I was helped when asking a question about a particular style of NFL jersey and when they confirmed the player I wanted wasn't available in that style I was offered a discount on the next level of jersey and because they were so thoughtful I decided to buy jerseys for myself and my whole family!

This may not be a fair review because I don't know if it's Fanatics fault or Fed Ex's. I ordered something for a birthday present with a "promise" date of 6/2. Then the date changes to 6/3. Then June 6 and now 6/8. I would have received quicker if it was shipped USPS! AObviously pkg didn't make it for the birthday and I'm so upset! I will NEVER EVER order from them again!

My son received a $38 customized t-shirt for his birthday. It arrived late, likely due to customization. He wore it only a handful of times before it began falling apart. It was washed properly and cared for properly. We have no pets. After chatting with customer service, the 3rd response typed by the agent was quoting their 90-day policy for replacement, followed by a 30-day policy to report damaged merchandise. His birthday was 105 days ago. This was a gift so I had no order number. This was a $38 t-shirt, not some $10 clearance item. They still refused to offer any remedy.
Fanatics.com has an Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee. I guess this doesn't apply here. How convenient.
Here is their response after finding an email submission form buried on their website. I did get an email asking for more information and upon sending the requested information with pictures, below is the form email response I received. My guess is that this could have been the 91st day and I would have most likely received the same response.

It's unfortunate that the founder has put his trust in the people responsible for this type of service. It doesn't lend much credibility to him making good with his efforts on social justice. What a shame.
Made a sneaker purchase via on-line with sportswear fanatics middle of April, 2021, the original order stated, delivery between 2-3 weeks, the date came and went without any status email, I sent them an email which took a few days for them to reply which read another 2-3 weeks for delivery which came and went, I sent them a third email on which read, my order was shipped on April 28,2021 and would receive the items on June 1,2021, no delivery ‘nothing"!
I continued to chase down the purchased item
Recommendation: do not order anything from this company as customer service is non-existent

I ordered a very expensive sweater for my son. I had gotten a promotional email, and took advantage of it. The company advertises a 365 return policy - it's in really big writing on the website. So I figured that ordering something a little more than a month in advance of when I would give it to my son, would not be a problem if it didn't fit. The item took forever to arrive (from China). When I gave it to him, it did not fit. It was the right size, but the cut of it was awful. The return policy is 30 days for this item... for whatever reason and that is it. So lots of money down the drain for a cheap looking, poorly made China piece of crap. I have ordered several items from this company. No more.
Bought two jerseys. Both the verification numbers were the same but the last number was one number different like they verified them one after the other when they ship them. Witch I thought was wired. Because they are two totally different Jersey. Then I ordered a mini helmet and the signature looks nothing like the picture one word not two and nothing alike. I hope they are legit because I'm stuck with a bunch of there stuff but I don't think they are. Not to mention when I got the Jersey there was glue on it and had to clean it off.

Do not order from this company. Their website for customer service is nonexistent... no phone number to contact them for questions. I needed to return some shoes that didn't fit... paid $80... website asks you questions and no matter how you answer it says it doesnt understand and puts you in a loop that ends up back at the first question. You never get anywhere. No phone number or email listed to contact them. Never will I ever order online shoes again.
I know it is COVID but it is now 9 days after my order was placed and I have not received it. There is no email available for contacting customer service - only chat (which takes too long). So I got on the chat and asked for the email and was disconnected. The items got to my city (Atlanta) 5 days ago and I still have not received it. I will never deal with them again and I would strongly suggest that you do not either.

I have ordered a V neck white T shirt with a Buffalo logo, placed the ordered on 5/6/21 as I needed it for 5/15/21 regional tournament. Just to make sure that I receive the item on time I (unfortunately) opted for the expedited shipping, costing 13.99 extra... The $21.99 T shirt ended up costing me $38.79 with tax and S&H... When I received the order on 5/12 I was excited until I opened the package... inside of it there is a flimsy, thin, strong vinegar like odor covered wrinkled T shirt which I would be ashamed to put on a sale rack at Walmart even... Since it was a regional tournament for our tennis team one of us went to a store where Fanatics T shirts are sold with the Buffalo logo on it and ended up buying a different style for the team. I did not wash my shirt because I knew it will be shipped back... The morning of our regionals our team got together and looking at the different store bought T shirt which are cheap quality as well, but at least they did not smell, we decided that we will wear whatever outfit we have on, and the girl will return the shirts to the store. At least it can be done.
Here comes the icing on the cake...
When I sat down to process my refund to my surprise my refund will be $13 plus few cents (I did not write the amount down as I expected and email confirmation right away). The shirt $21.99 plus tax minus $9.99 to ship the item back. Basically it cost me $25 just to look at this awful T shirt, but I rather take my loss then keep looking at it. So I printed my return label and read the email from Fanatics acknowledging my return request without confirming the amount due back on my credit card, as it will be done only after they received and processed the return. Will see how long it will take.
I decided that I will go back to their website to write a review, but I could not found an option to write my opinion (only numbers are available for rating), so I had to google search for this website.
$25 lesson learned: NEVER DEAL WITH FANATICS AGAIN!

I've had 4 different orders with fanatics that haven't gotten to me or I haven't gotten refunded. I was supposed to have a birthday present delivered to me April 27th and it delivered to some place in Tennessee. Then I contacted customer service about it and they said I'd have a refund within a week. More than a week later and I still don't have the money back OR the package. LOL never shopping with them again.

I have a friend in Germany who is a Patriots fan and last year I ordered an ornament and it was poorly packaged and arrived damaged. It was a wooden ornament so not easy to break, right! Try getting a refund from this company but eventually I did. This year I ordered a different wooden ornament and it has been sitting in Minnesota since April 24th even though I was given a May 6th delivery date. I TRIED to get help from customer service and it was a merry-go-round of futility and wasted time! I would avoid using this company like the plague! I feel sorry for customers who order much more expensive merchandise and have to deal with this bad company.

I ordered a custom dodgers jersey for my boyfriend with his last name on the back with his birthday number and I honestly loved it. It came two days before the delivery date and it looked better than expected. 10/10 recommend I'll for sure order from them again.

It seems like maybe customer service are working from home and I was pretty much hung up on. After. What else what can I do? Click. I guess working from home you do what you want. He did help but he didn't want too. Spent 1000s on this site. Just noticed the customer service is going way. Down.
The product did not arrive on the day that was indicated in the initial order. THe website shipping information does not indicate how long they take to ship the products.

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying.
