HACKED.WAS GOOD WHILE IT LASTED BUT MY ACCOUNT GOT HACKED... APPARENTLY THE HACKER IS BETTER THEN THE FANDUEL INVESTIGATORS. BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME PER THEY INVESTIGATION IT SEEMS THAT I ALLOWED SOMEONE ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT. LOL IT WILL SEEM LIKE THAT ISN'T THAT WHAT HACKED IS. BUT IM TELLING YOU REVIEWERS NO THAT WASN'T SO.ONE MORNING I RECEIVED AN AUTHENTICATION TO MY PHONE AND I KNOW I WASN'T TRYING TO LOG IN MY ACCOUNT. AND WHEN I CHECKED MY MONEY WAS GONE. THEY WON'T HOLD RESPONSIBILITY
When I tried to log into my account it said that it was locked I received an email from some support member at FanDuel telling me I had to answer all these personal questions before I can proceed into my account again I answered the questions waited three days to get an email back saying that I had to show them proof of my financial earnings! I highly recommend trying a different Casino these people are crazy How dare they ask me about my finances that is none of their business
Customer service gets negative stars, the most rude in educated humans I've ever dealt with. Fanduel must hire from the bottom of the barrel. The app itself is an absolute joke that is never working. DK beats this horrible service in every way imaginable.
FanDuel has shady business practices, they control and manipulate live games. They lock games at critical moments, the show wrong times or innings of games. They switch bets on you while you are trying to put them together. They'll look co a game until the score has changed, sometimes dramatically. Their customer support is useless and tries to blame everything on your connection or device.
The date I were close to winning on a bet still don't know if I won or not was 2 teams away from winning a nice amount of money my account get suspended I find that suspect I also provided all the verification and they found more reason not to reactivate My account
At least DraftKings gives you a decent

Suspended my account for someone else hacking it, and kept my bankroll, had a wager and it just disappeared into thin air before match even started, becareful there was a breech in January, I asked them if my account was one that was breeched and still no answer, four days now. I'll check back with them everyday until this is resolved. They conveniently suspended my accout so I cant Document my history to show proof of wrong doing. And to make matters worse, Ive been a loyal customer with then for yrs.BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SITE

On May 30th I checked my checking account and saw that there were 28 pending transactions of $200.00 and 2 for $20.00 for a total of $5,640.00. I called the bank right away and had them stopped. I chatted with Fanduel and they suspended my account. On June 20th, I received 30 collection letters from TRS collections on behalf of Fanduel. I am starting to think it was an inside job, because one of their responses to another complainer on BBB was that they wait 3 business days to verify withdrawals. Or, someone hacked my account and changed the bank info to theirs and withdrew the funds right away. I have filed a police report and they said they will send it to the crimes unit, filed a complaint with the BBB, Colorado Attorney General's office and the FTC. My next step is the Colorado Gaming Commision and I have to wait 6 more days for that, and an attorney. I get no response from Fanduel, except an email stating that my case is closed, and to re-open my account I have to upload a photo of me holding today's date, my DL and bank info. It does not work. They are total rip-off artists. Steer clear.
I'm highly disappointed with this company they rip you off and take money out your account you didn't authorize! There are a mess even when u win they make excuses to not give you your winnings… they need to do a full investigation on this company smh and they're agents are unprofessional and rude!

I have a fanduel account, and all of a sudden someone locked me out of my account and withdrew money from my bank account. They do not have a number to call and I have been waiting for days to get an update. Terrible customer service
So I have sent them every single piece of documentation they have requested. They have yet to do anything to resolve this. The entire way their customer service is handling this is so unprofessional. They have no haste to responding to my emails. You can't call them. They do not tell you anything on the time frame. Literally the worst casino app I've ever used. Poker stars mgm and every other big name has been fantasy. Not fanduel. What a huge disappointment because the interface is great. Their delayed responses and customer service completely gives them a one star. If something happens you are just screwed. Their is no other way to put it.
Someone hacked my debt card and use it to get $1000.00 from FanDuel. I contacted FanDuel thinking perhaps they would want to tighten their security. They told me that it wasn't their problem, contact my bank. I will not have a bank card for 10 or more days. The $1000 not only wiped out my account but took most of paycheck. So I can't pay any bills until this get resolved.
I told FanDuel I wanted to speak to a supervisor. They said someone would contact me. No one did.
I don't know what I wanted. Maybe someone who cared about how crooks use their site. But they are not out anything. My bank is. I am inconvenience and some people would be hard press to weather this.
They never respond or resolve any issues. They won't allow winnings to be transferred out and they make you keep it in the account to make future gambling. You don't have a choice. They take money out of your banking acct that you don't authorized. Just a scamming illegitimate gambling site. F*** them and their cheating scamming ways! Don't gamble on this site.
