Same as everyone else I ordered Christmas gifts for my mom and it is still unfullfilled... what a crock of $#*! these people are! They got their money and we don't have $#*!.
Please take the time to report to BBU and The Fedeal Trade Commission. Please. If everyone took 10 minutes of their time and did this then perhaps they will investigate or something could be done. If you ordered thru Facebook contact them.
I wish I could put no stars! I ordered a Christmas present and my order is still unfulfilled! Save your money and don't even look in their direction. I have never been scammed before... they got me. Good thing my bank is giving me my money back!
Made an order a month ago and got nothing! Cant get a hold of anyone, one phone number is out of service and the other goes to a voicemail. Thanks you thieves, not only am i out money but have to re purchase my kids xmas gift.
After waiting and emailing and calling and all the damn stress... our shirst came 2 days before Xmas. Ordered in the end of August... received approximately 4 months later... 16 weeks... ridiculous.

Same experience as all the others - order status "unfulfilled" more than a month later. Customer service number goes straight to voicemail, emails go unreturned, yet credit card charged immediately upon purchase. DONT DO IT! These thieves should be prosecuted.
Just like many of the other reviews, ordered a long sleeve tee for a Christmas gift. Was immediately charged for the order but no contact ever since and it's been over 2 months. I left voice mails and sent emails and have received no contact. Called my credit card company, disputed the charge and got my money back but this is a total scam! Stay away and DO NOT be fooled by their website!
I ordered from Fan Authentics back in October. When I check my order status it says it is "unfulfilled". I have tried emailing and calling their customer service, and have had no replies. I even tried an IM on their facebook page with no response. They were sure quick to take my money, but never received my order which they are still advertising with a "only a few left" added in. So by all means, if you have money to through away, this is the place for you!
I placed an order for my 2x Florida State Seminoles Christmas sweater on October 29 2016. After numerous calls and emails I got nothing until today on December 9 2016 I received an email saying my sweater had been shipped. It took them 42 days to ship but apparently my $#*! has been shipped LMFAO.
I am warning everybody out there that Fan Authentics is a fraud! I have place two orders weeks ago. I have not got my order and when I try to get help or get a hold of someone I get nothing... I have left many messages and no call back. Nobody even answers the customer service line! Nobody shop here or you meant get screwed too!
Your card will get charged and you will not receive the products. Same story as everyone else. I would be surprised to find someone that actually got what they ordered. I have filed complaints with the BBB, Federal Trade Commission and Facebook for putting their ads in the timeline.
Update - I have received a shipping notification from Fan Authentics for one of my items, but I am not yet ready to say this may not be a scam. I have read that others have now received their items as well. The issue still stems from a poorly ran company not communicating with their customers. If they had answered one of my many attempts to talk to them, this review would not have been written. If I do indeed receive my item, then I will change this review, but will likely not change the 1 star rating.
Update 2 - (12-27-16) - I have received my products that I ordered. I will now say that this site is not a total scam although they do not provide communication to their customers to make them think differently. I feel better now that I have gotten what I paid for, but as far as continuing to do business with this company, forget about it. This was not worth the headache and aggravation. I originally placed the order on November 19th and was told 7-10 days for delivery. What else are people supposed to think when no products arrive, no one answers the phone or calls you back, no one returns an e-mail, and no one responds to a Facebook message yet your card has been charged from day 1? If they are indeed a legitimate business and would like to stay afloat, then they have a lot to learn about customer service. To be honest, good customer service is not hard.
I feel like all I need to write is ditto. Placed order in Oct., 2 days later they took payment. Now after 4 e-mails and lots of phone calls [ one # is disconnected and the other is voice mail] nothing has happened. This was a Christmas gift and I am very angry with this place. It appears this is nothing but a business that scams people, shame on them!
I placed an order 3 months ago and like everyone else couldn't get in touch with them after numerous phone calls, filing a claim with my bank and never receiving my merchandise. Shockingly I just received an email today from the company that my item has been shipped. It appears it has shipped using the tracking number. Fingers crossed they will follow thru with everyone else who went thru this.
For me it's only been 12 days, 2 emails and 3 phone calls. Yes the number does work, but it's probably just a robot phone. I looked up the company and came upon this review website with all the negative reviews and immediately disputed my cc charge. A legitimate company will respond within 24-48 hours. This is definitely not legitimate.
Ordered in October 2016 and never have received my order just like everyone else. Money was immediately was taken out of my account but will not answer any phone calls or emails
Pretty much the same issue as everyone else. Ordered an item late October. Got charged right away, but have not got any information since. Emailed them multiple times and no response.
I wish I looked at the reviews before. I hope this company get what is coming to them for conning us.
I ordered an item on November 1 and still never got it. I just emailed them and let them know that my brother who is an attorney will take care of their business. I just tried to call the number also and it says it is not in service!
Purchased oder for 39.95 in early November and I have not received the item as of 12-7-17. The money was taken immediately from my account and I have tried calling them 3 times and no one answers are returns my call. I'm about to dispute this charge with my bank. Buyers please beware of this company..
