This company is definitely a scam. BEWARE! They will charge you for merchandise and then never send it. Then ignore any contact you try to use via phone, facebook or email. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Please do not order from this company. They charged me immediately and since then I have not been able to get a response to my emails or phone messages.

I have reported them to Facebook (where I first say their advertisement) and I am going to see if I can disput the charge with my bank.

This place is a scam! They take your money, never ship your merchandise and will never, ever return emails, phone calls, etc. Good luck trying to ever talk to a human being. Google fanauthentics and read all the complaints about this place!

I placed in order the end of October was card was charged and stil states my order is unfulfilled. Tried numerous times to email, make phone calls and never gotten a response back. There isn't ever a human that answers the phone. I am so upset that I didn't look at the reviews first. This is Bull$#*!!

Paid for expedited shipping, but 3 months later, still haven't received items. Call the phone number on their website over and over and over and leave voicemails, in addition to emailing numerous times. They absolutely do not call back or give an order update. The whole site and company is a scam. Beware.

I ordered a sweater in October, paid for it but never received order. I have called and emailed them and I have never got a response at all. This company needs to be reported!

Just like everyone else, placed an order and never received it. There is no way to get in touch with them as the phone number is disconnected. When you buy something online, use paypal! They weill reimburse you. WHY IS NO ONE SHUTTING THIS FAKE COMPANY DOWN?

Don't order from this site I ordered in Oct never got.

I ordered leggings Oct. 16,2016. It's now Nov. 26,2016. They took my money yet my order remains unfullfilled. I have contacted them 5 times & not one representative has gotten back to me! I would not recommend this "fan authentics" to anyone!

Same as everyone else. Never received my order but my payment went through and was never refunded. Tried numerous times to contact the company and no response.

This "company" is a total scam. They do not deliver on their orders, and if you can find a working number for them, it goes straight to voicemail. They will not respond to email or any type of correspondence. Thankfully, I opened a fraud request with my bank, who immediately returned my funds.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ITS NOT A GAMBLE, ITS GUARANTEED FRAUD.

I lagged my order on November 7,2016 and still have not received it! It states it is still unfulfilled! After numerous times trying to contact them by both phone and email, I have no response. Am reporting them to the BBB and Facebook! This company is not real!

Ordered something in October. Still haven't received it, although the money came out of our bank. When we call it goes to voicemail and no one calls us back. So disappointed.

I placed order on October 3 and my credit card transaction occurred on October 5. I have called and emailed Fan Authentics several times with no response. My next step is to contact my credit card company fraud division to get my money back and find a reputable merchant to get the merchandise I had ordered. I wish I had reviewed Fan Authentics prior to placing the order.

Terrible customer service. I guess i should feel lucky because i actually got my order but i tried contacting fan authentic numerous times to return it but got no response. I think I will dispute the charge anyway & get my money back because the website advertises money back guarantee within 60 days of shipment. Most reviews state that fan authentic is a scam & they never received there order.
