The first problem is their support. They have no contact number! Big Red Flag. Second they are very rude and unprofessional and will try to scam you out of your winnings.

I have had an account for about 3 yrs now and besides the fact that their slots are horrible and never pay out ever.now they just literally take all your money from horse racing.I had a. Early pick 4 ticket at Belmont yesterday that cost me 160 dollars.Belmont scratched half those fields in half those races, their Early pick 4 paid about 20 dollars and my ticket should have been fully refunded or if you takeoff all the scratched horses becomes a 30 dollar ticket so they just kept the whole 160, I'm so done with fanduel for good and highly recommend noone uses that app ever..

FanDuel is a terrible outfit who tries to figure out anyway they can to cheat people. Everyone I know tried to get me to not sign up with these people and I discovered why. They offer a sign-up promotion of if you wager five dollars they will give you $150 in promotional wagers free. So I signed up went to their sports book. Elected to make my first but a $100 bet in the sports book on the Preakness horse race. They refused to give me the promotional wagers. They advertise citing that because they were not on a human sporting event that they would not give a promotion. They said that now I am in eligible for the promotion, because I did not do the right thing when I signed up. I asked to talk to a manager to dispute this they were very rude and deactivated my new account as I suggested they do without any conviction for true customer service or appreciation. Whatever you do, do not sign up with this crappy $#*! outfit.

I loss to a player who wasn't even listed. When I was in first. The guy shows up at the end of the game with same players I have. This has happen numbers of times this was the last time this app won't get no more of money! My names ruffbuff2

So you can deposit $300.00 and they will take your quickly but try getting it back and you have to jump through hoops. Never again good riddance I will find another site.

Well staying in a city with waterfront casinos you would think they would have a online betting app for the IP CASINO,first you have to park then walk then find out every body and their daddy is betting so you have to wait in a long line rather for the kiosk or the cage,please consider a designated area to sit and bet being that we are living in a world of technology would be so much better I hear complaints constantly about how there's no online betting in Mississippi/Biloxi but we have at least 6 waterfront casinos and even more inland,the more people are learning that bet mgm is at the Beau Rivage the more ppl are going there cuz it's easier to place bet on phone and you're outta there not waiting 45mns to get to a kiosk

I've had fanduel for about two weeks and I quickly realized their game, they set these statistically unrealistic sponsored bets for the NBA and other sports and set a high pay out for a low buy in to make you think it's a deal and every time it never fails you will lose for example they'd say Lebron, Curry AD and klay Thompson all have to score 7.5 points in the first quarter and wager would be set $10 for a pay out of $110 while statistically only one of those players have averaged that many points in the first quarter you still would want to take that chance because it seems too good to pass up and every time I've bet on one of the sponsored bets it says like 6.5k people made this bet so you feel safe making the bet but all you do is lose and it does this every time with a sponsored bet but if you build your own parlay with more realistic possibilities they won't offer a high pay out so it's kinda pointless over all fanduel is preying on people with gambling addictions and I'm done using the app.

I have been playing for months. When I first started I won good money and they would give me bonuses once in a while. NOT SO MUCH ANYMORE IIT IS AS IF THE GAME BONUSES ARE SET FOR YOU NOT TO MAKE IT.ODDS ARE NOT IN YOUR FAVOR EVEN A LITTLE BIT. II HAVE ALWAYS BEEN LUCKY AND WIN AT MANY CASINOS. I recently placed a wager on the NFL draft for the Eagles to use the 30th pick in the draft to pick a linebacker at 22/1 odds. The selection: Nolan Smith, LB from Georgia. The wager was graded as a loss due to Fanduel referring to Smith as an edge rusher.
They can call him what they want, but I can find references to him being a linebacker all over the place. When I worked with their support team, they forwarded me a link from ESPN for some reason, and it said he was a linebacker.
Gone are the days when they just pay out everything on the face of the earth for the positive publicity. Now they are just like many other books where they screw their clients.

I made a bet that the 30th overall pick in the 2023 nfl draft would be a linebacker, and the player selected was nolan smith, who is an outside linebacker for georgia, and they said i lost because nfl.com has him labeled as an edge.there were a total of 4 linebackers taken in the first round and nfl.com only has 1 listed as linebacker.every other site ive checked has them listed as linebackers.moral of the story is be careful, dont trust fanduel, if theres a way they can screw you, they will! Not to mention, the guy i chatted with really didnt care and even ended the chat on me….

I have tried to get into contact with the fanduel help team multiple times without any response every time. At this point yall are cheating me out of every opportunity I have on this app, whether your pretending you can't load, or nobody answers any of my questions ever. This is the worst app out there, I am beyond done with this bull$#*!.

Yall some hoes! I definitely suggest that games are rigged on bets placed on FanDuel an DraftKings. Even when you have the best lineups, you wont win. They need an internal audit all the way around. $#*!es goin be $#*!es just like FanDuel and DraftKings. They all in for the money period

I tried to place a bet many times and it said that I couldn't b/c blah blah blah. I logged out and logged back in and then suddenly the money was gone $86 but the bet never placed. It was a system glitch. The photo shows the transaction of the 85 but the bet never placed.

They never replaced the money, even after contacting them dozens of times.

Think about this before you have them steal your money -- who is going to be believed? The gambler or the multi-billion dollar corporation?

Also know that they DO NOT have customer service. Nobody to call. Just an email from a rude agent telling you "too bad."
