We should get all the peoole who have been scammed out of money from this place and sue them! I order 9/22 as of 11/12 it STILL says unfulfilled. They will not answer the phone or return calls if you leave a message. They should refund money if they arent going to send product. They dont answer emails or respond to fb posts or emails. DO NOT ORDER unless you want to lose your money.
Not returning my calls on their hokey call system that doesn't answer with their company name. No human ever answers and it sends to a voicemail. I also emailed AND Facebook messaged (which says they usually respond within a couple hours... it's been 7 hours now). I would say they have the WORST customer service... but they don't seem to even have one. I left at FB private message at 7:30 AM saying if I didn't hear back from any of the avenues I tool to try and reach them that I would cancel my order (I ordered 6 sweatshirts!). The ONLY contact I have from them is the one and only conformation from my purchase. I made that order 5 days ago, and when I try and track it with the number they gave me all it says it "Order status: UNFULFILLED" 5 days later! Unacceptable. And if it happens to be on back order, they should tell me so I can order somewhere else which is what I'm about to do. Time to cancel and report! I look at the comments on their page and looks like I'm not the only one having issues.
I ordered way back in April and still have not received it! They have no problem taking your money though! Do not order from this so called company! How can they even get away with using these sports labels to scam people?

Placed an order October 13th... Tried to contact them several times over a week and did not receive a single response although they had no problem charging my credit card... Scam! I would give them zero stars if I could..
Placed a order o October 22, still have not received my order, sent a dozen emails, called several numbers several times, next step is filing a complaint with my bank, so frustrated!
I ordered on October 17,2016 and have emailed and left messages stating the lack of shipping information. In my most recent voicemail I have given them to November 11th to respond or I will proceed to my bank for return of payment. Now in reading most of these reviews, seems to be pattern and will never do business with them again and I will make sure all my friends on Facebook knows of this company as well.
I placed an order on 10/14/16. Still have not received my purchase. I have called them daily on 3 different phone #'s. On 2 #'s, I have left messages to cancel my order and the 3rd # has a full mailbox. I've also sent 3 emails. All to no avail! These dirtbags should be in jail! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
In an earlier review I wrote I thought it was a scam. After reading other reviews I was lucky today. I filed a fraud through my back. After they tried the live chat, emailing and several phone calls with no answers and reading reviews my bank gave me back my money. Well on money I need to give the money back. I actually received my order. It was the helmet light. It wasn't exactly what I thought it was, it's not really worth the money. But when you turn it on and take a picture it looks exactly like what they posted. However because of their horrible customer service I will never purchase from them again.
I WISH I had found this site before I placed my order. Like everyone else, I placed an order that they have never shipped. They were quick to process the payment, but our order on 10/13/16 had a 7-10 day estimated shipping time. As of 11/4/16, the order status is "Unfulfilled" and attempts to reach this company by phone and e-mail have been unsuccessful. They still show the product in stock on their web site. Seems all they do is take your payment and then it's up to you to fight the charge.
I placed an order on March 26,2016, received my confirmation, then nothing. Literally, NOTHING! It is now November 3,2016, and still no emails or phone calls returned. I will be contacting the Attorney General in my state, as well as the better business bureau. And lastly, contact the sports organization I was attempting to buy merchandise of, so they are aware this business is harming their reputation.
Ordered helmet light on October 10 and still waiting. Can't reach them by phone is email. Left voice mail, emails, and message on their Facebook page. Registered complaint with Facebook also. Still no response.
I ordered Chicago Blackhawks leggings over a month ago, which never arrived. They do not answer the phone, or return phone calls. Luckily my credit card company refunded my money. They continue to advertise on Facebook. I've left multiple comments trying to warn others not to order from them, but they must have blocked me now because I no longer have the option to comment.
Today, Nov. 9, I received a shipment form Fanauthenics that I had ordered on Oct. 10 with a 7-10 day shipment window. So, nearly a month later and with no communication from them based on repeated emails and phone message, it was the wrong item! Since my Oct. 29 review, I contacted my credit card company to challenge the charge and filed a complaint with the FTC. I have no words to describe how bad this experience has been from a consumer standpoint.
I placed an order on 9/7/16 after seeing the product on Facebook. My card was charged immediately. The order status still shows 'unfulfilled' over a month later. No one answers their phone or replies to email. I finally disputed the charge on my credit card.
I ordered not ONE but TWO PAIRS of leggings, one pair in early sept. 2016, then another pair zept. 30. Called one number, dissconnected, another no answer left message, no reply, last phone number, the mailbox was FULL, no surprise there, sent FOURe-mails, again, no reply, they took my money, but no merchandise ever came! Don't waste your time with this company!
Do not order from this company! I ordered a shirt checked status says order unfulfilled. Tried calling. Tells you to press 0 no one answers tells you to leave voice mail. No one calls back. Don't respond to emails either. Take your money don't send product. Not to mention when you call nothing indicating what company you are calling. I filed a claim with myou bank. AND they aren't BBB accredited

Order placed on 9/20/16, charged card 9/22/16, still haven't received merchandise (10/26/16) I went to my bank to have charged back, writing letter to BBB & Attorney General. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!
