I wanted to purchase leggings from Fan Authentics but the site wouldn't accept my credit cards. So I called and called and called with no call back. They are tied to Raider Fanatics some how and I have ordered from Raider Fanatics before, but this company is really bad customer service. Going to call my bank and alert them of this scam.

I eventually got my order 7 weeks after ordering and paying. Expect to see more of this as consumer protection laws are peeled back.

This is the worst on line or any shopping experience for that matter in my life. Quickly took my payment (same day as ordered) on 10/31 for a Christmas gift. After many unanswered emails, voice mails, phone calls etc., after filing disputes with my credit card company, after filing complaints with the Illinois Attorney General, I received an email on 12/26 that my item was shipping. This was the first and only communication from the company to that point. I immediate responded to the email indicating DO NOT SHIP... ITEM NO LONGER WANTED. Item was on my door step on 12/27. I will not pay for it... I will return it. FanAuthentics in NOT Authentic at all. No Customer Service. No common decency. No morals at all. STAY AWAY! Nothing they offer is worth the frustration.

IT TOOK OVER 2 MONTHS FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER, AND WHEN I DID FINALLY RECEIVE IT, IT WAS BROKEN. I TRIED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS TO CONTACT FAN AUTHENTICS VIA PHONE CALL. (WHEN YOU CALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER, YOU ARE FORWARDED TO A VOICEMAIL. AFTER LEAVING NUMEROUS MESSAGES, I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A RETURN PHONE CALL) I HAVE ALSO TRIED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS TO CONTACT THEM VIA EMAIL. Ordered the LED Cubs light on 11/6... didn't get shipped out until 12/19 and finally received it today. I did file a complaint with the district attorney regarding them, but didn't have a physical address. Now that I received my shipment, I have it. So if anyone else is thinking of doing the same thing, here is where they are located:

I have called and emailed customer support numerous times. It was just money you stole from me but it was Christmas you stole from my son. I am recovering from a surgery and had very little money to no money to spend on Christmas for him. A next door neighbor gave me the money for this night light because when he saw it... Santa HAD to bring it. After calling and leaving multiple messages explaining how important someone get back to me... nothing! I emailed and expressed the same urgency... again, nothing! We had a person who heard about how it looked liked we had been scammed purchased a similar light but my son was disappointed that he didn't get the light he had told santa he wanted. It clearly doesn't matter to you guys and hey you took my money quick enough... I will again never hear back and this probably will never be read because your probably on a cruise enjoying the rewards from your scam.

Ten days after the charge for our order was posted on our credit card, we had still not received any emails about shipment. After repeated phone calls which only gave us the option to leave a message and repeated emails, we received no response. But finally, almost a month after the order was placed, we did receive it in the mail.

This place is an absolute joke if not a scam. My order was placed in November. I got an immediate confirmation. As of today, still no merchandise and a check on status says that the order is as yet "unfulfilled". Oh, the money is gone of course. Just no merchandise. No response to email inquiries,; and their customer service representatives "available 24/7/365" apparently consist of a VM line. I will be filing a dispute, etc. But heads-up to anyone thinking that ordering from this ridiculous company.

Horrible Customer Service

Placed order for the Cubs Night Light. Sent email 4 weeks later after not receiving any update besides the order confirmation... no answer. Sent email the following week... no answer. Week 6 after placing my order, called number listed in confirmation email... disconnected. Called # on web site, goes to voicemail... and no answer. Finally order showed up 7 weeks after I ordered it. Also only comes with USB cable when description says you can also plug into wall. Will never order from again.

I received my 3-D Red Wings lamp. Maybe some of you have received yours by now as well.

WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! $40 for this? Damn thing is no bigger than my hand. Should've canceled when I read the horrible reviews here last month, but kept forgetting because of other live events.

If you can cancel and get your money back through your bank, then do it. Was not worth the price nor the two-month wait.

Scam. Ordered on 12/7/16. Money withdrawn, no product. Made numerous calls and sent several emails. Zero response from Fan Authentics. Tracking Status "unfullfilled". I have reported the fraud to my bank and I will report to the BBB as well!

Scam company

Ordered a christmas present for my son. Like most people on here, money was taken out within minutes. E-mail i got confirming order was the last i will ever hear from them. Telephone calls unanswered as were the numerous e-mails i sent. Filed paperwork yesterday by the police (polizei) since i am in Germany and they will forward it to their cyber crimes unit. Going today to the bank to fill out the paperwork to get the money back on my credit card. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE> If you have file a report with the police and the BBB. I would love to see them shut down and hit big time in their wallet like they have so many of us

I ordered two items separately several months apart and have not received either item. Several telephone calls and emails have gained nothing... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR! No customer service, not that there is anyone on the other end of the line anyway, and no update of orders... BBB will hear from me! Great Scam going! Tell your friends!

Don't bother ordering anything from this company. I placed (and paid for an order back in November) and all I can get from their website is "Unfilled". I've called and left VM's - to no avail. I've emailed and get no responses. They've ripped me off for $40 for what was supposed to be a birthday gift for a friend.

Don't waste your time, money and hassle on this sham of a company. They are the WORST!

Placed an order mid November for a Christmas gift and still waiting. Called 5 times, 3 emails, with nothing back. Money gone just as fast as I placed the order. But status still unfulfilled. WTF? This company sucks. Just wanted to put a Smile on my girls face. Don't waste your time or money buying here.

SAME story as all previous reviews - UNBELIEVABLE the site is still up and out there! We ordered through FB end of Nov. For Christmas gift. The $ was taken w/in minutes along with a 'seemingly' legit response in email of 'successful order' and yet it CONTINUES to be unfulfilled! DON'T even try to call the phone number - The extension is 'ZERO'... much like this supposed 'company'. BIG FAT ZERO! Let's ALL make some NOISE and get this site not only shut down, but criminally charged and ordered to pay restitution. Simply shameful that they have nothing better to do with their time or life than prey on other's goodwill. NO Hope for their Cold Heart. :(
