Got an email at 9:42AM that there was an issue with my order. And a 2nd email at 9:42AM that it was cancelled. The first email said to call customer service, I did at 9:47AM but their message say they are closed.
They advertised fast shipping and I was given an original "ship date" which I mistakenly thought was when the package would arrive (and this was a gift so I was counting on that date). But it turned out to be the date a shipping label will be CREATED by. Then they waited for another week before they even dropped it off at UPS! Be sure to check fine print for GUARANTEED DELIVERY date bc your order will not arrive before then. I understand that I should have looked harder, but the way they give the information seems very intentionally misleading.
Money went through, got a confirmation email with the correct jersey info & an order number for tracking purposes. This tracking number does not work anywhere. I went to the Fanatics chat - they "could not find any order with this number". Next they go to confirm using a phone number & email address "Sorry, I could not find any order with phone number (...) and email (...)" despite that information being in the confirmation emails that went to my email address.
I am now worried that I just paid for a jersey that I will never receive.
I do not recommend buying from Fanatics, if you are into giving away money and getting nothing in return, please just send me your money instead.

Placed order on 7/28/2023 as of 8/10/2023 not received. If not received by 8/16/2023 will contact credit card company to dispute charge.
Threw my package at the top of my 100 yard driveway. I will NEVER order from them again, because you can't navigate their delivery systems review to leave a negative message. See ya, Fanatics.
My order shows shipped but if you go to the UPS Shipping lookup only a label has been made! There are scammers! I counted on this site for a present! They sell on Amazon and I ordered one shirt on there first and it was the size of a child instead of adult. Amazon told me to keep it and refunded me! I don't like the team so it did me no good especially since I don't have a child either. It was for an adult friend. I thought going through them directly would help. Their live help online is not live! Keeps telling me this order number and my email doesn't exist yet I have an email from them stating the order number! I will fight them tooth and nail to get my money back! They are a rip-off, don't buy from them! Look at my pics, says it was shipped on 7/17/23. Then it states it was shipped by UPS Innovations. Then the last picture shows you that UPS innovations is not even a a good way of shipping.
I ordered 3 shirts 2 weeks ago and 2 of them are fine and one is ruined. The letters shrunk up in the dryer. $40 t shirt and didn't even wear it once.
I spoke with Tina to get a refund of a damaged hat she refuses to give me a refund and insisted that I pay for return shipment, this is the worst customer service ever I have emailing her for three days now trying to get a refund...
If I could leave no stars, I would. I was sent a tshirt that was a men's tshirt when I ordered a woman's shirt. The cut was 100% men's cute and super huge. It was such an inconvenience because it was a present for my child. There was little done to help me. I had pics to prove the difference in the same size shirt that i received last week, wwe official t-shirts. They didnt even look atthe pics. After going back and forth on live chat, I just gave up. I've had decided that I would not be ordering again from this website. Please save yourself some grief.
Checked out an order for 2 Notre Dame shirts and a mug and found out 2 of the 3 items were out of stock after paying. 2 of the items cancelled were a gift for someone. FANATICS is HORRIBLE!
I have purchased from Fanatics on four different occasions, all except the first purchase, the orders were late or had to be reordered. The delivery service they use is horrible. Wonder how much product is stolen and resold by the shipping company?
I recently purchased a jersey and a tshirt hoping it would be here in time before my trip to denver. However i purchased it on July 14th didnt ship to the 17th here it is the 24th no idea where the package is. Im sorry but when people drop 100s of dollars on gear shipping should be free. How is it i can get my birth certificate from Wasington State before i get my items hurry the $#*! up this whole add extra days due to delays is bull$#*!.

If you want to return an item the only options are a e-gift card or you get charged $9.99 to get your money back. They scan you in your order
Dont understand how the NFL and other leagues can comfortably allow such a garbage company to sell their league merchandise. I bought a cowboys shirt for my son that was 24.00 and I got a t-shirt with what looked like a cheap transfer on it, faded and dull. The picture on the website has to be either photoshoped or another item altogether. NEVER AGAIN am I purchasing anything form those scamming thieves at Fanatics. I rather have no team appareal. Luckily for me my NBA team does not solely affiliate with them. Also their websites dont allow you to rate the item to prevent other consumers from getting scammed by these thieves.
Placed an order with Fanatics last week for. Buffalo Bills hoodie. Two day shipping. Fanatics sent an e-mail to track through "parcelmonitor.com". Didn't receive my order. Link to track didn't work. Cancelled my order and received a refund as Fanatics couldn't find the status of my order. Bought again. This time I didn't even receive an e-mail verification from Fanatics. Called today. They asked for my order number. I didn't have one since an e-mail wasn't sent. Fanatics attempted to send another verification e-mail that didn't come through. Not even in my junk e-mail. I cancelled my order again. Had to give my wife's e-mail for verification of this even though I received e-mail's on my first botched purchase. Though I haven't ordered from Fanatics that frequently in the past year, I used to a lot. Never an issue. Now they seem like a terrible company. I will not order again from Fantaics. Just awful service. I'd give it zero stars if that was allowed.
I ordered a gift card for a bday present for my SO, they charged my card sent email as expected, so far so good, SO goes to use gift card, dosnt work, ok So call customer dis-satisfaction, rude, said there was fraud on the account, acted like he couldn't hear (connection clear as a bell) and couldn't help she didnt place order, so mad as a wet hen she brings phone to me, ok fella I did place the order, I am online with my bank you did charged the card. I placed an order with a $50 coupon code. I ordered two star wars banners. One arrived just fine and the other arrived damaged. I contacted customer service right away and was set up with a replacement order and a return for the damaged item. After not hearing anything for about a week I check my Fanatics account and the replacement order got canceled. They didn't bother to send me an email, a text, nothing! So I contacted customer service again and was told they canceled the order because the item was not in stock. I tried to place a replacement order for my replacement and the customer service rep tried sending my to a link that gave 30% off and they tried to have me pay again! So 3 reps later and I found out they refunded my money to a one time use coupon code. I cannot reuse the code. So essentially they said they don't care about the $23 I'm losing out on and I'm out of luck. They can see I used a code to pay for my purchase. I would think they would make it right by sending the replacement item I wanted. It wasn't MY fault THEY sent a damaged item from the start. Long story short, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!

Better be aware of the return policy. I paid 60 dollars for a hat that didn't work out and and returned it. You get nothing for original shipping, another 10 dollars for return shipping. So it cost me 25 dollars to check something out from this place. Way to expensive for inconsistent quality merchandise. 10 dollars to ship a hat seems like they're making money on the shipping. After I spend my gift cards, I'm done with these guys. If you put all the shipping on the customer, to and from, I feel like I'm covering too much of the operating costs. Too many other options for gear that do not engage in fee happy practices.

If I could I would rate 0 stars. Had a two part order received 1/2 and the second never even went en route. I had contacted customer service on different occasions to resolve this. Had they actually helped I would have a different review. May have been annoyed in general but understanding. On their policies they promote a 365 day return if not worn or used and has original tag on it. However the "department" in charge of reviewing refunds decline and actions and now no one can do any "action" to resolve this. I was informed after all this time that claims on items never even received are non-refundable after 90 days. Nice to know that if I don't like it or won't I have a year to send it back. If I never get what I paid for then they will process it as if they will solve the issue and keep your money

I ordered a Tour de France Yellow Jersey in lat May. All I received was a pin mid-June. I tried to email, call and chat over their website several times with no results. I paid over $200CAN for a jersey I needed before end of June and all I got was a pin! Poor customer service and all I received was a $2 item for my trouble.

Answer: I have no experience ordering from Australia so I'm afraid I will be of no help. I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics.
