They block you from cashing out, I won 867.65 on a 12 game parlay, I tried cashing out early which would of saved them 600 dollars, but they wanted to be greedy. Keep the cash out option open

I had thousands of dollars on a game on evening. I wanted to bet more on something different since the (over) at the time wasn't going to hit. So I wanted to take the Under at where the number was at. Fan duel ghosted that game on my page. I couldn't see it for more than 30 minutes. I sent a complaint to my VIP manager at the time. She sent it up to the tech ppl. I get a response back saying my service was down. Fan duel is an absolute joke. I had every single ball game going except for the one I had bet thousands on. It just oddly disappeared off my app. Few weeks go by. I have over 5K out in bets for the weekend. I proceed to email my VIP lady again because I thought I had one a bet. I called her out for not doing her job. All she does is sent it to someone higher up and does absolutely nothing for me. Once again, I should've won a lot of money but I saw nothing. So I told her fan duel was a F.ing joke and she does absolutely nothing to benefit me. What's the point in having a VIP manager when she does nothing. I was on my fan duel looking over bets yesterday, which I had over 5K out in bets. I had already won on 2-5,2-3,2-4 parlays. I could've cashed out a bunch more. But I wanted to let it ride knowing, these three teams were going to win me a lot of money this weekend. I get a email saying my comments were in appropriate and they're deactivating my account. So now, I can't log on. I can't see my bets I had placed. Now fan duel didn't want to pay me for my bets I had placed over the weekend. Keep in mind I could've cashed out those bets. Fan duel not only voided my bets, but never gave me the opportunity to get the money I had made on them or what I could've won. They gave me my money back. Which wasn't the total amount. It was less than what I had in, and they screwed me over on those bets. All three college football teams won and I would've made over 8K on them. CUSTOMER SERVICE, VIP manager, the whole deal is a freaking joke! They screwed me over and I will never refer someone to that site. As a former Olympic medalist (silver medal winner) in tokyo, I have never seen so bad of a website being ran. Talk about getting taking advantage of. FAN DUEL is a joke!

Do not be sucked into their $100 NFL Sunday ticket discount. Right now you can sign up for $299 without a promo code. Signing up through FanDuel you will pay $349 with their $100 discount. They actually advise you to cancel your YouTube TV account to get the discount. Now that's a scumbag move. Don't bother stay away from these people.

I had a promotion that if I placed a $50 bet, I would get 10x $5 bets over the season. They placed an option for a $0.01 bet that I could add on top of that. They didn't charge me $50.01, they took that penny out of my bet and made my portion $49.99 which made me ineligible for the promotion. So I lost the $50 in promotion bets over that penny.

The odds on here need to be a little better than they are this app is wack it's funny how u try to do a parlay but why are some games won't let you seems fishy to me think I'll just go to another one and get rid of fan duel you lose more than you win and that's facts. 10% u win 90 % u lose

They regularly have a 'glitch' about every 6 months that will wipe out your account. Customer service doesn't exist and there's no way to hold them accountable. You have a much better chance of losing all your money to one of their 'glitches' than losing it legitimately. Keep your balance at a minimum and play on this website if you can afford to lose your entire balance to a 'computer glitch'

Fan duel use Bots which makes it almost a guarantee you will lose never bet on those tennis, soccer, football, basketball, baseball e.tc games that's foreign in other countries because you will actually see with your own eyes the way the score will shift out of your favor like I said especially the games that's not in America never bet on those games it's all a scam at the end of the day they control everything it's like a fixed fight stick to NFL are NBA games that are played in America not saying those games ain't sometimes fixed too but you have a better chance

The games are completely fraud. They don't show how you lose. They put up a bogus fraud score saying you lost to steal money.

Had 5 $10 withdrawals from my bank account in the same day that wasn't from me, talked to 5 different agents in a span of two weeks just to hit receive my $50 back. Nothing but a scam!

The refer a friend is a scam they find reasons not to give it to you. Customer support doesn't help anything and I've never hit for a penny on there. Draft kings is way better don't waste your time!

Just like everything else that's American, it's about scamming and theft and blaming it on someone or something else. You have to only deal with companies outside the USA now. Everything American based is thoroughly based on a scam, theft and pointing elsewhere. Only use offshore books.

Fan Dual customer service sucks. It's been a week since I've been trying to get a hold of someone and nothing. Don't play Cash Eruption or 5x Ultimate video poker. In 1 week I played cash eruption and 5x got 3 cash eruptions and only 4 four of kinds in a week. It's like putting your money through a shredder. DONT PLAY ON THERE CASINO YOUR JUST THROWING AWAY MONEY. GOING TO DRAFTKINGS BECAUSE FAN DUALS CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND THERE CASINO.

0 stars. I believe that FanDuel must be under attack from scammers. Or maybe they are the actual scammers. They have the worst customer service on the planet. They do NOTHING. They know NOTHING. They have more attitude than knowledge.

My account was randomly suspended on July 16th, 2023. I have reached out every day until the 21st. Every single day, support is letting me know that the accounts team will reach out to me. Was not receiving anything. I end up losing hope because they honestly come across as a joke to me. I am on my other email, which is not even on file for my account. Would you believe I end up finding an email from the accounts team there? I am like wait, this makes no sense. I reach out to support via FanDuel app chat, they claim the email was proper.

I end up responding to the email, sending my requested PERSONAL information to verify my account. WOULD YOU BELIEVE HE RESPONDS TO LET ME KNOW THAT HE IS NOW CLOSING THE CASE BECAUSE HE SEES I AM IN TOUCH WITH ANOTHER AGENT!? WHAT!? I HAVE NOT BEEN REACHED OUT TO BY ANY OTHER AGENT AND HAVE NOT SPOKEN TO ANY OTHER AGENT. THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ME WITH INFORMATION OF WHO THIS MIGHT BE. This is unreal. His name is TYLER. I believe he stole my info. I have never developed hatred so strong for a platform. These people can honestly go to hell. Karma is real.

This commercial is so disrespectful to chickens, (you probably thinking it's just a commercial) but honestly i has to. It is just a commercial but it bothers me to the point of no return. People take advantage of everything and I have to see this disrespectful commercial so many times in one day.
Secondly, why and what is the purpose of saying winner winner chicken dinner, casinos honestly just take advantage ofof everyone and everything.

Save your money and don't waste it on fandual. If you win on fandual it's only because they let you. I hope they get caught like they did with the sports betting side and get sued on the casino side for game manipulation.
