We ordered a custom Raptors jersey as a gift for a friend, about 6 weeks in advance of his birthday. When it arrived, the letters were peeling off the jersey straight out of the package. We initiated a return, and they promised to send a replacement. When the new package arrived, it was clearly someone else's order - a Blue Jays jerseys with a different name. So we initiated a return again, and asked for the right order to be sent. Instead, Fanatics sent a 30% off coupon for our next purchase, and refunded a portion of our money. Only after complaining to customer service were we given the full refund. In the end they made no attempt to fulfill our order. I've never had such a frustrating online purchasing experience in my life. Their final attempt to appease was another discount coupon code. As if! And by the way, the birthday is long past. Extremely disappointing. Don't bother!
I ordered 3 boxes from this company and when I finally got a bag in the mail I got a child's shirt when I ordered men's xl and trinkets not worth what I paid and the wrong team and even wrong sport! Trying to get refund with no success yet!
Do not order from Fanatics. They promote certain items as covered cost expedited shipping to get items quicker and other orders as regular shipping. I ordered 2 hats and a jacket. The hat was promoted as will deliver in 2 days. After the order went through its showing 2 week delivery and Fanatics says if you add items together they all go out as regular shipping and the dates on the website aren't delivery dates but shipping dates. Returning my whole order not ordering again from Fanatics. Team apparel won't be delivered in time for the game.****
Fanatics replied and "expedited" shipping. Everything was ordered on 9/12 with a hat suppose to be delivered 9/14 and jacket and hat after that. The hat is getting delivered 9/19 and "expedited" shipping with be delivering the jacket and other hat 9/25. Slowest misrepresented shipping ever.
Do not order anything from them or their sister sites (University affiliated)! You absolutely will not be able to return an item! There are no email confirmations sent and nothing included in your package for a return. Everything to do with customer service is automated and you get no where! I will never buy anything from them again!
I have done quite a bit of business with fanatics and never had any issues.on august 25 I ordered a jersey.got confirmation etc was to arrive today sept 6.today I get email that it shipped and will arrive sept 14.not happy when i get 1 confirmation and then a totally different 1.does it all of the sudden take 22 days to recieve it?
I recently purchased an Auburn shirt from fanatics and was really impressed with it. My new favorite Auburn shirt. Really good print, good quality shirt. So I figured I'd order a couple more shirts. The second shirt was a Russell brand shirt and was pretty thin compared to the first shirt I bought. But that wasn't really the issue. The issue with the shirt is someone cut the bottom hem. They sewed the bottom hem, but then for some reason cut it all the way around the bottom of the shirt. There's also a 9.99 fee deducted from your refund on returns, so I just said screw it I'll keep it. I also bought a long sleeve "T-shirt" from them, but when I received it, it was a crop top, not a T-shirt. The website said T-shirt, not crop top. I will not be buying anymore clothes from this site.
Update: After leaving my review I was contacted by fanatics regarding my issues within minutes. They were able to come up with a wonderful solution that I was not expecting. I am VERY impressed with their customer service. I will definitely continue to shop with them.
Update 9/13/2023: I decided to make another purchase since I did get one awesome shirt from them out of the 3 I ordered and they were able to provide me with such good customer service. This will be the last time I purchase from Fanatics. The most recent shirt I purchased is a small, but fits like a large. It's HUGE. And it is a women's shirt. The tag on the shirt said made in Pakistan, so I don't know if that's why the size of the shirt is so off or what. But due to their return policy, I just can't keep wasting my money on clothes that are either mislabeled on the website, wrong sizing, or just plain defective. I will give them 3 stars just because they do give really good customer service. Just know, their clothes are hit or miss.
Fanatics brand is the worst bunch of imitation garbage I've ever seen in my entire life. It looks like something ordered from Wish. I have always bought new hockey jerseys from quality brands everytime they were released but I can assure you I will never spend a dime on anything from fanatics brand. The NHL really shot themselves in the foot giving away the contract for apparel to Fanatics.
I ordered an item 10 days ago, and it still has not shipped. It was to have shipped 7 days ago. When I inquired about the status, I was told it will now ship on 9/11 and I should expect to receive it by 9/20. Seriously?!?! It takes a month to receive what you ordered an paid for? How about providing rush delivery at no cost since you couldn't arrange for your product to arrive on time?
Terrible customer service. I will NOT be purchasing from Fanatics again.
I returned an item the same day I received it. I received a text message stating return was received and my money would be refunded in 7 business days. After 10 business days and no refund I contacted customer service. Their automated method indicated no record of my order. I talked to their call center rep who stated I would not receive my refund until a date that was actually 16 business days from the date of return because it takes 7 business days to process the return at the warehouse and 5-7 days to complete the refund of the money.
Not even close shes top tier as the come as an employee! Fanatics should take care of her! She took care of all my needs!
Said ordered delivered but the delivery was made at a store. Went to cancel it because I have another order pending and didn't want the same issue. Now I have to wait three days to get my money back or anything. Absolutely no help from anyone associated with this trash company.

This place is trash. They sent me poor quality hats. Bent up in box and crooked logos on hats. Then they charge $10 if you return the trash they sent. I will NEVER buy anything from this place again!
I had a bizarre "return" situation where I needed to return some items to Fanatics but had fat-fingered the wrong email address when I made the order. The online chat staff were fantastic, helped me square it away, and went the extra mile to help me overcome any fees and such. Truly great customer service!

I'm not going to patronize this site. I wanted to, but it's not worth it. For it to be a billion-dollar company the customer service sucks. The user journey to complete your transaction is abysmal and the developers should be fired. I had a simple issue and wasn't able to reconnect with a representative via chat.
Terrible experience from a customer service standpoint. Ordered my products on 8/03/2023 and was told it would take 3-7 business days, but was not the case. Was told 10 business days later that the items were indeed out of stock, ever though that was not disclosed on the website. These items still show to be in stock as well. Very misleading and dishonest from a customer experience standpoint. Will not be ordering from Fanatics in the future.

Ordered an Alabama Crimson Tide wallet phone holder combo, wouldn't fit my iPhone 8 Plus even though the description when I ordered says it would. Customer service couldn't find my order number took over 20 minutes, could not understand the Customer Service at all. Had an issue with this company last year during Christmas time. Will not order from them again.
I made a purchase from Fanatics.com based on their representation that deliver would be before the event I planned on attending. After making my purchase, I found out the delivery is two + weeks after the event! Shameful. I may just return the products after receipt. Why do companies mislead their customers? I'll never be back and I'll make my dissatisfaction known to others.
I ordered a t shirt. Needed a bigger size. Customer service rep doesn't know if return label can be printed out from where I'm mailing return back from. The post office. So I basically have to go and see if they can print off my return label when the rep should have that basic answer. He's suggesting go to library or some place to print off my phone. Why do I have to do so much leg work on a return? Rep doesn't have answers and very impatient. Upon returning if you choose gift card and order same item you still pay more cause if new tax and delivery. If original payment refunded $9.99 is charged for the shipping return. Answer: I have no experience ordering from Australia so I'm afraid I will be of no help. I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. I don't know why I had such a good experience with them when it sounds like everyone else is angry with them. I'm curious to see how it goes for you.

They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics. BUYER BEWARE!
