I ordered White sox playoff gear from fanatics since i got an Email saying "get your playoff gear in time for playoffs" so i order it the day the sox make it to the playoffs and get 2-4 day shipping then after i purchase it, it says it wont arrive till October 8th? Playoffs more than likely will be done for the sox by then? So why have the gear? Terrible on their shipping days.

I ordered for a customised Arsenal shirt which was suppose to be delivered next month but unfortunately two days after the order was placed I was sent a mail that the order wont come at the scheduled date until further notice. I was given the option of cancelling the order if I couldn't wait endlessly but to my surprise my order is in the category that can not be cancelled.
The company also charged me $229 as against $168 which is the price on the invoice.
So when am I going to get my shirt? Is this not daylight robbery. Reaching your customer care has been difficult. I regret patronizing you.It was my first time and I had a bitter experience.

Delivery said 3-7 days. After purchase, the receipt email said 15 days! On top of that there was a warning that the date of 15 days may be delayed because of COVID. Way beyond pandemic issues, bad business.

I ordered a Tom Brady jersey as a gift in April and it still hasn't shipped. I'm bombarded with email blasts for marketing. Maybe a warning that the item won't ship until Oct prior to the purchase? Then try to get someone on the phone. They hide under the Covid excuse.

Ordered green bay packers face mask for my grandson's august birthday. They promised 3 to 5 day delivery at the time of purchase. The next day I received a e-mail stating the order would be sent out in 2-3 weeks. Now I received a e-mail that the order is further delayed. Never again from this company! You broke the heart of a little boy. Shame on you and your deceitful marketing.

I will never order from Fanatics again. I order 3 items and they want $9.99 for a return item on a Bills dress that doesn't fit. I bought an XL and the item runs small.

I was attempting it just exchange something and I was treated like I was stupid throughout it. She seemed annoyed the entire call and I was spelling out my email and she was like "what are you even saying" I asked a question later on in the call and she had this Attitude about it. I don't think I'll be bringing my business back to fanatics after that.

Bought two hoodies for $65 each and I ordered them a size larger just to be safe. The hoodies just barely fit and the quality is laughable. It looks like they took the cheapest sweatshirt they could find and crudely ironed on the team name and logo. It just seems like this is something you would get from a place like Wish or one of those other sites that send cheap crap that is not as advertised. Unfortunately I've been bit twice now by this company, I tried to return a World Series champions sweatshirt that had the wrong team on it, I sent it and was never refunded to this day.

Ordered $114.97 worth of merchandise a few days ago, received a "Thanks for Your Fanatics.com Order # xxxx" order confirmation, which was then followed by a separate "FanCash" earned" email thanking me for my order. Then received a confirmation of the $114.97 charge from my credit card company. A few minutes after that I received an email from Fanatics that stated "We have encountered an issue with your recent order... and your order has been cancelled. Please note we are unable to discuss order details via email..."
So I tried to complete the order again and the same thing happened. Now I have two pending charges of $114.97 on my AmEx card.
So after hunting for the hidden customer service phone number, I called and got a nice Indian woman on the phone (I confirmed she was in India) who couldn't help at all. After 20 min, she suggested I call back the next day during normal business hours. Ok thanks.
So I called the next morning and this time I got USA customer service who tried but couldn't help me either. She couldn't get anyone in the correct department to take my call, so instead, she said she would put in a ticket and I should hear back in 72 hours. Of course the discount code I have will expire by then. So basically i tried to give then my money like 4 times and no luck. The worst part is trying to reach someone in customer service, within a reasonable amount of time, who can actually help. I'm not impressed. Thankfully AmEx will ensure I am not charged. I googled Fanatics and see mixed reviews and too many complaints about inadequate customer service and people getting cheated. Who knows, but based on these reviews and my experience (system doesn't work, useless customer service, they cancel order yet still charged my credit card TWICE) I would stay away from Fanatics if I were you. The return policy states 365 days, however the Returns are charged 1/3 of the price of the product, sales tax + shipping.

Fanatics just started adding a $1.99 handling fee to each order. I for one will never order from these morons again. Lets see if the new fee offsets the loss of customers. Guess the COVID-19 and fresh air fees can't be far behind.

I made a purchase in June for an embroidered Tampa Bucs #12 Jersey for my husbands birthday. He just received news that he was cancer free and I wanted to get him something special. Fanatics was quick to take my money out of my account, no doubt. BUT here we are headed into October and I have yet to receive the purchase. A confirmation was never sent to me and I am so happy that I thought to screen shot it. When I go back to the site to check status, the log-in does not recognize my email address now. How ironic is that? It's dang near impossible to get a hold of a HUMAN when you deal with this place. All I want is what I paid for because the season has started and it would be nice for the June Birthday gift to finally get here. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. I will never ever purchase anything from the site again!

I order a gift for my husband on this site and it never came I checked the website to track my order and it said my order didn't exist when I finally go ahold of someone they told me my order was sent back because the address was missing which is a lie because how do you even ship a items or submit a order if there is no address? Now they refuse to give me back my money until the item gets back to the warehouse of where they said they never shipped from? Doesn't make sense they know I don't have it give me my money back.

Same issue as a previous complaint. I ordered Green Bay Packer masks for my brother. Never got an order confirmation, and nothing shows on my order history at all, but the money came out of my account. About a month ago, I called to check on the order. They were able to find it, said it would be going out in a few weeks, and that they'd send me an order confirmation. I've had nothing but advertising emails since.
