You pay a standard rate for 3-7 business days for a delivery. I paid that and am told 10 business days. Had I known that, I would have chosen a different vendor, such as Amazon who has a bit quicker for delivery.
Refunded 75% of purchase price, IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HOLD OF! I have tried everyway possible to reach this with no success!
I highly recommend NOT shopping with this merchant. I never was able to use the tracker they provided, I kept getting a message saying invalid number, and it's impossible to get help from anyone at fanatics. I ordered my shirts on October 21st hoping to wear them at homecoming in November. They told American Express they were delivered October 26th, I still have no merchandise from Fanatics. Save yourself the headache and don't buy from them.

Fantastic did reach out and gave me back my shipping charge. I do appreciate that they tried to make it better. I did receive my items 4 Dec 2023. Tyvm GOD BLESS!
I bought 10 pieces of items from fanatics for over $150. I paid for extra shipping so it gets here by December 1. As of this morning December 3. I am being told that it will not get here till tomorrow. That's one of two shipments the second shipment doesn't even have a delivery date available, now I understand if this only happens one time this is the second time that I've ordered from fanatics and the same thing has happened the first time I called I said there's nothing they can do. I haven't tried calling them the second time because I'm sorely upset with them after spending this much money. I'm unfortunately I wouldn't recommend using fanatics from here on out thank you very much. GOD BLESS!

Got a jersey nov 20 first time was delivered didn't get text till 8 hrs after it was and left in lobby was gone. Got issued a new one used my mother's address today get text 1hour after they say it was delivered. Nothing out there and didn't get a picture this time pretty sure their delivery driver stole this one I don't even want the jersey no more just want my money back but gotta wait till Dec 4 don't buy from this place better going to a store can't trust these guys delivery service

I ordered a Ladies size L OSU Sweatshirt & it was WAY too Small! I attempted to figure out how to return it to Fanatics, but their Return information is way TOO CONFUSING and I GAVE UP! Also I Ordered a NFL CLOCK - In OCTOBER 2023, for a gift, and 12/1/23 it is STILL NOT HERE! E-mails say that it is still coming. I am NEVER going to order from Fanatics again.

I ordered a golf bag at what i thought was the sale price. I guess I neglected to click a coupon box so they charged full price. The website is a bit deceptive on listing items regardless.
I began attempting to cancel order through their bot service---was not allowed. The next day I found a phone number for their company and called and canceled the item. 3 days later item is shipped. I called and complained and they said it was a mistake by the previous person i talked to. I have to call again when item is delivered to return.
I think their business practices are questionable
Try to return the incorrect item they sent and it is a nightmare. To avoid the 9.99 return shipping charge you have to receive an e-card and the amount is not what you paid. Try to talk to someone is impossible. Will never order from them again. They still owe for price of one item returned but know I will never receive that. Plain to see it doesn't add up
I placed an order and my credit card was immediately charged, however I did not get a confirmation of my order via email. I used the online to try and resend it to no avail. I battled the bots until I finally got a live person on chat. They sent the order confirmation. Now I use the order number from the confirmation to attempt to track my order and when I enter the order number it says order not found. I once again battled the bots to get to a person on chat who assures me the order is in transit and will arrive tomorrow. Says u wil get an email with tracking info in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later and no email. I don't know if my order will arrive but it not I will contact my credit card company to obtain a full refund. Do not waste your time or money ordering from Fanatics you will be sadly disappointed if you do.
Fanatics has great merchandise but I have yet to receive any. Either their warehouse personnel does nothing to fill the order or their carrier is horrible and doesn't pick it up. Whichever it is, it sucks supremely. Customer Service is difficult to get to, but once you do get a real body, they're the only good thing about the company.
Was shipped the incorrect item, then was charged to return the item. Why am I being charged to return an item when it was your fault? Total BS!

I ordered a jersey with the BLACKFRIDAY discount, which was shown as eligible with this order, but there was no place to enter the CODE and discount was not applied. So i cancelled the order. The chat module was completely unhelpful. I then posted a complaint on their facebook page, which was answered by bethany, who asked me to take down my comment and DM her. She then gave me a customer service email that is not monitored!

Very similar situation to a review I saw on this website earlier regarding a lakers jersey. I bought a black lakers swingman jersey from Fanatics but received a completely different jersey from them. I had to contact them using the chat box in their website which is absolutely horrific and when I finally got to message a customer representative, they said they were out of stock and could not do anything but issue a refund once I sent the jersey back. This company has absolutely no consideration for its customers and after reading another customer's experience that is suspiciously similar to mine, I am confident that they do this on purpose in these situations.
I recently ordered a hoodie for my daughter and the purchase was fast and shipped without any issues. Great quality for the bucks.!
I've ordered multiple jerseys each time disappointed because the sizing chart is not true fyi if you fit a 5x you get the jerseys and it fits like they sent a 6x hockey,nba,nfl they need to fix the sizing charts each time t had to go get them altered and pay more money
On 7/17/23, I purchased a Denver Nuggets Funko Pop Collection. This is a limited-edition item, so I was happy that I was able to purchase it before it went out of stock. My purchase went through with no problem; I received a receipt showing it went through and was notified that the item would ship by 12/11/23. Four months later, on 11/16/23, I was notified that my order had been cancelled because the item was out of stock. It was not listed as out of stock when I was able to purchase it.
If it's out of stock, Fanatics shouldn't allow someone to purchase it. With today's technology and advanced inventory tracking, it is totally unacceptable and borderline fraudulent to oversell a product (to who knows how many people) and then cancel the order after 4 months of waiting and shortly before the anticipated delivery time.
It is my suspicion that the orders are filled in a way that benefits the business and not in a way that is fair to the customer. I was lucky to pay $52.77, which was a promotional discount, but now I feel that this is why my order was cancelled. Fanatics would rather fulfill a full-priced order, regardless of when the order was received.
I called customer service and asked to speak to a supervisor who could explain the process to me. I wanted to know how I was able to purchase the item if it was out of stock and to learn how they decide which orders get cancelled or fulfilled. The representative would not transfer me to anyone, gave excuses for why there was no one available, and would not provide contact information for any supervisor or take my contact information to give to someone who could assist me.
The company has tried to resolve the issue by providing a coupon or to tell me that the order was cancelled by the warehouse because it was oversold. Neither of these things explain how this happened or help to resolve this issue at all since the item is now out of stock and impossible to purchase anywhere other than secondary market sites for far more money than I originally paid.
This whole process is poorly run and shady, and unfortunately, it seems to be a common occurrence at Fanatics.
I gifted a Braves gear, which was fake! The brand I bought for the hoodie has nothing to do with the Braves. I am very disappointed in Fanatics! I had bought a few items from them including jerseys and I will no longer have any business with them. I have already spread my anger to my friends and come to find out they have had problems with fanatics in the past. Sad
I ordered an official NHL Jersey and I was not disappointed.

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. I don't know why I had such a good experience with them when it sounds like everyone else is angry with them. I'm curious to see how it goes for you.

They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics.
