We pre- order a new Bucs Tom Brady Jersey in April 2020 and we still do not have it, our shipping confirmation just updated and says estimated Sept 15 deliver, over a week after the season starts! Can't get a phone number to call, try a virtual chat, no response! I will never order a thing from this company again. Extremely disappointed!

Awful customer service!

Awful customer service! I've ordered lots of sports fan shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, pajama pants ect from this site. Everything was fine when there was no problems. Then I placed an order for a phone case. The order was sent to my old address, like an address from over 7 years ago. I on average place an order 2-5 times a year, so I'm very confused on why it was sent to the old address. First off, there's no CR phone number listed on their site. You have to do a live chat, which is a pain with long wait times. When I explained what happened they said there was nothing they could do, like nothing. They just stopped responding to my live chat messages! They have sales and discount codes all the time. I was disappointed that couldn't even offer me a free shipping code, or a discount code to help me out for being a valued customer. They just completely didn't care!

Poor Quality
September 9, 2020

This is the second time I have ordered shirts from Fanatics waited forever for them to arrive only for the graphic to be crooked on the shirt. One happened years ago on a Chicago Cubs world series champions shirt and now on a Seattle Kraken shirt that I had to wait forever for as a pre-order. Finally it came last week and the graphic is completely crooked. I swear Fanatics just tries to churn out product as fast as they can and don't even look at what they are doing.

Poor quality shirts

The printing and design were great. For the money spent I expected a better quality t-shirt. The shirts are so thin they are almost see-thru.

Update... CSR requested more info which I sent to them two weeks ago(10-8)... nothing but crickets now.

This was my initial order with Fanatics. I kept 2 out of 3 shirts. I'm returning the 3rd but won't be holding my breath for my refund, everything seems to take longer with Fanatics. My biggest disappointment were the face masks. 0-3 on the face masks. I'll be spending $$ to alter the Astros and Mariner masks, but the Kraken masks really sucked! The made in America logo is embarrassment to the U, S.! Also both mens and womens shirt sizes run a bit small.

Baffling
September 6, 2020

I ordered something a week ago and it still hasn't shipped. So I go to sign into my account, which I created when I placed the order, and the login fails. So I click forgot password, and the recovery email never shows up in my inbox, even though I have the order confirmation email in that same inbox (plus like a hundred promotional emails). So I'm completely locked out of my account. When I use the feature on the website to track my order, it says it's still processing. When I use the automated help chat, it says my order was cancelled. Never got an email indicating it was cancelled, no idea why it would be cancelled. Thankfully they didn't charge my card and I found the same item for cheaper on the Nike site so I just ordered one from there.

Be careful!

The website automatically defaults to expedited shipping even after you put the "FREESHIP" code in. Then you have to find a customer service # to call and wait a lengthy amount of time.

NFL and NBA Jerseys

Listen, I'm not big on writing reviews, but I felt compelled here. Bought a "Fanatics Branded Fast Break Replica Jersey - Icon Edition" NBA jersey. When I took it out of the bag the "k" of New York was already peeling off. Was disappointed but ultimately decided to use fabric glue and attach it back on myself. I had gotten it on sale for about $50–you get what you pay for. About a year and a half later I saw NFL jerseys on sale so I figured I'd give it a shot again, hoping my experience before was some kind of flukey mistake. It was not. I bought a "Nike Game Player Jersey" and I could tell immediately upon seeing the product in person that the screen printed numbers and logos were of very poor quality. But I was willing to keep it because, as I said before, you get what you pay for. Although, this time I paid $80, so I was a little more bitter about it. Anyway, I brought the jersey to my closet to hang it up and immediately the screen printed number on the shoulder began to crack. Just awful. Had no choice but to return it. And the final kicker—I didn't even receive a full refund. They charge a $10 fee to send it back to them. So for jerseys, you'll find better quality on a $20 knockoff than you'll find on this site—don't waste your time or money.

The C/S people in Jacksonville are the worst EVER! I ordered 2 Jerseys and paid $ 299.00 +
And got nothing back for the return item. The quality of the Jerseys were poor ( extremely) and I simply wanted my refund! After many attempts to get a response, I just gave up. I even tried to reach the CEO, and I can tell you that he does not give a damn about this firm, and the poor group of customer service people in Jacksonville. If they are ever to improve, it must start with the poor language speaking in Jacksonville. What A JOKE! The NFL & COLLEGES should revoke any and all agreements with FANATICS and arrest them as a fraudulent operation!

Very poor quality MASKS!

I just received my Yankees masks 9/2/2020 which I order them on 7/18/2020. For the first time, I am very unsatisfied with these products from Fanatics. And when I was trying to return them the company is charging me 9.99 for return labeling fee. Masks are too small, poor quality and does not fit the description from their website.

Won't Use Again

HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY

I bought Kobe authentic nike jersey in a size small, but when I received it the sizing is horrible. It fits like a xtra small and to make it worse they are sold out. I tried to return it but when I got into the returns menu, I am not receiving a full refund and I am getting charged an additional $9.99 for shipping! That's crazy. Now I'm stuck with a jersey that doesn't fit and can not send it back because I am losing out on nearly $30. I'm never going to buy from Fanatics.com again, I can't even get a live rep to talk to me. I demand a full refund, they even got me to pay for expedited shipping by accident.

Ordered one item pictuerd OSU baseball championship cornhole bags and when it gets delivered it was basic OSU Beaver mascot bags. Perfect bait and switch and your out roughly $10 to return there mistake. Won't use Fanatics again hope your $10 fee was worth the review.

BUYER BEWARE
August 29, 2020

Ordered the Face Coverings but did not see that their description clearly states: "This face covering is not intended to prevent or protect from any form of illness or disease (or otherwise)." AND only on the inside of the package on the product itself does it state "No returns, No refunds." (See pic) I ordered the Face Coverings on July 26 and did receive update after update that the shipping date had been moved back. My shipment finally arrived on August 27. A month! When I opened the package, I see that, outside the team logos, the masks look nothing like the pictures. The ear straps are nothing but slits in the material. My over-under before the material rips is 4 days. Sure wanted some of those Pegasus Nike 37 shoes but no way in hell am I ordering from these guys again.

I recently ordered three MLB shirts from Fanatics.com. The material is thin and cheap. The necks of the tee shirts are so weak that they pull out of shape immediately. Very poor product. Will NEVER order again. It's a RIPOFF!

I order 10 notre dame T-shirts in April 2020 In August still hadn't received them. I called customer service they said they couldn't find my order because I checked out as a Guest and never received a confirmation # as I talked to the customer service rep she found my order. I found out from her they had already charged my credit card $180 dollars. I asked to cancel my order them ask her to email that it's being canceled and she said she wasn't able to email me but she was canceling my order. I called my credit card and reported them now my ctrfycstd company is getting my $ back. Don't buy from this company just order directly from college or NFL team you will receive what you order climb that
