as jeans. They were delivered quite fast and this fact delighted me a lot. I thought I would wait for them forever, nevertheless everything was okay. I would certainly apply here once in case I would need clothes or shoes.
I ordered 1000 + from Farfetch last year Dec 9,2021 never received my package and they won't put a claim in claiming they have the Notice of Delivery signed. I had an executive claims officer from FedEx provide proof that the notice of delivery was false and they still didn't open a claim or give me my money back or tell me what I need to do next. Finally received a call back today Feb 4,2022 for no reason and no help at all. The proof of delivery has a false signature. I have a email from the executive claims officer at FedEx showing that the proof of delivery is false.
Their shipping is so restrictive you cannot change the address and must be home to sign for package. I work like many others and told them this and they would not help so i had to pick up in a horrible neighborhood shipping office. It took an hour and many attempts at getting package.
Bought $500 sneakers. Faulty after wearing 3 times. Farfetch who are happy to take my money did not accept responsibility. Blamed brand supplier for 3 months delay to look at my request for replacement or refund. Without even asking to have to shoes returned to assess damage they decide its down to wear and tear and decline compensation. Farfetch do not accept responsibility and take the " not my problem" approach. Any other retailer would inspect the shoes and then come to a decision. Sorry to have to put Farfetch into my " unprofessional and never purchase from them again" basket.
The bag was lost, it didn't reach me in time, because it arrived a week later. I tried to talk to the supervisor, who did not give me any solution. I asked if it was lost, they sent me another one or refunded my money, and they said no, without offering me a solution until the order was found. I will definitely not buy from this company again, after not giving me a solution when they lost my order. I have not been able to give it away in time.
Don't shop Farfetch unless your willing to risk paying a premium for products that have worse quality than the prizes at chuck e cheese. Spent $500 on a pair of Dolce & Gabbana cufflinks for my wedding. I wore them once and they broke while I was removing them. What a way to end your wedding night. Farfetch was unwilling to offer a refund or replacement. The "partner boutique" claimed the item was "too old": I purchased the item in May and wore it in December. They then claimed that it likely broke due to wear and tear. I wore the item once, and as is the case with cufflinks, only touched them twice: once to put them on and again to take them off. A $500 pair of cufflinks breaking after one use is ridiculous. I have $20-$50 cufflinks that have lasted 10+ years. Spend your money elsewhere.
I got a Versace ring from Farfetch for my birthday. A year later it's broken half and I got no replacement or solution for this problem. Farfetch refused to replace it or to repair it when it's clearly poor product quality.
Would not recommend anyone to get your accessories from Farfetch.
I recommend you pay very close attention to the return policy - these is very short and they game you with short turnaround for refunds or returns.
I HAVE LOST HINDREDS OF $$$ DUE TO THIS PATHETIC POLICY.
They are the most uncooperative people! I placed an order, then found out the long shipping time, so I explained that I will not be home and package will sit outside - they said my problem, they cannot cancel the order.
I bought Canda Goose gloves in a hard to find size, but they ship from Poland - why so far for Boston?
Farfetch has been one of most hassle-free fashion platforms I've used and enjoyed. Their selection of brands, UI design, delivery speed and return services, have been nothing but superb.
I ordered 2 dresses. Only one of the dresses was delivered. The shipping label, packing slip and everything showed 2 dresses, but the package only had one dress. This is a $750 dress that I was charged for, and never received. I've been in contact with farfetch for 3 months, every time I call they say they're reviewing with the company and will get back to me within 24-48 hours. They do not get back to me, I have to call and it's the same story. I demand my money back. I don't know what else I'm supposed to do. Stay away from this company. This is a fraudulent company.
Don't buy off this website! Their customer service is awful. They won't answer emails. They sent me an empty box and no product inside and are taking no responsibly, giving no refund, no new product etc

Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
